No change in fertilizing behavior I performed lollipopping today, as the plant started to shed leaves that did not get enough light on its own Plants look splendid and have also handled the pruning well I hope that the stretch will calm down by the end of next week otherwise I will have problems but as I said everything is tip-top so far If you notice things that I can do better, do not hesitate to tell me, Thanks for stopping by and see you next week :)

That was the most difficult week. It was very cold and rainy, the humidity of the air reached 90% at most, but without sequels, thank God. On day 63, I defoliated and she is strong, fat and definitely smells like cheese.

The made a jump in size. The weather conditions change each day. Some days it's very hot, some days it's more cold with less light. She tripped her size and shows the first pre flowering. Unfortunately she has had heat damage, but it's minor and should not effect her that much. The new leafs look very healthy and the other leafs also look good, except for the heat damage. I think she will be growing to about one meter or so, which is fine for me. I'm looking forward to some nice growth:) I do not plan to use topping or other training techniques, since it's the first time I'm using this genetic and don't want to f it up. She has a really nice spot an my south balcony, which gives her more than enough direct sunlight to bring her to its full potential, if the weather will become more consistent. If more sunlight is predictable, I will increase the silica dosage to prevent more heat damage, even though I know even that has limits. Thanks for participating in this project by viewing or commenting:)

This is more of an equipment gathering project-first grow so I want to keep it simple and budget friendly, I ordered autos for my first grow but Oregon Elite Seeds sent a free gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds. Super psyched for my first grow! Day1. Soaked seeds for 4 hours in bottled water, used paper towel method with 100% sprouts within 18 hours inside dark tent at 80 degrees (heater and air purifier) and 40% humidity. Hoping to plant directly into prepared soil (6.9 ph currently) in 24 hours. Day 2. Planted Critical OG Kush and Blackberry Autos 1/4 directly into 8 gallon cloth pots (these are the wrong pots-they are wax lined but the pandemic made getting the aeration pots unavailable-I may have to transfer later). Very lightly watered. i prepared my soil mix and had it acclamated to the grow room. I opened the air vents at each end of the grow room and set heat to 78, placed a bowl of water for humidity and started oscillating fan for airflow. Planted Gorilla Girl in a tupperware dish till i can get something more suitable. I really need another light but shipping just isn't working out. Day 4: 1 OG Critical was culled do to lack of progress. Gorilla Girl hs been repotted and looks fine. The Blackberry are much leggier than the others at this point. I'm watering just enough to get to the roots with bottled spring water. Day5 : the girls just woke up-posted pics. 1 light and 6 plants is not ideal. I'm not sure if I should put the strain that is naturally shorter under the light directly or focus on the tall ones getting enough light to not stretch. Comments appreciated. Day 6: Ligthts off after a 20 hour on cycle. I was concerned that my light insn't adequate spacially. I dropped it down to 15 inches above the seedling and got it tropical in the tent. I also used a 6500k 15 watt shop light for added light color and they enjoyed it, except for 1 had a bit of yellow. I will post photos when they wake up to see how they look after this light/heat/water boost for 20 hours. My Gorilla Girl is the only one that isn't above 2 inches. That one was planted deeper (1 inch instead of1/4th like the others. I did have some "seed helmets" so next time I will go a little over 1/4 inch deep. Qweeby's roots grew like a wad instead of down. I've had to readjust her placement twice because the roots act like they want to be on the surface. I'm excited to see them in 4 hours. I may cull one and start a different seed. The Blackberry Kush is stretchy which seems nice for a new grower like me. I am trying to limit the stretch so they match the Critical OG height but they are hearty toddlers. Day 7: Added a 3000w LED off ebay. I didn't account for the rise in heat but it only got up to 84. Raised it from 18" to 20" and got more air flowing through. One plant has a little yellowing from the inside of the main leaves (inside to out) but it's barely there so I'm going to check PH meter and easy watering since yesterday I did water more then I have thus far-so it could be a little root lock from too much water.

Big chunky buds, and both pheno’s smells exactly what I was hoping for: sweet creamy vanilla with some gas. This is deffo my favorite terp profile, I do love to mix it up with some fruity/candy gas, that why I got the blueberries too. Both plants are in top shape with beautiful dark green leaves, and super dense and thicc buds. they’re starting to show a nice purple fade too despite the summer temps. I’ve been lowering the ppm from 1100 at the high point to 850 now. This is the last update for two weeks as I’m going on holiday, all girls should be ready to harvest once I’m back 🤩 My roommate will take care of the flush, I filled a 30 liter tank with feeding water, after that he’ll refill it with just water and some ph-min!

Week 14 - July 30 Last vegetation weeks. On 4 plants: 2 healthy / 2 injured. Royal Moby and GMOxZombieK were seriously contaminated with aphids. To stop the propagation I did many washes with black soap and neem oil but may be I treated at the wrong time: morning, even soon; is too late by a hot sunny summer day. I think the 2 plants are suffering from sunburn… and they still have aphids… I stopped soap treatments and try another recipe which seems working very good against aphids and revitalizing all plants: spraying Garlic + Laurel -I cooked separately during 1h garlic (5 cloves) and Lauren leaves (12) in approximately 1L of water -filtered the preparations and wait 4 days -for 1L of water to spray: 15cl garlic mixture + 5 cl laurel BEWARE: checking Ph… last year I burned plants with garlic + chili mixture: it was catastrophic. Brake Pad Breath and Flash Back are beautiful and healthy. Aphids aren’t interested by this 2 plants. I did preventive treatments Neem oil and soap but not so much. Good reaction to the Garlic+Laurel. Plants are bushy, densely ramified. Deep green color, the female sexual signs are visible. Ready for flowering. Watering with a little bit of nutrients 1.5L/plants each 2 or 3 days Defoliation Now I quit the “garden” for 7 days…traveling to Amsterdam (NL) and Prague (CZ) for holidays. I installed automatic watering systems (Blumat) and sticky traps, locked the veranda, programmed the Ventilation and crossed fingers. I’m not afraid about heat or dry…. More about pests and diseases….and rubbery too cause I have 6 auto flowering quasi ready. I’m writing this in Prague, returning in my country to the west side in 2 days. After smoking lot of joints in Amsterdam (3 days) Amnesia haze Tangerine dream Kush Mints Super Lemon Haze Dynamite cookie Intergalactic toad Super Silver Haze In Prague Weed (THC) is prohibited. But I discovered that you can buy pre roll joints (100% pure hemp-Thc-sativa, hybrid etc…) in strange gifts shops for 6€. It’s really not the best weed but it’s Strong and easygoing.

Nothing much happened since last week. The foxtailing continues on the NYC and BJ. Mostly white pistils still. Found another banana on the SAD. It's definitely going to take a few more weeks.

Day 23 - Annoyingly, one of the main shoots snapped off after I pegged it down. It was fine when I left it, but as it is such a vigorous grower, it snapped off under the pressure of its own growth. All is not lost, as I will top it 4 times instead of my usual 3, to make up for the lost buds. This plant appears to be a BEAST so I think she can take it no problem. I should end up with 24 glorious main colas and a load of b-grade for the hash making pile! I gave her around 2 litres of treated water (see germ page for details). Around 500ml directly into the base of the plant, and the rest spread around the pot. It's important during this late vegging stage to water into the edges of the pot as much as possible, and encourage maximal root spread. Big roots = big fruits She's starting to smell earthy! Day 28 - she doesn't need any water today. The pot is still heavy. She's growing fast, so I'm confident I can top her one more time. I've pegged down 4 of the arms into a circle shape around the edge, and tied two arms together pointing vertically straight up. It should look stunning in a couple of weeks!

Week 3 Flower – Super Silver Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Super Silver Haze Breeder: Zamnesia Seeds Phenotypes: SSH #1 & SSH #2 Stage: Flower – Week 3 Pots/Medium: 11L fabric pots, custom super soil (Aptus amendments) Watering: Hand watering, irrigation by substrate moisture Tent: 8×8 shared room Control: TrolMaster Hydro-X + Tent-X, WCS substrate sensor Lighting (room): F.O.G. Black Series 600W + ThinkGrow ICL-300 (x2) + Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W Climate this week: ~29.6 °C, 67% RH (VPD ≈ 1.37 kPa), CO₂ ~700 ppm ⸻ This Week at a Glance • Structure: Both phenos are thriving and still tracking like twins—compact plants with clean symmetry now at ~120 cm. Bud sites are stacking; white pistils are abundant. • Leaf morphology: Classic hybrid look—rounded blades, neither narrow “pure sativa” nor broad “pure indica.” • Roots: Pots are clearly “alive”—great colonization and visible vigor through the fabric. • Defoliation: Performed a light defol only to open the canopy and improve airflow/light to interior sites. No heavy stripping. • Media & feed: Continuing the same program as last week (Aptus + Plagron). No All-In-One Liquid for now—the super-soil and pellets are carrying base NPK exactly as intended. Fewer photos this week (busy!), but there’s a room video and a couple of room shots showing the general happiness of the canopy. ⸻ Feeding Program (unchanged from Week 2) • Aptus: Regulator, CalMag Boost, Top Booster • Plagron: Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation • Why this mix now: We’ve pivoted from early growth stimulation to floral support, aromatics, and metabolic efficiency. The super-soil + pellets provide the backbone; the liquids fine-tune the bloom signal and energy management. (You noted solution pH ~6.3, low input EC because the medium is pre-charged, and healthy daily uptake at ~1.5–2.0 L per plant, irrigating around 19–20% substrate dryness, kept as operational context.) ⸻ Environment, Monitoring & Why It Matters • Temperature & RH: ~29.6 °C and 67% RH. That calculates to VPD ≈ 1.37 kPa (not “137”—decimal matters). • What this does: • VPD in the 1.2–1.5 kPa range drives active transpiration and nutrient flow—good for biomass and stacking. • With higher temps, plants demand steady water availability and reliable Ca/Mg delivery to avoid tip-burn or micro-deficiencies. • Risks if this persists: • In late flower, warm & humid microclimates can increase powdery mildew/Botrytis pressure inside dense colas. • Heat can push foxtailing, reduce volatile terpene retention, and increase overall plant stress. • Mitigations already in play: • Light defol to open the canopy (great call). • Strong, clean airflow in the 8×8 (dual 6″ exhausts with carbon filters + filtered intake). • TrolMaster WCS sensor guiding irrigation by moisture and watching substrate EC—keeps the rhizosphere stable. • AC unit arriving—expect a meaningful drop in day temps; aim to settle around mid-20s °C with RH mid-50s as flowers pack on. • Lighting layout: F.O.G. Black Series 600W + ThinkGrow ICL-300s + Lumatek Zeus 465W provide a broad, balanced spectrum across the room. PPFD varies by position (natural growth and fixture spread), which is fine—site-by-site variation keeps edges productive while the center stacks. As biomass increases, incremental dimming or fixture height tweaks can hold the canopy in that efficient PPFD window without overshooting. ⸻ Genetics Note (because she’s a queen) Super Silver Haze is old-school royalty—her name carries cups and history. Seeing these phenos remain compact, calm, and synchronized in early flower is a treat. It’s a reminder that legendary haze lines can deliver refined structure when the root zone, spectrum, and climate are in tune. Thank you to Zamnesia Seeds for the representation of this classic, so far, these two are everything we hoped for. ⸻ What to Watch Next • Stretch trajectory: At ~120 cm now, expect the last of the vertical push to taper soon. Netting/support only if needed—right now form is clean. • Microclimate hygiene: Keep leaves gently moving everywhere; defol only in small passes to avoid shocking resin production later. • Moisture-guided irrigation: Stay with the WCS moisture trigger to prevent both saturation pockets and drought spikes as flowers thicken. • AC commissioning: Once installed, re-check overnight RH (often creeps up in cooler dark cycles); a slight dehumid bump at lights-off is a big win for late-flower health. ⸻ Gratitude & Credits • Genetics: Zamnesia Seeds • Control & sensing: TrolMaster Hydro-X + Tent-X, WCS substrate sensor and more • Lighting: Future Of Grow Black Series 600W, ThinkGrow ICL-300 (x2), Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W • Nutrition: Aptus Holland + Plagron • Room design: 8×8 with dual 6″ carbon-filtered exhausts and filtered intake From seed to now: steady hands, living soil, measured light, and a room that keeps getting smarter. This week was great the smell is very pungent, I've been giving the CO2 lights are (I believe) adequate over 200 true watts on 2 plants started with purpinator as well as adjusting the ph and dropping the temperature. And the added spectrum. Try to get to the Anthocyanins and adjust my colors

Day 36 Ladies look great on the start of week 6. Yesterday’s feed went in well and they both seem stretching their nodes. Day 37 Watered them with water only today. They look happy and healthy. The red stems on the taller lady are genetics as kindly confirmed by Fast Buds. 🔝 Day 39 Water day today / mixed different cocktails for both with specific needs. Run off Ph and EC improving :) Day 40 All looking good today 💚 - both plants have some slight rust spots on some leaves but I think it’s Cal/Mag deficiency and yesterday I both gave them some. Today the spots seem to have remained the same so maybe it’s solved. Day 42 Ladies are stretching their tops during these days and filling up slowly but steadily. All looking good till now for the Gelato Sisters 👯‍♀️

☆♡ Gorilla Cookies: I've noticed a leaf fell off the bottom. I think I may've overdone the nutes. She's growing tremendously. I top dressed with the below, as the rest of my plants. I will only use PH'd water for the next several waterings, probably with Biosys or seaweed. ♡☆ 16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco, and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.
