Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

So i had to cut this one early because i started seeing these miniscule male flowers & i did’t want to ruin the weed🤷‍♂️🏻 I really love the high n taste of this strain tho!

Noticed some Nitrogen toxicity so decided to lower grow A + B to 2.5ml and add some cal mag. She responded well to topping was umming and uhhing about whether to do it or not but the time felt right and didnt seem to stunt her much at all. Absolutely amazed by the genetics of this plant with the insane internodal spacing and horizontal growth. My intents with this plant were to just let her do her thing but couldn't resist the chance for a fat canopy.

I have had a very nice journey growing her, she has given a great quality and quantity pf buds, very hard dense flowrs with a clasic strong amnesia smell that I enjoy a lot specially for the happy energetic buzz that provides you.

Switched them to flower about a week ago and this platinum gorilla seems to be the slowest to show signs of transitioning. She isn't putting on any stretch like all the other plants. I'm hoping to see her start stretching those legs so she has some room to put on some fat buds. Her leaves are already starting to put on some little sugary frost. Looks like @wildeweed might have boxed up a fat diamond when he sent this little gem to me. Looking forward to seeing how she develops over the next couple weeks. I did a complete water change today and started them on a light dose of maxibloom. That will be slowly increased as the maxigro is lowered over the next couple weeks.

Critical 49 bloom. I washed the plants. I noticed bud rot on two more branches. I cut them back (2cm) as well. I don't know whether to harvest or wait a little longer. I'm afraid I'll lose them all.😓

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

Alright, so here we are again! At the end of week 8 and this little lady ain't so little no more! Sheesh! She's a monster! And a mother lol to some beautiful clones, which we cut last week. Can't wait to see how they do in comparison to her. I did a little defol as well and will continue to do so as I wait for my young plants to veg. This is going to be the longest veg I've ever put a plant through so wish me luck. Thats why I'm loading her up with mag. She already has an abundance of Calcium...BAS does a really good job of loading their nutrients with it. I also gave her some Gaia rock dust and some LABS and JMS solution as a probiotic for the plant and it also brings more microbes to the living soil! Good stuff! Highly recommended! Day 80, 22nd of October 2020: 3rd week of flowering! Happiness she needs a lot of boost hard to keep up. She loves fertilization too much..... I mean before always craving for nitrogen now qould need more potassium and phosphorus hard to keep up. I also detect deficiency based on the leaves getting lighter and brown spots but I do feed her as much as I can really. This week i have relised the first nice trichomes started "sitting" on the leaves as well and the pistils coming out nicely pre flowers forming. Let's go.

12-20 Watered both about a gallon. Plain ph. Shoulda maybe added cal/mag . But next time. 3x seemed to burn a little, then some cal/mag issues. 3x is living up to her crosses. She smells like straight gas/fuel. Scc just seems happy. Just took some pictures of that weirdo on her. 😂 Well my first Polyploid, its pretty neat. She is also an oxymoron, she has a sweet stink. 😂 😁😻🤘 12-22 1 gallon Scc only. 5ml cal/mag, 1 ml drops, 1/2 tsp recharge. 12-23 Wanted to double check myself. Ppm 500ish. On 3x. Gave cal/mag 5ml, drops 1ml, and top dressed 1 tbs buildaflower. Might not be enough but we shall see. Was at 700 ppm, then I got scared and diluted it to 550 ppm. Also has some cal/mag and drops. Recharge. Gotta watch her close. 🤞

I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

Buenos días familia, nos acabamos de levantar y como buen viernes , actualizamos la 4 semana de floración. Las lemon kush en este caso, empiezan a desprender un aroma cítrico y a pino bastante agradable, las flores están formándose sin problema alguno. El Ph lo regulamos a 6.5 siempre, está semana que viene retiramos big bud y aportamos OVERDRIVE de advanced nutrients.
