Hey guys! TheIceCreamParlour has been on a little break while we made some major refurbishments. The first 5 plants are now hooked up to the system and we are ready to go. These girls were transplanted yesterday into 6" Cultilene blocks with floraflex feeding blocks on a 12 hour feeding system. Fertigation takes place every half hour for 20 seconds meaning fresh oxygenated solution is being replenished frequently. I'll keep this diary as simple as possible considering it's the first test of my home made feed system.

This week went pretty well, I did not get the final toppings done yet, so I will be doing that later this week. I am still feeding veg nutes, and running a 19/4 light cycle. I am hoping to get the final toppings done this week, and then keep her in veg until around week 9 or 10 then flip to 12/12 and see what happens. Quebec Blast is starting to bulk. I did a solution change today. Hopefully I didn't go too strong. She is growing in a New Level Hydro bucket, under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light. It is her start of 5th week of flowering. Everything is going as normal. Solution changes about 3 to 4 days apart. Girl Scout Cookies Auto was suddenly ready to get chopped - I would've like to see a few more amber trichomes, but the fan leaves started yellowing faster, and more sugar leaves got crispy tips. Also, the smell got pretty strong over the last week or so. It was a very nice grow, and I'm curious on the yield and effect after drying and curing. Yuhbar Auto still needs a little more time, and will enjoy a few more days or weeks under the (artificial) sun, giving the trichomes more time to ripen.

Week 10 - The Plants has shown so much growth within a week those buds are really now starting to form and pack on a scent. I have cut out using the formulex.

Starting to pick up a bit of bulk now. I'm reluctant to remove some of the fan leaves, because I maimed my first grow lol. So I'm using soft plant wire to hold the fan leaves aside. Allow as much light through to the new nodes
