6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

Raised the EC a little bit and added a smal UVB Light yesterday. I hope the buds will swell up for the last 2, 3 weeks.. Today i have checked the trichomes, the upper buds are showing a little bit of amber, so i did a partial harvest, cutted the 3 top buds away. Tested today, 24% THC . See on picture. The next week i will do a partial harvest again.. Very sticky and fruity, i think potent too. Did a defoliation again. But defenitely no big yielder, could be because of the veganics fertilizers and the small 150 W Mars Hydro light. Overall i am happy, the plant is healthy and no Bugs etc.. I will grow this genetix again and push a little bit harter next time. Thanks to Sebastian Good from Good Genetix for sending me the Tester!

Another good week done. Increased feeding to near on 1000ppm Wanted to do things differently with these to try and get the most out of them, so I am and will be feeding every time they are watered where as before I was alternating PH water with feeding every other day. No sign of starting flower yet so could potentially be a long Veg auto or I could be mis sold photoperiod plants. Should know more next week. I have seen some are 5 week veg so not too fussed at the moment. Humidity is high in the tent at the minute and that’s because I forgot to empty the dehumidifier and the damp outside weather was no help either, it tends to stick to 45%-55% See you again next week

Hey everyone, sorry I’ve been absent. These girls have been through some sh*t along with me😂 They had a Thrips infestation quite bad. I have been doing a lot of construction in the house and think that maybe was a factor🤷‍♂️🏻 My last harvest was 10/10 absolutely beautiful was missing the bulk towards the end of harvest though, then I found out when I grinder the flower… Hermie was absolutely gutted. There was a few things it could’ve been I suppose it’s part of the learning curve. I saved the best five I could… The girls that seemed almost pest resistant. I topped from 3-5 Nodes just once due to the trauma after ward. Safe to say this has been really stressful for us all I felt as though everything was contaminated so I cleaned everything and went back old school to tent! Glad I did so too. Been experiencing some hot weather recently so both ballasted are on 400W which is fine for now! Keeping feed to a minimal and keeping basic this run. They seemed to have bounced back and all seem healthy showing female sex!!! Hopefully we have a great run I really hope so

Day 21 of flowerig going great. Gelato strain was too much bushy, so we had to defoliate it. Now all the works are done, only have to wait buds to get fat 😁.

The plants are all doing well, unfortunately they are developed differently, in the future I will make a report per plant

Tested a micro humidifier in this box too and it went horribly wrong, just flooded everywhere. Mind you, it did raise the humidity a bit :D More testing next week.

The phenotypes of the two plants now show another clear difference. The plant on the left has developed two equally large, beautiful main stems and is small and bushy, as I would expect from an OG Kush or an Indica. The plant on the right has put on another extreme stretch during flowering, as you would expect from a Sativa. I therefore had to tie off the two main stems to prevent them from suffering burns at the top of the lamp. The buds are now clearly visible. The odor has increased significantly and is already very pungent in the third week of flowering. We did not fertilize this week but only added 10g BioEnhancer from GreenHouse Feeding to 1 liter of water.

these 2 girls have been a wonder an a half to grow. !! #2 is finishing alot faster than #1 but its about half way through flower and #2 has just taken off from the beginning rich thick colas with dense stinky purple nugs. #1 is a real tall with a few thick long colas really showing off her legs this one.🤙😁

Cherry cola getting some nice fat , dense and colourful buds . Flushed this week and looking to start the potassium this week .

Candy has been growing good. I switched h her light times today. So her flower adventure is getting started. I will likely be doing a solution change next update for blooming nutrition. I trimmed some of the under growth, and some defoliation in the rest. Everything is looking good, and she seems ready to go. Day 78- Still haven't got around to staking. Since both plants were watered last night, no more water till harvest on Day 82. Yellow Markers final weight after a week curing is 14.6 grams. I still have some medicine left so this will have atleast another week and half to cure some more. Day 79- I decided against the bamboo stakes. But will have them for future grows. I think I'm just going to ride it out till day 82. Hopefully a buddy comes through to help with trimming or my weekend will be very busy 😂 Day 80- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Day 81- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Tomorrow is Harvest Day! Day 82- Harvest Day! I got started late in the evening and wasn't done till the morning of day 83. I'm beginning to think I should have waited on harvesting Yellow Marker but you live and you learn! These plants smell so damn good. The Runt I may end up getting an eighth to a quarter from. She only had 5 branches which were still pretty shitty but had surprisingly tightened up bud formations. But that's on me, not genetics. But the Blue Marker...her genetics were really on point. I'll atleast get an ounce...maybe two out of her. Both plants have a strong lemony-citrus/piney smell to them. Can't wait to try it out! While trimming I accidentally cut off a few pieces. Instead of tossing it in the trim bin (which is where most of the runt went lol) I left them infront of a fan to quick dry them so I could try them out. I will also be drying these probably 2 days longer before placing them in their jars. The other ones I had to take out multiple times to get the moisture correct. I will be back to post more journals (auto amnesia haze is next) and also post a taste test/harvest results as soon as I'm done drying. Overall for a first timer, I'm impressed on what I've learned and what I've accomplished. Kudos for the insight @NeedsMoreFans As to not waste, the doggo is very happy with her fan leaves as treats. The sugar leaves and trim I will be making into a Green Dragon tincture with 190 proof Everclear. My goal is to be able to take one ml (an average eyedropper) and mix it in with something so I can dose during the day and have it on me, and to not have to worry about taking time to roll a joint or to carry anything on me. Or well...smell like I smoked. Will definitely let you guys know!
