***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D49 (12/04/2021): I bought Gaia Green power bloom 2-8-4 and top dressed the plants with 2 tbs. / gallon of medium. After showing deficiency, I felt that my plants needed more then just hen manure. I also bought shrimp compost to make proper compost tea. D54 (17/04/2021): I made a compost tea with shrimp compost, sea weed extract and phytoplankton soil enhancer. I continue to defoliate and remove leaves randomly when leaves are blocking light to bud site. Glue Gelato is amazing!😍 She's starting to bulk and her pistils are getting longer. She's also starting to have some trichomes. I'm expecting the smell to ramp up this week 👌 Banana Kush has stretch a lot and she is as tall as Glue Gelato but less bushy. Gelato is really smaller so I lifted the pot with wood block so she can get more light. It's been only few days and I can already see that she appreciate receiving more light 👍 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-26C ; during the night: 19-20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 48-50% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. This week, I almost gave water everyday.

Flowering day 15 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) This week the ladies developed beautifully 👍. The stretch has started very strongly :-) . Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. What up Growmies, this one grew hella fast maturing in 9 weeks from seed to harvest fast. Buds is true to their name. This one has some serious resin on the flowers reminding me of some sort of a gelato Gorilla glue cross, but we shall see when it's released! I could be far off lol. I had no problems growing her. She was really easy and happy her whole life. She's a great one for extractions! Thank you grow diaries and thank you fastbuds for the opportunity to show the world my organic gardening skills! Day 43 12/08/24 Monday Feed today, it was warm again so they drank the whole 300ml each so I have topped up another 150ml to see run off to prevent salt build up. My Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds is now in its third week of flowering, and I couldn’t be happier with how she’s progressing. She looks incredibly healthy, with vibrant green leaves and strong branches. The stretch phase is nearly over, and she has developed a solid structure with a well-defined main cola.🌱 One of the most exciting changes this week is the first appearance of trichomes on the main bud. Under the light, they’re starting to sparkle, hinting at the resin production that’s about to take off. The buds are forming nicely, and I can already smell a faint but promising aroma developing. So far, she’s responding well to the nutrients and environment, with no signs of deficiencies or stress. If she keeps going at this pace, she’s going to be a real beast by harvest time.😊

High temperatures, high transpiration, high turgor pressure, and lots of cell elongation. Cannabis plants can sense and respond to their surroundings. They don't have brains like humans, but they have evolved sophisticated ways to perceive and react to various environmental cues, including light, gravity, touch, water, sound, and even the presence of other plants. This ability, known as plant perception, allows them to adjust their growth, defend themselves, and even communicate with each other. Infrared light, particularly near-infrared (NIR), can influence plant growth and development by impacting various processes including initiation and elongation. UVB radiation inhibits stem and hypocotyl elongation in plants. Moderate UV-B exposure can cause a decrease in stem and leaf elongation, leading to a more compact plant architecture. Higher UV-B intensities, like 7.5 kJ·m−2, can lead to reduced elongation. So it becomes a dance of initiating a stretch to seek to higher ppfd, then whenever you want the stretching to slow down,UVB inhibits the stretch by altering hormone balance,, coupled with the high-intensity dli once you get her to a height where you want. Being autos I don't have much time to play around. So we are playing fast and loose, get stretched, and then spread her open. You get the idea. 86F 30% RH with the lower side of optimal on ppfd, with a smudgering of infra-red to initiate response of making her stretch more so than normal. Once she sprouts up in height, I drop metrics to 77F 55%RH% while upping the ppfd, giving her a dash of extra 430nm, giving the grow more of a 6000K. This encourages denser growth with less elongation. Higher side of optimal PPFD, with the auxin hormone balance changed, the side stems are starting to shoot up to the same canopy level as the apex (almost). Normally takes me 2 untrained toppings before a plant will flatten its canopy. I didn't take enough off the apex to do it in one chop, it was only day 10, so there really wasn't much to top from without creating unpredictable results using fim, opted just to keep it to a clean topping. Even predictability over the Chaos of the"Fim". Brainfart: Remember, the veg stage creates the skeleton that will stretch out into flowers. How dense you create the skeleton through light intensity will determine the density of your clusters as they form cola, as long as you can keep up with the demands. Increasing light intensity generally leads to plants having shorter internodal spacing, meaning the distance between nodes (where leaves grow) on a stem is reduced. This effect is particularly noticeable under LED grow lights, with great stress comes great dense clusters. Hello, temperature, my old friend! Goodbye, money on AC. This week, the Diamond Handz by Square One Genetics got........well sticky. She is frosting up nicely and smells like sweet candy. I am surprised by the stacking on these main branches 😃. There is not much to do for her as she has received her last feed already. All that is needed is wellness checks and watering.....I do not mind being in the Tent as the smells are soooooooooo Damn good 😏. I also tend to pluck out any yellowing or dying leaves until the end of flower!

This strain was an absolute gem to grow. Had no issues along the way and probably my biggest yield to date.

I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. I DEFOLIATED SOME BURNED LEAVES AND MIXED A SOLUTION IF KELP ME KELP YOU THAT I PLAN TO FEED TO THE GARDEN TODAY. IM HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS ARE GOING. WE HAVE SOME RAIN AND THINDERSTORMS COMING. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

📆 Semana 7 ¡La Gorilla Cookies sigue sorprendiendo! Esta semana la planta ha dado un salto impresionante: los cogollos están mucho más compactos y las flores han aumentado de tamaño y densidad. Cada vez es más evidente la capa de resina que los recubre, con los tricomas brillando bajo la luz como si fueran diamantes. En cuanto a la alimentación, sigo con la línea de XpertNutrients para floración. Los niveles de PK se mantienen equilibrados, y solo hago ajustes de pH para asegurar que la planta absorba todo lo que necesita sin bloqueos. El riego sigue siendo preciso, ajustando la cantidad según su ritmo de consumo. Los Adlite siguen demostrando que son una excelente inversión. Gracias a la distribución de luz, no solo las puntas, sino también las ramas inferiores están desarrollando cogollos densos y con buena resina. Cada parte de la planta está aprovechando al máximo la luz. En el ambiente, las temperaturas siguen entre 23-25°C y la humedad ronda el 55%, lo que está controlado para evitar cualquier riesgo en esta etapa delicada. Estoy ventilando adecuadamente para asegurar que el aire circule bien y prevenir problemas. Los aromas están en pleno desarrollo: ahora se pueden distinguir claramente esos toques dulces, terrosos y el fondo de galleta que caracteriza a esta variedad. Los tricomas están bastante lechosos, pero aún no veo ámbar, por lo que seguimos en fase de engorde. Crecimiento fuerte, cogollos sólidos y resina en abundancia... ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

6/30 I messed up and put 8 days last week so I'll have tp do a six day week to get back on schedule. Pounded rain last night I guess. Very intense but very brief. As you can see in the video the plants are found great. A few have revegged so I'll need to defoliate the middle. I could make a TON of clones but it's pretty late for that. I might clone a couple outstanding plants to keep the genetics. Still seeing some pillar damage. Might do bt tonight. I'll keep this updated. 7/1 Super hot yesterday. Reached 90°. We are getting SOME rain today and thunder showers day after tomorrow. Bags still had some heft and everything looked good. I went back aroundcand found about half were at the point of needing water. He'll, they probably all did. My watering can is 2 gallons not 1.5 as advertised. So that means I used 5 gallons on the garden (not watering the 50) focusing the more water on the lightest bags. That tenth planet I'm seeing more septoria like leaves. This makes enough for me to be fairly positive ill need to treat it. I have plant doctor but I think copper works better. I also see more pillar damage so I've gotta apply something. I also need to lst more and I keep to clean put the interior of the plants so they don't get pm.
