The Mandarin Squeeze sisters have been making good vegging progress this last week. I changed the solution on them a few days ago. The ph has been very stable, and good growth has shown this. They got some further lst and selective defoliation today. Everything is going really good at the moment. things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

Scrog is filling up nicely. This may be the final week before starting 12/12. Plants are looking good and feeling good so I think it's time to flip the switch. Just filling out the scrog a bit more. Going to defoliate a bit more at the bottom and next week is flowering. Contest Pheno seems to be the largest in the top right corner. Scrog is keeping it nice and level as possible. A bit stretchy she is. But very fast growth on her.

Ztrawberriez is doing great, beside the fact for the first time ever I tripped while moving her and she spilled out. Needless to say there were bad words said. So anyway stuffed it back in. Plant looks OK, but dunno if roots got damaged. So I did some lst on her. She was definitely ready. Girls have exploded into flower! They had a big stretch and have started stacking very nicely. Flower came so fast, they are showing a slight phosphorus need, and perhaps a bit more cal/Mag to help with uptake and such. I’ve been introducing the Clyde nutrients slowly to try and avoid burn, but I clearly need a bit more. I am liking the results overall though. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Start of week 3 (flower) 8/16/25 Fed with nutrients: 8/15/25

I think she has finally completed her stretch, it’s getting very shiny and sticky in the tent and the buds continue to grow nicely. She continues to be super thirsty and I think i will shorten the tank change intervals. From the 11 cuttings I took in flower around 9 made it and started to root quite nicely. However I think I was a bit to generous with the nutrients, which is corrected for the next week. A third net was installed in anticipation of the main colas getting to top heavy at a later stage. I also increased the canna boost by another 25 ml.

Great growth. Much more compact than the other one (10 inches shorter). Bud formation looks good.

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. Hi! The plants received a major defoliation on its 21 days from switching to 12/12. This action aim to give more light to the lower buds and focus on bud growing instead of fan leaves production. I also adjusted the scrog net to the canopy after defoliation. The leaves was dropped on the same soil bed (law of return). The light panel was fixed to 60cm far from the canopy and it’s now at its max potency (240W). Providing 900PPFD to the highest point of the canopy, making 38DLI. Temp and humidity remains the same, that’s a risk since humidity is pretty high in my city. 60-70% rH, 27-40°C. Let’s watch some bud grow from now on, I’m not planning big turning points anymore, just letting it grow. That’s it :)

Day 19 of flower, I went ahead and lollipoped both girls. This will be my last time defoliating that heavy. As the days go by, I will defoliating here and there. They’re growing strong and healthy as well. 51 days until I harvest. I can’t wait! Catch yall on the next update ✌️🏾
