Welcome back to Colorado Gnome Grown. This week the gnome’s have been busy with the irrigation system. The water is stored in a 5g container and I mix the feed in it and it gets feed every time I water, which is twice a day for 1 minute, or until the plants drip. The plants are setting on a rack so that the water can drain away from the plant and into a tray. The plan is to buy Big Buds the first of the month to keep on hand to finish up in 4 weeks. Cookie Monster is 4in today and Noel is 2in, and both are starting to grow their bud site. Next week I will Top and defoliate for the first time. I had to harvest both sbc.. they produced seeds caused by too high EC in the Coco. The EC of the GP was even higher but she seems to handle it better and performs normal. A EC of 1.8 in the Coco was too high for the sbc. EC of the GP was 2.4. I flushed the GP, it was now possible since the sbc wasnt there anymore and therefor was no danger of getting the stacked pizza boxes wet which would let the sbc sink down like in mud. GP will be harvested in two weeks and right after that i will start a new diary with 3x sbc. I then can flush probably and will not run into this problem again.

I SOAKED THE SEEDS IN A CUP OF WATER, WITH A DASH OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, FOR 24 HRS. I THEN DUMPED THEM ON A PLATE BETWEEN PAPERTOWLS, AND ANOTHER PLATE(NOT TOO SOAKED-MAKE ROOM FOR AIR) UNDERNEATH I PLACED A HEATING PAD UNDER THE PLATE, FOR 24 HRS, TIIL THEY POP AND ROOT TAIL IS QUARTER TO HALF AN INCH FROM THERE I PLACED THEM IN PRE-SOAKED JIFFY PELLETS, AND PLACED THEM IN A GERMINATION KIT/WITH LID DOME. I DEFINETLY MESSED UP BY KEEPING THEM TOO MOIST. AND HAD TO TREAT THEM WITH A HYDROGEN PEROXIDE(3%)DELUTED WITH WATER, UNDER AND TOPPED. THEY ARE 10 DAYS NOW, I BEEN TRYNA HARDEN THEM OFF, PLAN ON TRASNFERING THEM TO THE SYSTEM. WISH ME LUCK

All of them except Iris have been in bloom since 2 days. I just stressed them out and tied them down. A few large leaves also had to believe in it. Iris comes later. Have a nice weekend@all

Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

So I've started adding nutes to their water. I usually never use a full dose of FoxFarm Grow Big because I've had some bad reactions when I did. They perked right up so like I suspected last week, they'd almost consumed all the nutes that came in the FoxFarm soil I'm using. I'm hoping this is the grow that finally doesn't almost give me an early heart attack like all the others 🤣😂😂🤣❤️😍💕

**Grow Report by Zuppler - Week 7 Flowering Phase** Yo, what’s good fam? Zuppler checkin’ in with that Week 7 flowering update, fresh from the Florida heat. We’re gettin’ real close to the finish line now, and these girls are stackin’ up thick! Buds are solid, and the trichs are lookin’ like a snowstorm hit ‘em – straight frosty. After dialin’ back the nutes last week due to that light leaf burn, things are lookin' smooth again. They bounced back nice, and the Overdrive is really kickin’ in now. I can see that final push as the buds swell up, and the resin production is off the charts. The smell in here? Wild. You walk in, and it hits you right in the face. Real loud, like you can’t hide it no more. But no worries, we got it all under control. Temps and humidity are locked in, and the girls are drinkin' up the lighter nute mix just fine. At this point, it’s all about lettin’ ‘em ripen up proper. Leaves are startin’ to fade, and I’m keepin' a close eye on them trichomes – they’re just about to hit that perfect amber/cloudy mix.
