August 31 - Day 35 Getting there. Everything is basically the same besides the topping I did on August 29th (Day 33). The girls were on their 7th node going on 8 and I topped 3 down to 5 nodes and 1 to 6. Lost at least 5 days to a week in growth on that. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing. So I am harvesting sweet Bourbon Kush Autoflower. It grew really fast. It smells like a wooddy sweet Bourbon. Hence the name. 🤷. She grew great for me in coco/perlite in a 1.5 gallon Potter. She has a great smell, great frost. Looks delicious. I am super eager to try the results. Strawberry Cadillac – STRNG Seeds W18 F9 3/8-14 Harvest week I had to move the Cadillacs to the closet. With summer temperatures outside this week, the humidity was over 75% and the temps in the garage were in the mid-70s. I did not want mold after all this work. In the closet with the air conditioner running and the door closed, I can achieve 54-60%rh and temps of 66-74F. I measured Cadillac 1 for the total height using a tape measure for the super cropped arms: pot + stalk 63” + 31” arm from point of supercrop to the bud tip at harvest =94” (7.8ft). That is taller than my tent at 80”. These strains are better suited for outside grows or be prepared to train hard. I topped 2x and had to supercrop 2x as well. They were both within 4 inches of the lights and overshadowed one of the Trop Cherrys and one Lectric Lemonade. I flushed 3x with flawless finish before harvest. I used all 577 wet trim of all 6 plants in the strawberry collection in bubble hash. I was in awe as the bagged leaves swirled in the washing machine, the water was Kool-Aid red and later was a deep wine red. The strawberries show their true colors. These were harvested on 3/7 and dried for 2 weeks dry weights taken on 3/24. Strawberry Cadillac 1 690g wet 130g dry Strawberry Cadillac 2 383g wet 57g dry. These total 187 g or 6.67 ounces.
