All growth on track at the begging of the week so I defoliated the fan leaves and left the growth shoots. Everything took the haircut in stride and now is moving forward and on track for clones to be taken on schedule.The temperature is on the rise at times for a few hours. With the new humidifier installed the plants don't seem to stress with the increase.Plenty of good VEG growth this week. I have already inspected for healthy growth shoots for clones. A few more days and they will get a good trim.

Started Germination in a glass of water (pH6,78, used 2 drops). After 24 hours transferd the seeds to a paper towel and moistend it with the water from the cup. After 24 hours you could see minor cracks and some had tiny tap roots. Let them be for another 24 hours after which they developed the tap roots you see in the last 3 video's/photo. Very happy that all the seeds came up. Choose this strain for the high yields and high thc levels.

Sooo what's brackin gang, so we starting into week 8, officially I think it's week 6 of actual veg but that's here nor there, the girls are really coming into their own really great leaf structuring and coloration other then will keep y'all updated as the week goes on thanks for stopping by and LFG!!!!

Mon - 1/25/21 The top feed + 5 Tbs of Dr Earth life per 3gallon pot seems to be doing pretty well. Today I'm just watering with 6.2 water. Tuesday - 1/26/21 Still looking good, no action Wed - 1/27/21 - Soil was still wet enough that I didn't need to water. Will resume tomorrow Thur - 1/28/21 - Watered 5 gallons across all 3 Fri - 1/29/21 - No water Sat - 1/30/21 - No water Sunday - 1/31/21 - Watered up! Overall, I'm pretty happy! The leaves have healed up a bit and the buds are super dense. Not quite as frosty as I'd like, but I plan to do some Fox Farm Big bloom next week.

Mexican Airlines is starting to fatten up nicely. I'm still quite impressed by the amount of great looking bud sites. Also, the dominant cola seems to be coming from what would have been the lowest branch if she was not bent over. Very interesting, to me at least. Feeding her with Recharge and Big Bloom, she seems to like it. 👍

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. Week 5 of Flower: HLG Diablo at 100% 15in from canopy. Watered in at 900ml top dressed 2tbs bloom, 2tbs bloom2, 3 tbs barley, 2 tbs worm castings, last recharge day and a silica day. Flower set, in bloom I feel like I should have thinned out the canopy more for better penetration but it’s the first run so let’s she how deep she gets in.
