Our Purple Urkle by Zamnesia has reached 16 buds. I'm growing it a little more to make sure it doesn't go into flowering with small brunches but now we're there, a few days and it will go into flowering and it will be very exciting you can bet on it. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went into overfertilization due to the obvious slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but it was about to go into crisis, so we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below. The ideal when topping is probably to start with a gradual release fertilized soil or start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which by itself I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less or rather nothing. We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11168-zamnesia-seeds-purple-urkle.html Zamnesia Description // A direct descendant of a Mendocino Purps phenotype, Purple Urkle is a high-performance cultivar from Zamnesia Seeds. This feminized, indica-dominant strain is sure to win over any cannabis grower. With a THC content of 20%, Purple Urkle has a lot to offer from seed to harvest and beyond. A grape-flavored adventure, Suitable for indoors, outdoors or in the greenhouse, Purple Urkle is a very resilient strain. Growers will be impressed by how easy this cultivar can be managed. Purple Urkle can reach 120cm indoors and 160cm outdoors, but if you want more control over the height you can use the LST technique. Purple Urkle has fantastic flavors and aromas that intensify during the flowering phase. Regardless of the method of consumption, Purple Urkle offers tangy, fruity flavors that lean towards notes of grapes, berries and plums. The effects of this strain are soothing and relaxing, with uplifting sensations that make the experience suitable for any occasion, whether in a social setting or alone. All the best that mother nature can offer is on ---- www.zamnesia.com

Week 6 and still veg, they are knocking on Flowering's door but not there yet. Happy with growth and between the Coco Tek and the weekly foliar (just for good measure) no problems. Water slowly rising but keeping nuets reasonable. Increasing the bloom nuet ratio slightly as when it does go its gonna want lots of PK Side note: Cant really drop the new FFT-7/5 seeds till these go into flower (never seen it go this long) and I can move them under the HPS so... good and bad. 12/21 New pics hope they are better 12/22 Beginning to transition into flower now, colas beginning to form, so half and half on the nuets. Time for the last Kangaroots drench to get those roots as large as possible. 10ml with feeding at lights on tonight Ripley went into the Flowering tent as they just need more room, think it will be ok as Ripley could use some stretch, Tara remains in veg tent until Stardawg final harvest. 12/23 pics 12/24 All is good but think I am going to continue reducing the nuets 10% and checking EC of runoff as still getting some small issues on leaf tips. Maybe I am chasing ghosts we will see 12/25 White tip under control, tested runoff at 1450 adjusted out and 700 adjusted in, within limits Last day in veg tent for Belle, she joins the Flowering tent after Stardawg harvest. Water needs increasing steadily, up to almost 3 quarts/ feed for good runoff. Good sign the roots took to the Kangaroots drench well.

12 weeks of growth, when transplanted into the ground, one of the two bushes gave new shoots, they stretched out but also form flowering ovaries, and the second plant immediately began to form cones, one variety but a different result, let's see how it goes)

Week 7 is starting at day 48, things are rolling along nicely, she really is a hungry girl😂don't be shy with the nutrients as I've stated earlier, she takes everything she's given. Room is smelling so good, I'm really liking the development of this Apple Strudel, she has been so easy to grow, a pleasure, just shows the good work that the fast buds team are doing behind the scenes, keep them coming Sebastian and Co👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🏻 More Apple Strudel updates to come later this week. Just noticed some mutations on a few of the leaves, got some crazy structure going on😁

🌱 Nectar Drip Update Week 8 from Seed · Week 2 Flower (12/12 from seed) Quick recap for anyone joining us now: This run is a 12/12 from seed experiment, meaning each plant chose on its own when to enter flower. Because of that, flower timing is not perfectly synchronized — and that’s an important part of this grow and of the decisions we’re making. We’re working with an exclusive collaborative genetic pack, not commercially available anymore, bred for stability, vigor, and resilience. What you see here is a real-world expression of those genetics, grown without chasing trends or hype — just observation, patience, and consistency. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding (Why We Changed Nothing) This week, we deliberately changed nothing. • Day temperature: ~28 °C • Relative Humidity: ~65% • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • Plant height: ~40 cm to ~80 cm • Lighting: LED Many growers would say these temperatures are “too high for flower,” but context matters. Under LED lighting, leaf surface temperature typically runs 2–4 °C cooler than room temperature. Because of that, we focus on leaf VPD, not room VPD. The plant is what matters — not the number on the wall. We are not chasing numbers. We are paying attention to them. The plants are responding perfectly: • Lush, deep green foliage • No signs of stress • Strong internodal structure • Uniform uptake across different phenotypes When the plant is happy, stability beats adjustment. That’s why the nutrient recipe stayed exactly the same. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Why This Week, Why This Way This week marked an important decision. Normally, defoliation would happen around day 21 of flower. But in a 12/12-from-seed run, there is no universal day 21. Each plant entered flower on its own schedule. The room was getting dense. Airflow was being restricted. Light penetration was becoming uneven. So we listened to the plants — not the calendar. We opened the canopy, improved airflow, and allowed the plants to: • Breathe better • Receive more uniform light • Push growth upward instead of inward We’ll be honest: 👉 We went harder than planned. But it was a conscious decision, not an emotional one. Leaves removed were healthy — not sick — which tells us the plant had energy to spare. The remaining structure is strong, clean, and well-shaped. ⸻ 🛠️ Training & Recovery • Structural branches previously damaged were taped last week • All repaired nodes bounced back perfectly • Plastic clips are still being used dynamically — on and off — to guide shape, not force it This tells us everything we need to know about the genetics: stable, resilient, forgiving, and strong. ⸻ 🔮 What We Expect Next After a hard defoliation, plants tell the truth quickly. What we expect: • Fast rebound • Vertical push toward the light • Strong flower site development • Clean airflow through the canopy If they slow down, we listen. If they explode, we let them run. So far, these girls are behaving like champions. ⸻ ❤️ Final Words & Gratitude To everyone reading this — the supporters, the critics, the silent observers: You all have a place here. Growth doesn’t happen without contrast. Learning doesn’t happen without mistakes. And progress doesn’t happen without conversation. Thank you to: • The platform • The OGs • The new followers • The sponsors • The lovers and the haters We treat everyone the same. Criticism is welcome. Questions are encouraged. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. She stretched on me. Turned up the light a little . I made a mound with the coco around her to keep her up right. I purposely don’t fill the grow bag to the top for this reason. She’s already strong enough to hold her self up now. I’ll add a bit more coco for extra support. Added some dynomyco

Alright growmies 🤙🏻 so week 9 of veg been a lot longer than I expected but due to situations need to be adjusted. So we’re going to repot the runtz into 20litre pots this week and start flowering next week latest. All clones have successfully rooted and will be going into another smaller tent for the time being of flowering the rest. Few absolutely beautiful plants in here so far can’t wait to see what next few weeks look like, hopefully don’t run into hight issues due to stretching 😂👌🏻 well see

DAY 1 (06/03/2020) The seedlings started growing tonight after 4 days since they were planted inside the rockwool cube (02/03/2020). They are under a 23w CFL until they are a little taller and start to make the first 2 leaves. The distance is very small from the light to not get them too stretched. Feeding just water now. I already prepared the RDWC setup with a 60 liters box (0,6 m x 0,4 m x 0,25 m) for 3 plants. The grow tent is 120x120 cm. The light will be a Sylvania 600w HPS powered by a Gib Ligthing LXG Timer 600w Electronic Ballast. Since it is dimmable I will start with 250w and increase in the first weeks until reaching 600w. The ballast has the Sunlight mode which increase the wattage of the lamp during the first hour and decrease during the last to simulate the sun cycle. DAY 5 (10/03/2020) Seedling are growing well. I started RDWC yesterday and put 25 liters of water with 15 ml of FloraCoco Grow, 15 ml of FloraMicro,15ml of FloraBloom. I also added 5 ml of Great White Mycorrhizae to strengthen roots. The water from my tap is 40 ppm , the water in the reservoir is 500 ppm. Increased power light to 350w. Temperature and Humidity when lights on: 23°C and 35%. Added a humidifier inside the room to increase humidity.

D-50 : Everyone is doing great ! The one that had a difficiency alert a couple of weeks ago has recovered. Thanks to the community's helpers ! I setup the net 2 days ago so the flowers are driven to the light and covers maximum of space in the tent. Well, with only 3 strains, I'm not sure it's very usefull, but later would be too late, so I'm doing that now. I already know when I'm going to harvest those girls cause I will be in hollydays for one week at the end of december. So, I'll harvest between the 19th december. I also know what will be my next grow : 3 Shogun (RQS) with 3 Chocolate Haze (RQS). All of themp in the 1m² box. I'll try main-lining with two time toppings on them. They should be a litle less tall after that and optimizing the flower production. At the same time I will test the SmartPots. I think I'm good for a 19 weeks session with 7-8 week veg. and 9-10 weeks flo. So I could start the session at the very bigining of january in the second box (Secret Jardin DP60) while the first session is gently drying... D-53 : all is good :) just add Biobizz Microbes today. Let’s see ! D-55 : add Calmag today to the nutrients. Hope it will help the litle Pinapple that shows a bit of deficiencies.
