10 November 2020 SunSet-Sherbet Well this week is just another week by now, this lady has been threading through the scrog throughout the week and I believe this lady has finished here stretching and is in full on flowering mode now. Normally a plant stretches the first few weeks into flower to stop the growth and use the nutrients it’s getting now is used to store in the nugs and not the growth anymore. Each cola of each branch has reached the scrog net and has a decent amount of light exposure due to the fact that I only has one light for 2 plants and the spread of the light isn’t the best. Started making actual looking hairy heads with the on them 😁 the leaf spread is just getting a lot. Do-Si-Wine This plant is doing splendid due to fact that the long and stretchy-ness of these branches has reached the scrog net above and beyond which makes it a lot easier to thread through the scrog and to get as much light exposure as possible for more thicker nugs 🤓 The heads on this lady has started making THC 😁 the nugs are starting slowly to turn white which is very cool, because the plant is a dark green with WHITE nugs. One branched has snapped which is quiet delicate and grows above the rest if the canopy and causes shadow from on the bottom branches.

Hola a todos! Hace unos dias que puse la malla, y he guiado las ramas que iban creciendo, un par de veces. lo dejare 1 semana más en crecimiento y luego a floración. Espero que la malla no se quede pequeña. ¿Qué tal lo veis? Gracias! Un saludo cultivador@s!

Started a liquid supplement because my dry amendments aren’ didn’t activate my last grow. Maybe I didn’t mix them deep enough or keep the top layer wet enough but i know its the end of my first run & my girls have been STARVING . So even though I did top dress a few weeks ago I still started her on liquid amendments like my oldest girls & she’s handled all the feedings brilliantly. She has pre flower pistals showing but only sparsely so we’re still vegging out. She’s a beast & that’s an understatement. Definitely the biggest & most vigorous auto I’ve ever grown. Liquid amendments I’ve been feeding are still indeed organic so no worries.

I introduced them to the nutrients on day 15 and as you can see by day 17 all four plants seem to be taking well to them.

These pics were taken on day of chop 1/8/24. Didn't get any pics of them hanging, will get pics of the trimming process in about a week when she's done drying. I typically dry for around 8-10days with 14 being ultimate goal but I'm fine with 10. Will update in a week or so with the smoke report and final conclusion!

8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. Amazon - Trimming Tray - (somewherr brand pictured above) Amazon - Nitrile Gloves Amazon - Trimming Scissors Drying Plans and Tools: Once I'm done trimming, it's time to dry the buds. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." That's when my perfectly cured buds will be ready to enjoy! Amazon - Hygrometer 12 Pack Target - 32oz Ball Mason Jars 12 Pack I use a smell-proof duffle bag. It has double zippers, and smell prof lining. The brand is www.420stock.com, and the model I use is the X-Large Trap Pax Duffle Bag. 8/23/23 - 20% more nutrients were added. She went from about 900 at the beginning of the week to about 330. Now she's back up to 500ppms. We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. Unfortunately, one of my plants was affected by mildew, luckily only a few lower leaves, but I will probably have to do an (Maybe) emergency harvest this week. The lady isn't that long away from the optimal time anyway, so it shouldn't be such a big problem.

Not finished with the harvest yet will update when I’ve done a second trim on everything and weighed in. The pics so far just a branch from each plant. 3 slightly different phenotypes. The buds I’d swear have a pinkish hue. Very strange colour came through in the end almost has a purple look about it. Very happy with results and yield. The yeild could be much bigger given space and time for veg but for my needs This was an awesome grow. Really nice sticky hard buds on the most. One of the Phenotypes was a bigger yield and much tighter fatter buds but all look great.✌️🏻 I should also say a big thank you to Barney’s for providing free seeds for this grow. It’s a pleasure growing your girls. So smoking this stuff properly tonight, yeah it’s good. Very heavy warm stoned feeling after a few spliffs.. my tolerance is quite high but this stuff has rocked my night. Really pleased with the results after curing for a few weeks I think I found a new favourite🤤🤤😂😂well until the next one. The buds are nice and dense and really have a nice firm feel to them. They also had a fairly decent covering of trichomes that sit in the herb well, it’s surprisingly smooth to say it’s not cured yet. It’s gonna be beautiful stuff oh yass yass yass. Update/ getting super tight now, it’s going to be very difficult to keep my hands off it for too long🤤😂 So a friend came around to see me yesterday. I let him have a good smoke of Phantom OG. He left with both fists clenched and thumbs pointing skyward. This cannabis really is top class, and really does have medicinal value. I’d say it’ll make a great stress killer for anyone I think it’ll quash any anxiety issues going on as well✌️🏻😌✌️🏻

Hello Everyone 👏, As you can see, are all Cherry Colas growing, they all have a tightrips in their pots for now, for recognition. Will make nicer pictures of them in a few days. They are now 4 days from germination🙏. The humidifier had been added, so I had to adjust the room a lil bit. Seedlings don't need much nutrients, neighter do autoflowers. with normal soil I would recommend to only give water for 1-2 weeks, since it holds nutrients in it as well. But since I'm using Cocos for this grow, I might have to add some basic nutrients in the upcomming week. For this week I gave/give only water turns and Startbooster turns. Update day 5: - Lowerd the lights to avoid stretching. they are now at 75cm distance from lamp to pots. I want them at 40-50 cm, but I don't want to rush it. - Added another layer of cocos to avoid the soil from drying up therefore the roots from dying. This will happen because of lowering the lamps down, the soil will get exposed more to heat. As you can see, the humidifier is doing his thing haha. Pictures and videos where taken without the lights + fans on. because of that, it will look like this. Still fun thought. Enjoy 🙌

The Pure Ice Cream clone is growing well. Nothing special has been happening. She is waiting on another plant to finish so she can go to flowering. It will be about 3 or 4 weeks from now.
