D71/F24 - 11.29 - There's not much to say about these two. They didn't even hiccup after the defoliation, though it does appear their stretch has just about finished. They both have fat greasy prebuds right now, and the Passion Berry has particularly long pistils. ***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊

Hello Growers & Tokers! As you can see the girls are looking alive and well! Very healthy green colors so I went ahead and topped all of them. Some at the seventh, others on the sixth node. My plan is to have as an even canopy as I can but I know the two tallest ones are gonna give me some trouble. Looking to have about 6-10 colas per plant. That's about it for this week. 2/4: Photo session day! The big one is growing a few inches per day..that shit needs to stop soon or I'll have to supercrop her lovely branches.. Soooperunt is now as tall as the second sister, but not as bushy. All three are slow to flower, like the #11's. I had a total infestation of Cattus (felis) which I documented in my photos. Eradication seems impossible, so I'm opting to allow a degree of predation, but hoping trichome production will, at least, deter them soon.😁 2/5: I fed everybody today with about 3/4 gallon each and sprayed them down with Axiom harpin proteins for the last time this run. I made a DIY CO2 generator today using a 5 gallon cat litter bucket, a small aquarium pump, some air line tubing, and a bubble stone, plus 6 cups of sugar and 30 grams of wine yeast in 2 gallons of warm water. I put the tube where the CO2 is exhausted up against the back of the oscillating fan that aims down over the plants so they are being constantly forcefully bombarded with high levels of CO2(1300+ppm) from above. I set the ac infinity controller to allow the temps to climb up to 89f before the fan turns on. 2/6: These girls are a much darker shade of green than anybody else in the garden. I bought some Gro-Pro pot risers to elevate the pots so that they will dry out faster..seem pretty effective. 2/7: I'm only seeing a few pistils popping here and there on these girls. I expected them (and the other mostly indica strains) to be moving along faster at this point. Not sure if they are happy with such a short nap every day.. I foliar fed with big bloom and tiger bloom today. 2/8: I ordered a second 6" AC Infinity fan to connect to my controller, some ducting, and a diffuser which I'll mount to the wall, down near the floor. The fan unit will be in another closet, adjacent to the garden closet, and I'll run ducting up through that closet ceiling into the attic, with a filter on the end to keep bugs and particulates out. For the next 6 weeks or so, it will provide a supply of colder fresh air. I did the math, and it will now only take about 1 minute and 40 seconds to completely exchange the air in the closet. Depending on the outside air temp at the time, it should take anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes for the closet to heat back up to 80f and the fans to kick back on again. This Spring, on days when it's warmer than 72f outside, I'll disconnect the duct in the closet and stretch it into that bedroom, clipped to the window unit air conditioner output, cranked down as low as it will go. This Summer, I'm gonna just run a pair of the quantum boards and grow 4 or 5 autos in there, but this should help keep the temps cooler in summer as well, without dedicating an air conditioner to the grow op.🙏 2/9: I foliar fed them with grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom and checked moisture in their pots. They're due for a good watering tomorrow.

Plants are looking awesome. Skullcap is extremely frosty, the whole tent reeks and no hiccups. I've noticed that the (14) pineapple express #2 seems to be less dense of a bud cola, its looking like the (15) Pineapple express #2 is the better version. If it doesn't tighten up this one's out of the running. I already got rid of the skullcap mom, great quality, but not the quantity I wanted to see.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. The #1 tester that has had the weird coloring and leaf texture is a beast @ 26" tall and I'm happy that she's come around! In my experience, more times than not I've had plants with issues when they started and debated yanking them but let them stay and all, and I mean every one, have turned out to be epic. I guess it's just dumb luck, or the fact I hate to kill any plants if I don't have to! 😎💚 The # 2 is doing exceptional as well and is beginning to get some purple coloration of the leaves in her flowers! I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #2 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #1 is showing signs of purple coloration in her flowers! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking tall and proud with a beautiful purple coloration expressing in their flowers and even into the leaves of the #2! Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

I had problems with some yellow tips of some leaves. I also stopped with LST for fear that it might have affected. Should I restart with LST? as you can see from the last photos, the pre-emis begin to come out. start with the top max biogrow fertilizer?

Hello guys ! I'm back finally ! couldn't update my diares for weeks :'( What happened during this time ? A LOT ! we have now switched into flowering stage and the plant already start her flowering stretch. She wom almost 5 CM on all colas and I think she will keep going for another week. Usualy the flowering stretch take around 2weeks. She also start to drink much more than during her veg stage of course. Now it's around 1L every 24hrs. Hope you like it. Take care

This plant honest surprised me. I wasn’t impressed by the growth behavior or the terp profile. Around week 3 of flower she really started to shine. Definitely a late bloomer. More of an early outdoor plant IMHO.

First moldy spots found... 😬 Defoiliated the Moby some more for better airflow.. Hope, the next week's aren't too wet...

day 52 update- the nutrient problem is apparently gone now and the buds keep growing so I did nothing special this week- The scrog mess is nicely covered with tails and there is not more burning issues.

I found out that my ph was off too, so the plants look ok if we take all my f ups in count.

Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.
