Moved these girls in to the flower room so now they are under 600 watts of hps. towering above every other strain I've grown so far these girls loved vegging for 8 weeks. I did a light defoliation of lower most branches because light wasnt reaching through the canopy well & these girls shouldnt mind it at all. Really looking forward to seeing how these ladies fill up a room. 😉🌿

Week 7 of flower 9/20/24 Changed the nutrients on 9/23/24 to fit the ripening stage. Using FinalPart with ProBloom EC 1.3, PH 6-6.2. Checking runoff PH and EC daily (EC 1.25, PH 5.2). Using H2O2 with every watering (to help the PH stabilize at 5.5-6.5 range if there is a root problem). Plant seems happy and not showing necrosis/nutrient burn problems. Hand watering ones a day at the beginning of the light schedule.

📌 Disclaimer / Timeline clarification Before we begin, a quick note for transparency: Last week, while compiling the reports, I unintentionally included some photos that actually belong to this week. That one’s on me. It’s fairly easy to notice which photos those are, and to avoid duplicating files, I’ll keep the correct visuals where they are while continuing to share this week’s genetics shots and videos as intended. Thank you for the understanding — clarity and honesty always come first here 🙏 🌬️ Week 4 Veg — Sour Diesel Quick recap (how we got here) This Sour Diesel has moved through veg without interruptions or stress. From early establishment to now, the focus has been consistency: stable environment, balanced nutrition, and no unnecessary interventions. No setbacks. No corrections. Just steady development and strong genetic expression beginning to show. Anyone joining us now is seeing her at a point where the foundation is already built. ⸻ 🌡️ Room Conditions & Environment Conditions remain identical and stable, exactly as intended for mid-vegetative growth: • Temperature: 25.7 °C • Relative Humidity: 60% • Airflow: constant and gentle • VPD: comfortably in range for veg This environment allows Sour Diesel to: • transpire efficiently • maintain lush coloration • build internal momentum without stress ⸻ 💡 Lighting (Week 4 Veg) • LEDs: running at 90% • Lighting source: top lighting only • Under-canopy lighting: not active yet (planned for flower) She’s growing into the light, not being pushed by it. We’re monitoring PPFD across the canopy using the TrolMaster PAR sensor, walking the room to understand distribution — not to chase numbers, but to stay informed. No adjustments are being made. Observation only. ⸻ 🌱 Nutrition Program Same trusted, balanced approach: • Plagron Terra Grow — vegetative base nutrition • Power Roots — strong, expansive root system • Pure Zym — enzymatic support and cleaner substrate • Sugar Royal — metabolic and microbial encouragement • Vita Race — foliar vitality and micronutrients The response is clear: lush green growth, expressive leaves, and relaxed posture. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Observations • Color: rich, healthy green • Vigor: calm but confident • Growth rate: steady, as expected for Week 4 veg • Structure: quietly stacking potential She’s a lush plant, no other way to say it. Balanced, beautiful, and clearly comfortable in her environment. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not to Expect) Expect: • noticeable acceleration soon • tighter internodal spacing • increased nutrient demand as root mass peaks Don’t expect: • explosive stretch just yet • dramatic visual changes this • the need for interventions or corrections This is the calm before the surge — the moment where Sour Diesel gathers herself before showing her true pace. ⸻ Closing Notes Week 4 veg is about trusting the process. Sour Diesel is exactly where she should be — healthy, lush, and preparing for the next chapter. Community Note Due to YouTube community guidelines, our educational channel was taken down. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. She has shown her first couple hairs , not sure if with autos if that starts week one flower but I'll continue veg until I see more than just a couple, then moab or sonic bloom to week one flower. I've used moab and sonic bloom and I can't tell which is better honestly. Thinking of making my own just without the extra b1 they put in.

FBT 2309 is growing great under the Medic Grow mini Sun-2, in the Gen1:11 nutrition. I did a solution change 2 days ago. The ph has gotten a lot more stable since. Ashe got some training today, and us ch ready for another week of growing. She should be starting some flowering here soon. Thank you Medic Grow, Gen1:11, and Fast Buds. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g If anyone needs to purchase fastbuds here is a link for my affiliate program https://myfastbuds.com/?a_aid=60910eaff2419

All plants are doing INCREDIBLE, the buds are swelling up and on each branch huge colas start to form. The amount of flower production under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps (now dimmed to 100% at a distance of 60 cm) is INSANE and all flowers are gleaming with trichomes. The plants are sticky as hell and they smell like crazy. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky aroma with hints of citrus, while the Serious Kush is getting danker every day, it has a PUNGENT GASSY SMELL...I LOVE IT! 😍 The first pistils on the buds start to get brown, which is a sign that they are ripening and that the moment of harvest is getting closer. I cant wait!

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

happy new year, everyone! plants are thriving, stretch is happening and the experimental is showing buds already (it's been switched one week earlier) 😊 --- another major defoliation done – Barney claimed that lateral branching is heavy and it's indeed 😂

One of the shorties of the bunch, I have to say Northern Lights is my favorite smelling strain (or at least the flower I just finished). I'm hoping she'll smell the same.

Still waiting for trichomes to turn all cloudy. Seems to be taking forever! Many leaves are yellowing now so she is close to the end for sure.

Week 9: Transitioning and Training The Durban Poison photoperiods are officially settling into their long-term homes and showing some impressive vigor. After the successful transplant into the 25-gallon fabric pots, the root systems are clearly enjoying the extra breathing room. This week is all about managing that explosive growth and setting a solid foundation for the structure of the plants. #Environmental Conditions Location: Outdoor Deck Climate: High plains (Variable temperatures and shifting winds) Sunlight: Full sun (approx. 14+ hours of daylight) Garden Updates & Maintenance The focus this week has shifted from recovery to Low Stress Training (LST). Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. Plans for Week 10 * Continue adjusting the ties on the LST setup. * Monitor for any early signs of "the stretch."

2/12 Week 7 Hairs beginning to show up more each day and the growth tips are transforming. Continuing to encourage bushing by defoliating the top canopy every couple of days. Lots of bud sites in their future. Lowering Nitrogen by putting them on all Bloom nuets , prob should have done that weeks ago. 29 inches high no sign of slowing. No problems unless we hit 40 inches. Then I gotta think 😣 Don't see any reason to worry stretch should end in a week to 10 days or less and there are a few things I got up my sleeve. Actually these are the kinds of problems I signed up for and Ive nothing to complain about, this stuff is fun. 😁 Here's hoping for a big arsed harvest! I was asked why I am letting the lower end of the plants get so over grown. The idea is that this will slow down the upward growth and maybe get them to bush more later. When the room exists in the flower tent that will be cleaned up. Hitting them with the kangaroots again one last time in the morning to see if we can get those root balls expanded for bud building. 2/13 Pics Starting to get some height differences(less than 2 inches) between the plants under the LED and those under the HPS so I have changed the HPS out for a MH light to slow down the height gains in the flowering tent. Their nodes could use some shortening. Have other reasons but thats it for this grow. Hung a small 2700K 30 watt LED directly over Aeryn out of the path of the main light to give her just a bit more red spectrum. Not much but something. 2/14 Rearranged the tent to give better access to the photos and allow better hanging of the small LED and give a bit more light from the MH. Runoff tested on all plants and ranged from 550-600 ppm which just leaves us all kinds of room later for more nuets. Heck this is perfect 2/17 Stepping down the nuets slightly 2/19 End week note: Finally see some very slight nitrogen def on Aeryn so nuets back up, found the bottom end of of it. Folding in PK at a low dose Flipped week back to veg, only in flower the last day or so of the week
