Tequila Sunrise - Week 9: ¡Nuggets of Hope Under the Brandenburg Sun! ¡Hola from the land of sunshine, amigos! This week's been a real turn-around for our Tequila Sunrise! Seems like Mother Nature finally got the memo and decided to crank up the heat. All that sunshine has been a welcome change, and our little señorita is definitely basking in its glory. The most exciting part? hose flower buds are starting to look downright delicious! They're getting nice and dense already, packing on trichomes like there's no tomorrow. This is where things get interesting, though. With all this sunshine comes the threat of rain and humidity, which could spell trouble for those tight nugs. We'll have to keep a close eye on things and maybe even improvise a little rain shelter if needed. But hey, that's all part of the adventure, right? Speaking of adventure, the slug war seems to be a distant memory. Those plastic chair thrones are proving to be a fortress of solitude for Tequila Sunrise! No slimy visitors have dared to breach its defenses. Victory is sweet, my friends! However, it wouldn't be a proper telenovela without a little subplot, would it? Looks like a few sneaky weeds decided to join the party in Tequila Sunrise's pot. No worries, though, they'll be evicted faster than you can say "fiesta foul." We can't have any unwanted guests stealing the spotlight from our main star! And the star of the show is definitely looking frosty, amigos! Those buds are getting a beautiful coat of trichomes, sparkling like diamonds in the sun. I have been hooked for weeks on this! and its thanks to all you guys! haha Much love!! 💚💚 I Appreciate it soo much. 💚💚💚 I have Harvested 2 of the Runtz first which were darked out for 3 days in a 3x3. We have 3 more in flower for another week or 2 as they are little behind schedule! There are 2 plants which I will be flushing next week as they have really packed out now. We got 1 straggler but looks like she's fattening up good! and will follow suit very soon! 😎 🌳Plant 1 Harvested and Drying now The size of this momma Runtz is mad! After loosing one of the main stems in early flower, she powered through and made 2 massive fat colas! Hardly ran into any problems with this plant other than loosing a main stem which turned out to be glorious in the end! 💥 She is now drying in the 3x3. I'm aiming for 10 days drying. Smell is absolutely unreal! I would normally do longer but as I have took most of the main fan leaves off I think it will be a bit quicker this harvest. 🌳Plant 2 Harvested and Drying now - Another whopper! super sticky colas all over it! I decided to leave a few more fan leaves on this one for now but may take more this week aiming for 10 days again! couldn't' be happier with the results, Hardly ran into any nutrient problems throughout. We had a few pale leaves early flower due to overwatering but she soon recovered and powered through! Smells like victory! Could not be happier with the Results so far! 2 down 3 to go! cant wait to get a weigh on them fat colas! I will take some more snaps over the next few weeks and show the dried and final trimmed bud of the 2 harvested and hopefully get them uploaded before the contest time expires. First time using the Green Sensation from Plagron! I will 100% be investing in some more or maybe win some lmao! I can see a dramatic difference in Weight and health of the Autos grown! Green stems and healthy leaves , PHAT BUDS!!! 😜😜😜 3 more Plants to go not long now!!!! I Will add another flowering week in next 2 days and show the other 3 still in action! Going to Update this harvest page in the next 2 weeks with dry weigh results and Smoke review to follow!! Update 25/05/25 3 remaining Plants 🌳🌳🌳 have now been harvested and curing in the grove bags. there are 2 plants that have a very minty fresh smell, smells well good when u open the bags! hits your nostrils hard! The other is very lemony earthy fresh stuff , some big fat nuggies and popcorns on all 3 . smells so good! FINAL WEIGH 10.89 Ounce from 5 plants! - Jackpot! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 💥💥💥💥💥 Well that's it! its been emotional! All 5 harvested 😎 this is the ennnnnnnd! my only friennddd! 20/05/2021 (Day 65) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de solución. Las plantas se encuentran espléndidas y listas para comenzar un proceso de engorde y resinado. Esta semana se incorpora una barra de 1m de osram con Deep Blue, Far red e hiper red como complemento de rojos y azules. 23/05/2021 (Day 68) Hoy se colocó la segunda malla scrog y podemos observar que las plantas van desde 90cm de altura al suelo en su expresión mas indica y 110cm de distancia al suelo en la expresión mas sativa.

In general, I liked growing this variety, the only thing is a lot of small leaves, it is not very convenient to cut, but the colas are very dense and weigh well, there are also many small stepsons, although I cleaned up during unnecessary time, powdery mildew appeared after the rain, which is difficult get rid of the large number of leaves on the plant, and it's very good)

Quick update. Everything is going pretty well, it's growing quickly. 😉✌️

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.

Sorry for the lack of uploading ! These plants have been perfect from the start. Budding out nicely and haven't shown any signs if defficiency. All training has been stopped and I have started cutting back on the nitrogen for the 2 autoflowers. The peanut butter cookies is growing to be very bushy so I have done some light defoliation to help with light penetrative to the lower canopy of the plant

3 more weeks to go.

It was a tough week though! I didn’t know what to do in terms of training my girls 🌱🌱🌱🌱, this is my first time so I don’t know shit 💩 haha. I decided to manifold these beauties, I did it this morning, it kinda hurt to cut them off 😢 since I watched them grow and all that emotional crap 😅 but fuck it let it all be for the greater good, those 8 colas I’m planning to get per plant will look beautiful in a couple of months! I wanted to ask you all please. What about that hollow stem in one of the plants? I have read that hollow stems could be a deficiency, is that right? How can I correct it? Really hope she continues doing fine and make it through the process!!

VERY BIG VARIATION BETWEEN BEANS. ONE IS SUPER AHEAD THE OTHER IS SUPER BEHIND. BUT ATLEAST ALL 5 SPROUTED. THATS NOT BAD. I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO LST. SO FAR JUST BEEN SPRAYING WATER DAILY AT SUNRISE. NOTHING ELSE. IM A SOIL GROWER. THESE ARE ALL REUSED SOIL. ADDED DRY AMENDMENTS AND HOME-MADE WORM CASTINGS AND EGG SHELLS. 3-4 GAL POTS. NOTHING HUGE. BUT I KNOW THEY NEED MORE SUN. THATS FOR SURE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BEST LOCATIONS. BUT I HAVE LOTS OF FRUIT TREES IN BACK YARD. DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD FULL SUN SPOT.

The plant looks healthy. Start to pre-flower this week. I’m trying keep the plant as lower as possible.

Starting to darken very sticky and only day 50. In 10-12 days stop feeding. It is a small plant but buds close together, day 54 could be last feed can’t believe how quick it took we’ll see? Decided to stop feeding it almost seems stupid on day 54 unbelievable. Flush till day 63-65?

Our beauty is now 6 weeks old and has officially entered the flowering stage! She has gained noticeable height and bushiness, showing off her healthy growth and vibrant energy. We've installed a net and gently guided her underneath to maximize the potential of each branch and ensure even light distribution. The light schedule remains 12/12. Daytime temperature is a steady 28°C, nighttime drops to 21°C, and humidity stays at 65%. We continue feeding her with Xpert Nutrients, providing all the essential elements she needs during flowering. CO2 supplementation also continues, supporting her vigorous development. A huge thank you to Xpert Nutrients for their top-quality fertilizers — it’s thanks to them our girl is entering the flowering phase with such strength and confidence .

Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel zu berichten, die Bananen haben sich nicht weiter gebildet und die Buds werden schön fett und Saftig 😍 Heute hab ich versucht ein paar trichome vor die Linse zu bekommen, was ziemlich gut funktioniert wenn man die Lupe einfach vor die Handycam hält 👍🏻 26.07 Painkiller 3 wird langsam auch zu einer stattlichen Pflanze, sie bräuchte bestimmt noch 2 Wochen länger aber leider muss ich sie alle gleichzeitig ernten da das Zelt zum trocken benötigt wird… Echt schade
