Starting the week with a feed. Not much to comment on. Fed at the end of the week. Just TPS and Bloom.

13/6: the light change worked incredibly well!! Switching from 75W(drawn 35W) to 1000W(drawn 120W) helped the flowers develop incredibly well in the past 7 days, now I can call them proper BUDS!!! Now, technically next week (Wednesday) is supposed to be harvest day from my original plan, but I worry that the 2-ish weeks that the plant stayed stunned may increase this period, I'll keep a close eye on the colour of the thrychomes, if they don't start turning amber this week I might push it another two. Now that humidity is correct and the flowers are growing, the plant started drinking WAY more, and now the usual 1L every two/three days just isn't enough, so I switched to 2L of PHd water at a 6.3/6.5 range every 48 hours, and I have a feeling that in the next week I may have to start water it every day as it keeps increasing its flowers. VERY excited for the next 14 days, can't believe its been almost a 4 months journey, I really want to see those buds fatten up :)

This lady is now officially into bloom, we’ll be giving her a slight cleanup before she goes any further. This plant had a fantastic start.

Some leaf tip burn, either lights or nutes. Measured TDS@900 and moved the lights away a few cm.

Now its time to finish i have lollipop'd the plant. I did this with my Blueberry plant i used for clones and the remaining top growth has much larger fan leaves. I am confident it will focus the energy in the right places and i wanted this wrong to have beautiful bud filled trim :) Gonna flush it for a week and a bit then create space weed. 24hr dry time haha

She's fattening up and smells STRONG. She's also dropped about 50% of her foliage while flowering and looks BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait for harvest to come!

Jack Herer is growing really slow. The nutrition was initially too strong. I think she just grew into it. Hopefully she makes a lot of growing progress soon. I can't do much but wait at this point. 😈👹😈👹 DARK DEVIL AUTO®️!!! 😈👹😈👹 Finally getting around to a strain I’ve been dying to grow! I’m hoping for a successful germination rate, keeping my fingers crossed!🤞 For these girls I’ll be growing in two different mediums with a variety of nutrients and amendments from various brands. Of course as always, all inputs are 100% organic. No synthetics allowed in my garden! Two Dark Devils will be grown in Nectar For the Gods #4 Soil Mix and the other who will be grown in Malibu’s Baby Bu’s Potting Soil. Both of these mediums are considered premium and only have the best quality inputs. Both soils also contain coco coir. In my experience I have found that autoflowers grow so much better in soil mixed with coco. Anytime that I’ve grown in heavier based peat soils I get much smaller root balls and root mass in general compared to coco/peat mixed mediums. The NFG #4 is a much lighter substrate than the Bu’s because it’s filled with a ton of perlite and pumice. One benefit is that it also has basalt so it’s considered “paramagnetic”. The one thing I added to the NFG mix was organic Bio-Char blend made from Build A Soils bio char and locally sourced organic bio char. The Baby Bu’s medium is 100% Coco Coir based, mixed with their biodynamic compost, worm castings, bio char, and tons of other beneficial ingredients. This medium is slightly heavier than the NFG even though the NFG is peat and coco based. It really comes down to there being less aeration material in the Bu’s blend compared to the NFG. But hopefully the coco will make up for the lack of aeration compared to the Nectar #4. A benefit claimed by both companies is that their products are properly mixed and stored so the customer does not receive “HOT” soil. The mediums come lightly pre-amended but believe that the Baby Bu’s will have more nutrients than the NFG #4 mix as they claim their soil is an “all mix”. I will be feeding the plants with living oxygenated water, microbial inoculants and light compost teas until the plants look like they need more food. This is my first time growing in both mediums so we’ll see as I grow along! I will also be adopting the northern lights technique that I’m using on my Banana Blaze grow diary! Update: 12/16 All four seeds broke ground around the same time at 9:00pm. 100% successful germination rate. Let’s see how they progress into the vegetative state. Update: 12/18 one out of four seeds may be showing signs of damping off. All four were growing straight as an arrow but today one is slightly slouched and leaves are allowing water to soak in. This usually isn’t a great sign! Update: 12/19 Took the suspected damping off seedling out of her humidity dome and she improved overnight. She is the only one with a greenish colored stem while the other three all have distinctive red/brownish stems similar to other purple strains I have grown. Thanks for stopping by! 😈

The bud development on this strain has been great rock hard buds I mean rock hard really nice quality bud heavy the resin production is super high it’s been cold at night for a week 48 as the low it has this girl oozing with resin very pungent smells of Fuel so dank smells like pine fuel citrus and a touch of skunk I’m very happy with the quality of this strain

Leaves started to go a little light green this last week so changed the water and added some Nitrozyme aswell as a slight mist direct to the leaves. Also had to lower the PH to 5.8 as it had crept up quite substantially at around 8.5. Other than that...Nice, healthy, bushy plants. Still a clear difference in size between the hydro and the Allmix. The netting needs changing as just can't get it taught so any recommendations appreciated. Itching to see the end result! Update 28th Feb: I think im getting a little nutrient burn on some of the leaves. Nutes have been added as per supplier directions Either that or it could be due to me spraying a little diluted Nitrozyme mix directly on the leaves a couple of days ago while the veg lights were running.

Harvested around 1 week ago, slowly drying with around 22° and 60% humidity. Happy with final results. Very dense buds, very smelly but with more pine smell rather than banana:)

Bit of a difficult start to these girls seeing as this is my first grow and all, but they’re still growing and overall looking pretty healthy, good colour, springy, but I’m suspecting nute deficiency maybe but I’ve upped the food so we’ll see how we do! Now, when to start topping 🤔... Puff, puff, pass ✌️

Into their second week of flowering and holy hell. The dark devil is going crazy !!! I can't believe at how fast it's flowering. The buds seem to double in size daily. I am going to boost the feeding to every other watering. Instead of the every third day feeding them. The dark devil i mainlined seems to be on the exact same schedule as the control plant her flowering period happened pretty quickly idk if i would mainline again.

Welcome growfessors! Harvest time for Do-si-dos! This gal is looking great after her last week in the tent. She developed a little foxtailing over the past week, but she did bulk up, pack on more frost and is sticky as molasses! July 11 dry weight of 83 grams. Smooth smoke, mellow flavors.
