They where planted into the root riot cube an treated with neem oil to kill off the fungus gnats, they are thriving now. An getting bigger as the day goes. They will be trans planted into the auto pot system at end of this week. Into the 2x4. Under the double UFL3000 mounted on custom frame. Pumping 402w from the wall. Currently both the girls are in the veg/solo cup cabinet under the UF2000 100w light. Currently 60% rh and temps running 79 lights on. Thanks for viewing an happy growing!

Everything's going well. They have been feed Alaskan fish fertilizer 5-1-1 through veg. I couldn't find it on the nute list so now you know. The fim did not work. At least that's what I think. I guess we will see. ☮️

2025/03/24 : 10s in sandpaper tube, then 2h in X-seed and in easy-plug watered with trikologic (1g/L). Expanded clay are in pH 5.5 for 3 days, allmost ready. I'll set up cultimate S with first nutritive solution a few days too. 2025/03/27 : TC popped out! 2025/03/28 : As tap root is out of easy-plug, I'll give easy-pyramid mini a try (1.2L). I watered it with Terra Aquatica "first roots" schedule and will let it enroot under SF300. I finished Cultimate S setup and figured I need more expanded clay so, back in 5.5 pHed water... I prepared "first true leaves" solution to check if pH stays OK for a few days in active cultimate. 2025/03/30 : nothing special

1/21: I rotated the edge plants and foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/22: I fed them about 3/4 gallon each after top-dressing their pots with a heaping tablespoon of happy frog cavern culture( bat and seabird guano). That will make some P and K available to them over the next 2 weeks as they begin to flower. Aside from that, I went with full strength veg nutes because I'm still seeing some yellowing and som cal-mag deficiencies. I also added some more liquid molasses. They're gonna need the energy as they start their stretch. I foliar fed a few times throughout the day with big bloom. 1/23: EXPLOSIVE GROWTH last night...love it...everybody is stretching...pretty sure the 14/10 photoperiod is working!! I foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/24: These girls look particularly sativa in leaf shape and plant structure. The one that ignored my FIM job has the typical pyramidal/coniferous shape. I'll probably tie her main down tonight or tomorrow to encourage the lowers to gain some altitude. 1/25: I tied down the mains of both of them today, then watered with about a half-gallon including cal-mag, humic acid, bembe, armor si, and signal. 1/26: Tied down more branches and raised the lights a few inches. 1/27: No pistils yet on either of these two... Very happy with the growth after transplanting last week thankfully the transplant hasn’t caused any shock. I plan to start some low stress training with them over the next week now that they have settled into their larger pots and are looking healthy and happy. 🤞🏻😬✌️

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Aug 22 - Aug 28 Week 16 (Day 106-Day 112) The Low Down- Plants responded well to the Advanced Nutrients I watered with a couple of days ago. By 'responded well' I just mean that they didn't yellow or adversely react. I'm still watering 2 gallons per day per plant when I water, but I skipped a day since I don't want to get root rot. Twice before I have had the plants get waterlogged at the bottom of the pot (obviously right =-) ), and I didn't know then that it caused the leaves to yellow from the bottom up. I honestly thought I had nutrient burn. That said, I skipped a day on the watering. I applied kelp meal on day 111. I broke my rule and used Monterey B.T. on day 111. Honestly--I felt scared because I can't inspect the plants everyday so I went for the Monterey b.t. to combat the caterpillars. Not sure if I will apply again since we are in flowering. The Plants- The plants look great and smell great. Thank you EQuillibrium Genetics. Everyday they get a little more aromatic. The smell is somewhere between minty/lemony/orangey and some bomb ass weed. Will definitely hit. One day I could've sworn it smelled like that Gary Payton weed, basically kushy, citrusy, and a little sour diesely. On DAY 108 in the morning they smelled like orange fanta. Amendments- I applied kelp meal on DAY 111 (Aug 22). The quality has improved in my plants since I started more actively amending the soil a few years back. Before I just used to add that Alaska fish emulsion directly on the soil once a month. Now I use Kelp Meal from Down-to-Earth and the Bud Candy and Overdrive from Advanced Nutrients. I even used some cha-ching from Fox Farms at the end of last season. I don't start adding anything until at least a month or two into the grow because the soils I use already come amended. I also continue using the soil year after year. I take all the soil at the end of the year and place it on a tarp. Then I add perlite, bone meal, blood meal, kelp meal, molasses, coffee grinds, banana peels, egg shells, and mix it all up. I let that sit for a couple of weeks or longer and then start using it on my potted plants in the garden. If I have enough left over after 2 months I will fill up the fabric pots again and plant clover, thyme, and oregano during the off season.

These week we see a big bud evolution, they're strong and healthy, i can not wait to tryout more strains from SweetseedS. The p.p.m is also a little more higher than the last week because we add 2 ml. Of biobizz biobloom on our weekly feeding and all ready for the 3 week of flowers
