Great flowers with beautiful colors! Smells of sweet oranges and grapefruit sour grape woody spicy chem aromas and tastes of earthy sweetness with a hint of citrus.

This strain absolutely took off! The plant I super cropped is absolutely covered in trichomes. One plant matured a little quicker and yielded 2 ounces!

Yooooooooyoyoyoyoyooooo, Beginning of week 12. Could i harvest already? Yes. But i want to wait at least one more week until harvest so probably week 13. I read that waiting a week more than usual can boost potency and yield as long as it won't get too hot, but it won't - hopefully lol. The E.C. was kinda high 1.1 So i partially cleaned the reservoir, emptied about 6 liters and refilled it with pH water Well the Plant is looking absolutely stunning and is definitely one of the best looking plant i ever grew. In Reallife she is looking so much better. Over all trichomes over trichomes, the buds get more and more purple, and they look SO dense, I LOVE IT! Really good genetic. If i can get my hands on the Photoperiod strains from fastbuds i will grow some mother plants and will try cloning for the first time, Growing in Deep water culture is awesome. For me, it's more fun than on soil. i want to try coco but if i try coco i will buy something like the autopot system. im too stupid for hand watering and will screw up at some point. the less i have to handwater the lower the risk Thats for this week, have a wonderful day, and see you next week, cheers!

Week 3 going well. Topped her and doing a bit of lst as well. Week 4 fead her with 25ml off grow auto from living Soils. And did a bit of demolition as well.

Muy buenas mi gentee.. Por aquí una semana más con esta #sherbetz y la verdad que viene increíblemente bien, con buena forma y buena asimilación de alimentos. Ya a recibido su primer riego con metraton bioestimulante de #thehypecompany. Decir que aún no hemos echo el cambie maceta por falta de espacio, pero ya hemos organizado todo un poco así que la próxima será en maceta nueva. Mantenemos las temperaturas tal cual ya que han funcionado bastante bien. Veremos como sigue en la próxima..

This strain smells like fresh oranges, it’s really high in terps. Yielded 5 oz dry off one plant and 4 oz dry off the other. Very happy with yield and quality. Excellent daytime smoke or in larger doses even works at night. Presses into some delicious rosin! Once again I’m very happy with Barney’s Farm!

Flipped these girls to flower on day 26. Most of them have been looking good and growing pretty fast. I topped off the reservoir and added a little maxibloom. All 8 plants are drinking a total of about 2 gallons of water per day now. I kinda slacked on training them this week, but I will try to get them spread out some over the next week. I have been pulling a few fan leaves from the bottom so they can get good air circulation.

The girls got a last trim and are in flowering now ! Really happy to see them grow like this. Didn't had a single leave that turned yellow or had any deficiencies for the whole veg stage !

🍰 Lava Cake – Final Harvest & Smoke Report GrowDiaries | Week 8 (Harvest & Cure) After months of dedication, lessons, and love, our Lava Cake journey comes to a close — and what an ending it is. Both phenotypes reached maturity beautifully, wrapped in dense, resin-coated buds that carry the unmistakable aroma of sweetness and spice. 🌱 From Seed to Harvest — A Journey in Full Bloom Our Lava Cake journey began from seed with two unique phenotypes, both full of potential and personality. Week after week, through careful nutrition, TrolMaster monitoring, and endless observation, we watched them evolve. From the early stages of vegetative vigor, through the lush canopy of mid-flower, and even through the challenges of heat and bud rot, these girls showed true resilience. Each setback taught something — about balance, airflow, humility, and the living rhythm of nature. Both plants were ultimately harvested with respect and gratitude. ⸻ ✂️ Harvest & Trimming After about two weeks of slow drying at 60°F / 60% RH, the branches began to snap — a sure sign the moisture was just right. Each plant was trimmed by hand, carefully and patiently, letting every calyx, pistil, and trichome tell its own story. The buds were dense, sticky, and heavily frosted — a trimmer’s delight. Finger hash collected along the way was pure gold, rich in aroma and bursting with terpenes. Each snip of the scissors felt like sculpting something sacred. Both plants were dried whole, allowing for slower moisture migration and a smoother final cure. ⸻ 🌿 On Trichomes and Harvest Timing We chose to harvest when most trichomes were cloudy, with only a few still clear and very few amber. This moment — just before full amber maturity — is where potency meets flavor at its peak. Why cloudy trichomes? Because that’s when cannabinoids like THC and terpenes are at their maximum activity. Too early, and you lose potency; too late, and THC starts converting into CBN, giving a heavier, sleepier effect. Cloudy trichomes deliver a balanced high — euphoric yet grounding — capturing the essence of the strain in its full potential. ⸻ 🌸 Aroma, Taste & Effects The Lava Cake lives up to her name and lineage. Pas beaucoup d'odeur mais une fois coupée une belle odeur de sucre de bois et un peu de fruit se dégageait 🤤🤤🤤. Pour avoir fait pas mal d'erreur et réussir a en tirer 127 g humide pour une première et juste un lst sur la tige principale ( quasi un sog) . Je pense avoir fait quelque chose de plutôt pas mal. Maintenant le produit final ne sera pas a son rendement maximum, mais ça me va.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. How does your body and mind react on this shit for money?!?! May I invite you to think about it… See you next week dear Growmies! Have a nice Weekend and take care… Peace out! Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die.
