Older leaves on bottom and middle of the plant are starting to yellow now that they don’t receive as much light, the branches have created a nice canopy surrounding the plant. I cleaned up the middles and bottom of plant by removing leaves as they completely yellow day by day, and remove small suckers that appear at the base of the branches to keep the energy going towards the tops. Plants will get another round of Jobes organic granular feed to help the new branches fatten up and provide adequate bud sites for flowering period! 5 gallons will receive 1 cup while 15 gallons will receive 2 cups of granular feed, weather predicts rain the next few days which will help the plants getting their nutrients

Week 7 update on these big girls. The uniformity on this strain is wild. All the plants look very similar and have stacked great. Still early into flower but the sweet smell followed by the pungent smell of OG. Excited to see how the next couple weeks do. All in all Happy

Sunday, January 17 Fed 1/2ga to one plant and 3/4ga to the other two. 7tsp of Grow Big and 2.5tsp of Bud Candy mixed in 2ga of water @6.4pH. Plants continuing to stretch, fed Grow Big to try and add some nitrogen. Thursday, January 21 Fed about 3/4ga to each plant. At a ratio of 2 teaspoon per gallon of Bud Candyat 6.4 pH. Saturday, January 22 Fed plants 3/4 ga @6.3pH 2tsp/ga of Bud Candy. I did a defoliation of all 3 plants and decided to flip to a 12/12 light schedule to see if I can trigger blooming. I began last night and I will continue to do so and hopefully see results sometime soon. I’ve looked up the issues of auto flowers not flowering and being “stuck” in the process. I did these two techniques(defoliation and light schedule)to try and trigger flowering. Hopefully we’ll see some results🙏 As always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

Phwoah! Grow Genius silica came thru in a big way, blessing the Blue Paint crew with the rigidity we’d hoped for. One pheno has a slight curve to it and it’s now evident that they’re starting to break away from each other in phenotypical expressions by way of height, strength and leaf structure (possible variations in new growth width), but these might well be environmental influences rather than genetic. Seedling feeding regimen has been swapped out for the veg stack. The environment of the nursery tent saw a slight shift downward in temperature as the seasons press closer to winter but this didn’t stop progress, even after the Blue Paint crew got a repotting, increasing their root space 10 fold. With the increase in legroom they also got an upgrade to first class with a tent of their own as older auto tent sisters were shifted to their final grow space. Unfortunately this might only tide them over for a short while. The worry is, longer than expected flower cycles mean their final home, the photo tent, is still packed to the rafters with ripening flower and Blue Paint is coming up behind at an alarming rate. No choice but to play it by ear and possibly end up making some big purchases, drastic changes or tough calls. Ready and willing if it comes to it, fire genetics over bag seed all day long 😂. Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

Drunken bitch slap has gotten pretty big. She is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. I had to hst some of the taller colas. They were getting too close to the light. She got a solution change today that is more geared to flowering. Plus I added a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses. Everything is looking great. 🤞🏻she takes to the solution change well. I also changed the air stone out. She is ready for another week. Processed 2 plants and took some colas off one of the remaining plants make sure my washing volume is consistent. Holy smokes some amazing rosin. Consistency and terps are loud and stinky. Very potent effects. This mfker will put you on ur ass. The fresh press rosin is just outta this world. This strain dumps trichromes. What a great experience. Half way done and I have nearly 80 grams of rosin. Insane! Business is boomin
