📆 Semana 12 Llega el momento de la cosecha, cerrando un ciclo muy sólido con una maduración completa y un final limpio. El lavado de raíces cumple su función y la planta termina vaciando reservas, dejando un fade marcado y natural hasta el último día. Los cogollos salen extremadamente compactos, pesados y cargados de resina, con tricomas en el punto óptimo entre lechoso y ámbar para un efecto completo y equilibrado. El aroma alcanza su máxima intensidad justo antes del corte, concentrando toda la identidad de la genética. Se realiza la manicura inicial y se inicia un secado controlado para preservar terpenos, sabor y calidad final. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

Bueno, pues cortada. La planta ha sido genial y quiero volver a cultivarla de forma mas controlada. Su sabor es muuy suave, cremoso y terroso diría y no estoy seguro si llego a sacar notas mentoladas. Es un hecho que aún no ha curado, todavía su perfil real no ha salido, pero recien secada y manicurada, la primera cata OBLIGATORIA jajajajaja da ese resultado. Sus efectos son literalmente el: "eeehhh tranquiii.." jajajajaja te deja super chill, no se explicarlo, es muy buenrollera esta planta jajajajaja hay algunas que sientes que te dejan la cabeza muy loca, o que flipas mucho, esta es rollo equilibrada, pero a la vez eres consciente del ostion que llevas encima jajajaja La manicura la dividí entre las hojas mas grandes y secas como no fumables pero con algo de resina, las mas pequeñas que salen por el manicurado fino del cogollo las guarde como fumables con resina y ya los cogollos manicurados. Con el trimeo, osea el recorte de las hojas, sacaré hash con el pollinator, y el trimeo de las hojas pequeñas, los guardaré para tiempos de guerra y escasez (verano🙄😅😂😂).

Pues ahí van. Las he empezado a guiar con unos clips de LST para frenar el crecimiento vertical, aunque no me termina de preocupar ya que en un mes como mucho, me hincharé a hacer cortes apicales para sacar esquejes y preparar el cultivo nuevo. La blue zushi que de momento es la que me interesa, va bastante bien y creciendo rapido, la Amnesia cbd va mas despacito pero me preocupa menos la vd, que esa en principio para este cultivo no cae, seguramente sea para una tanda mas lejana de cbds.

The photo plants are still growing a bit but think flower is a week or two out. Preflowers starting show but had to chop one more male. Increased bloom nutrients this week but still going light. Reacted well to the defoliation of the lower branches last week. Wish I had bigger pots. The 15 gallon smart pots are maxed out. The plant in the pink pot is about 6'4" now and still growing the most. Chopped shorter auto Sunday. Did a wet trim but still plenty to trim later. Chopped half of the other auto Tuesday but the lower buds still have 3-4 days to go. Excited to see the yield from both plants.

I planted 2 different kind of plants one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe), Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto By Dr Krippling Seeds Gelato Cookie Doh-ope Auto. Ground breaking genetics have gone into the Triple G range. Grand Heft Auto’s genetics main characteristics is its big composition, and heavy yields. Whilst stabilizing their specially selected Girl Scout Cookies strain with the GHA a number of times, they also crossed this with an amazing Gelato Auto. GGG3’s fruits are ripe with aroma’s and flavor. Yields are approximately 80 gr/plant and the aroma from these flowers are special. I started counting my day from the day I started germination. 2 different seeds, one is autoflowering (Gelato Cookie D'ohpe) and the other one is feminized from The Bakery Co. called Purple Punch. I started germination by putting them to the water for 12 hours in the evening on Sunday. After twelve hours I put them between paper towels. It started sprouting very quick, the next day I needed to put them to the soil. Purple Punch the feminized one started growing faster, bigger sprout, compare to the autoflowering Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I started using a 60 W led lamp for the seedling stage this lamp has 2 head 30-30W that was divided for the two plants 30 W each. The next day they came out of the soil and started their life. The Purple Punch was growing faster. First, I had my own made place made of kitchen foil under my computer desk :D, and then I purchased a grow tent which is 140x60x60. I did not use any ventilation the first week and kept the humidity 85-90 percent, and I used trigger spray on the plant also. Watering the first 7 days was 10 ml in the morning and after 12 hours later also 10ml, so every morning and evening 20ml a day. I also used trigger spray to keep the soil wet around and sprayed the plant also. I never use tap water at any stage I buy still water from the shop and they love it. I want 100 percent organic plants so my nutrition will be bat guano mix with acacia honey. My soil mix is Coco coir, perlite mix 70:30 which is mixed with a soil that consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high-quality organic Worm-Humus, 30% perlite, and 5% Pre-Mix. These two kinds of soil ratio are 50-50 Percent.

Que hay familia, actualizo la tercera semana de floración de estas Runtz F1 automáticas de Zamnesia. Vaya liada de floración, me salió en este indoor una plaga de trips y los 5 ejemplares están picados, ya traté las plantas esta semana, añadí aceite de neem en la tierra y rocié un insecticida, veremos esta próxima semana si ya erradique este inconveniente. Empiezo por supuesto abonando una pequeña cantidad de la gama Agrobeta. La temperatura está 25 grados y la humedad anda entorno al 50%. Riego cada 48 horas. Hasta aquí es todo estas próximas semanas veremos cómo van avanzando. Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!
