~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/1- Week Seven of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both taking off with vigorous growth! I have started to include TPS Plant Foods Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae/Beneficial Bacteria to my top dresses to give the plants some extra resilience to the heat that will be coming soon. I've had great success using this combination which really helps with heat stress and can also help to prevent other issues, such as disease and fungus attacks! 6/3- I have upped my waterings to daily, and am now giving the 'Testers' 2g of water a day, along with weekly Compost Teas. 6/5- I topped both plants side branches today, as well as removing some lower small shoots and lower shade leaves to help direct energy to the upper sections where it will needed most. 6/7- Well fam, there goes Week Seven of veg, the weather is getting hotter by the day and these two beautiful girl continue to explode with growth! Plant A (left side) started pushing through the medium first after 48 hours. Plant B germinated successfully at 96hrs but due to cold climate and moisture in the seed the seed got too cold and turned to mush. At 96hrs Plant A had reached 1.25" and had started to spread the first set of leaves. It is now approximately 2" tall and the first fan leaves are about 1/3" long. Growth is steady and effortless for this girl. So far the self watering set up, grow light, and medium have been treating plant A great. After 60hrs she became fully exposed. Plant B germinated as stated before and died, Plant C was planted 5 days into the germination week of Plant A. No pre-soak, just dry seeds dropped directly into the medium. Miracle Grow myth has so far been proven wrong (performance organics, not regular potting soil). In addition to the set up, I found a water bottle diffuser I have on a 6hr rotation (6 on and 6 off) that I found for $9USD at a grocery outlet. Humidity now steady at 31% on the gauge and about 65% Relative Humidity. Temps sit steady around 68-71°F. Shooting for 360g or 180g from each plant utilizing LST. We are seeing if organic miracle grow has enough nutes for an autoflower, with 3 months of nutrients as stated from the bag it should end up timing out perfectly for harvest time with no flushing needed as nutrients will already be used up.

9/9 Still looking for the cause of the top fading only on the light colored phenos think its P will address tomorrow, want a couple more weeks from these guys at least. 9/10 Looking better top dressed the Happy Frog 3 tbs/plant watered with Bio-Bloom 3tsp /gal and Big Bloom 3tsp/gal 9/13 D62 Just finishing the week things are pretty stable. Nuet issues resolved and buds building nicely taking on a more fuzzy appearance with straight new growth hairs. Sorry but something bad happened in my life and I couldn't share the photos before

Día 73 desde su nacimiento y ya se ha dejado de abonar hace un par de días para obtener resultados más limpios de residuos. El progreso está a la vista, flores muy densas que estaban doblando todas las ramas de esta planta por lo que tuve que agarrarla para ayudarlas a soportar el peso. El nivel de tricomas es impresionante y desprende una fragancia dulce bastante agradables por toda la casa. BUENOS HUMOS! 👽

These girls are getting super frosty, especially the Pineapple Skunk. In the middle of the week I learned a lesson. I chopped off a few larger leaves from Pineapple Express 1 and that stressed it out sending out just one (hopefully) banana. I pulled the banana and since I didn't see any other bananas or signs of stress I decided to carry on and not harvest early. The smell started to become stronger this week, I can get a big whiff of it when I open the door early in the morning before the fans take all the smell out. In the middle of the week I moved from "Late Bloom" nutrient mix into "Ripen". I want this to be on the early side of the harvest so it is more awake. At the end of this week I saw little to no amber trichomes. Nothing exciting except the awesome photos! They have all become very fat and crystallized. I have no idea what to except for harvest weight. Maybe the same as my last grow which had taller but thinner stalks in the same grow space. Stay-tuned for the final week and the harvest updates! I have already started my next grow and I'll be raising 2-3 Blue Dream plants. Hoping to get that monster harvest I've been shooting for! That might not be this time but maybe next.

Day 36, 15.05.2024 - The week starts with no real action but to double check the position of the branches within the trellis net. No surprise here, that the manual "rerouting" is getting lesser and lesser. The branches found their spots! - We start the week at 38cm height. I think we look at another week of stretch, but it already feels like slowing down. Day 37, 16.05.2024 - a round of drinks to the ladies: 600ml each inkl. Nutrition according to plan. Next watering might be on the weekend. Day 38, 17.05.2024 No action today besides taking a couple of close-up pictures for documenting things. Both are looking fine. Soil is dry, next watering tomorrow morning. Day 39, 18.05.2024 A round of drinks with nutrition: 600ml each inkl. BioBizz Grow, Bloom and TopMax Day 40, 19.05.2024 No real action today. I pre-rendered the timelapse for the running week (5 days in 1133 Pictures :D ) and noticed: The stretch ended more or less in the end of day 37. You can see it clearly that there is no significant grow since then. So from now on all the nutrients will be used to build up the buds which is I guess a nice milestone! Soil is getting dry again - watering will happen in the morning I guess. Jeez, they are thirsty these days! Day 41, 20.05.2024 Gave the ladies a drink right after sunrise (at least to them) at about 1800. Both look good, nothing much to do I guess. Day 42, 21.05.2024 No action today but to close the week with uploading a timelapse video. Enjoy!

This was the last week of veg. I will switch to bloom nutrients from advanced nutrients. So far so good. I lowered the ec by 0.3 a few days, because I got a slight tip burn. In my previous grow I had to deal with nutrient lockout, I am trying to avoid that this time. I measure the values of the water tank 2 times a day, In particular the ph values keep rising daily. I will defoliate when they are done stretching , around week 2 or 3

Day 113. Girls are ok, lanky, i haven't lolitoped them, buts its one of my targets. I dont want big bus, how stupid it wouldnt sound, but if HERMIE part is ok , i dont want to give bud rot easy chance ... Its unavoidable in UK, but i bet a lot on my strategy ;)) They need water a lot, fed them a bit with bat guano, epsom salt and Great White. In an hour rain started, so everything happened on right time ! Still no signs of flowering yet ... Have visited my friends garden and all 3 RQS Royal Cookies + RQS Royal Cookies looks so much better , because of stronger wind and better light, just my friend made few mistakes. Still all alive and going strong ! Happy Growing !!!

June 28 - They are doing great, We switched to the recommended amount of nutrients for flowering, Also 2 air stones I ordered have come in so now those are on 24/7 with the nutrient water in a 5 gallon bucket. June 29 - Still just growing away, I am still feeding roughly 3L per plant of nutrient water every 24-36hr depending on how dry they feel. June 30 - Totally forgot to take pictures/videos today. I gave them there daily watering and they are still just growing away. They are in flower now I believe! July 1 - Awesome to see this amount of progression. Tons of hairs and a decently even canopy. There is a small smell coming from in the room! July 2 - Again I forgot to take pictures, But as always they are still just growing away. so far so good! July 3 - Tons of growth and they are starting to become uneven. I don't have a ton of time so I think I will leave them for another week before doing some LST or HST. Tons of colas forming, lots of hairs and they are starting to have a heavier smell! So far so good! July 4 - Same thing as yesterday, still growing away, Ive turned the lights up to 100% now and I have removed the SF-1000 as I needed it for another project! Day 4 - recovered from LST training on day 2. More is needed . G1 is an ugly grower and quite small

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

Yoyoyoyoyo party people! It's been week 2 of Flower, the stretch hit HARD! Starting at about 30-ish cm to 43 (with a lot of LST tho) developed an almost nice and even canopy already. Scrog net is always nice, and i highly recommend everyone trying it at least once! So far i only gave Plagron basic nutes and she looks great. I Like the product, contains a lot of product for the price, pH isn't drifting all over. With my light, i need to supply extra calmag, as you can see on the purple branches. I'm ashamed to admit, i've only done 2.5 reservoir changes in 12 weeks 💀 Please do it better. At least every 2 weeks! (or watch week 10💀💀) Already starting to smell something "sus". im excited every day looking into the tent. I hope i can even out the canopy as much as possible and then full on Blast with 40 DLI as much as possible. I adjusted both fans, so i have one below the canopy and one above, hopefully this will improve the wet spots that occur sometimes caused by the high humidity, caused by the high temps) Stats for nerds: DLI 30 inceased to 34 over this week VPD 0,7-0,85 (it was really warm, so i went with a lot of humidity, temps up to 34Celsius and rH 85 kekw Feel loved, take care of yourself, peace !

420 Fastbuds I will say without a doubt is my favorite. They've always made the best,most recent strains,and not to mention top notch genetics that are way above par. I've been collecting for some time now about 5yrs total and have finally completed my set of every strain they have come out with.
