En esta semana 12 de floracion hemos bajado los niveles de ppm y de ph... no estan en los valores mas optimos pero han bajado considerablemente. A causa de los valores altos, he leido que muchas veces las hojas se quiebran con gran facilidad y lo pude comprobar, en las fotos se pueden ver algunas hojas asi. Los nutrientes en los riegos han sido los valores minimos, esto fue un experimento ya que no quiero seguir sobrefertilizandola, quedan las ultimas semanas y no quiero hechar a perder todo el esfuerzo y tiempo que le dedico a ella. Varias hojas se han ido poniendo amarillas al punto de caerse, los pistillos se han empezado a oxidar, todos sintomas de que estamos llegando a la parte final del ciclo. (Esta semana por falta de tiempo quizas no he sido tan dedicado a la hora de tomar fotos,y tal vez el diario de esta semana se ve un poco desprolijo, espero sepan entender) :-)

Week 9 (aka day 63) According to the strain report, today would of been the day of harvest (if perfectly grown) Since I am not a master grower, it appears she needs more time. ha She is coming along great though! Super frosty and the flowers along the stems are starting to pack on weight. According to other grow diaries I've read, the harvest day will probably be in one month 3/3/21 (12 weeks total) If you notice my tent is a bit crammed, that's the only thing that's not ideal lol I am watering every three days with 6.0 phd water with 1 tablespoon of molasses and 1 teaspoon of SuperNova mixed into a gallon or more of water. Added Exhale c02 and top dressed in each pot with 1 tablespoon per gallon of growing medium my pots are 3.6. I added 3 tablespoons. It is my hopes that with adding the slow release dry amendments and once the c02 bag sarts growing my plants will finally grow. They are short but have 4 nodes at day 21. What is an exhale c02 bag? “The ExHale bag is a patented strain of mycelium that produces an abundance of CO2 without fruiting. This means that when our bag is activated, the mycelium grows, eating the substrate it comes with, giving off heaps of CO2 straight into your garden, and it does all this for 6 months - guaranteed!” At day 25 I am not impressed with the size of these girls? Hope they hit a growth spurt soon? Their internodes are stacked very nicely. At day 28 growth is very slow. Practically none existent since my top dressing at day 23. 2 plants have received a very minimal nutrient burn. As I do not have a soil ph tester? I will be watering with a ph of 6.0 rather than 6.5, hopefully that helps. ONWARD!

The nutrients are always referred to the 3 youngest plants! The older one (Black x Mexican) and the Critical Auto is taking about 1ml/L of CalMag 2ml/L of Coco A 2ml/L of CocoB Until this point the only plant trained was Black x Mexican, with LST and suppercropping (on accident, trying to bend a branch for LST) and some defoliation

Her buds are getting really nice and plump. I'm doing trichome checks every other day or so. Only seeing amber on the sugar leaves

Sehr schöner gleichmäßiger Wuchs. Ich habe die Pflanze durch Supercropping auf ein relative homogenes Level gebracht und ich muss sagen. Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Außerdem habe ich die Haupttriebe mit Kunststoffbögen fixiert um weiteres abknicken zu verhindern.

After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. I chose one of the predominantly indica plants for the first taste. This plant has received only water for the last five days instead of the usual 10/12 and although I would have to wait another 10/15 days before it is completely dry, this Saturday I will break some buds smaller and I will smoke it 😋 Once the first plant has dried, and the crop is tasted, I will add more data such as flavor and real definitive weight. For the remaining five plants I will follow all my standards without breaking basic rules and I will make a progressive crop. For the 2 plants that showed a photoperiodic predominance, I will open a separate diary once the harvest is over. P.S. I posted some sexy photos to take part in the Naked Buds contest. March 10, Day 69: Final taste and effect ratio for the first plant. The exact weight of dried buds, excluding the wads, sugar leaves and small branches is 58 grams. No one has coughed, the smoke goes down smooth and clean and the effect is practically immediate. The terpenes of limonene and pinene dominate every flavor. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet and smoking a lot at the end the limonene prevails. For a final consideration on the edible taste I will have to wait to have made some butter to make biscuits or brownies. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊
