Still looking smaller than usual but I think it could be down to the genetics I’m not sure, I saw a little brownish/orange burn spot on the tips of Grapey Walter #2, it dosent look like nute burn but not to sure it’s an issue at the moment. Did the first bit of LST of these girls tonight and hopefully they will respond well and start bushing out letting the dident branches catch up.

Okay, so I didn’t think this seed would actually terminate as it was a joke. I didn’t use the cup of water and seed soak technique. I just planted it directly into some dollar tree soil I got for my kitchen window garden. So because the soil was so cheap, I didn’t even expect the seed to sprout. So I figured I’m going to grow it and see what I produce. I’m not sure if the picture I chose uploaded, but the other plants in the picture are bell pepper plants.

Welcome to week 13 of my grow diary. It has finally happened. The plant is starting to flower. Now the most beautiful phase of the plant begins. Keep your fingers crossed that the weather stays good until the harvest and that no mould will form. Fast Buds estimates a flowering time of 7 weeks. Let's see if this is correct or if she needs a little longer. See you next week ✌️

Another week down, lots of growth this week. Got rid of a few leaves blocking light getting to major bud spots and the plants seem to have reacted okay with it all, made sure didn't go overboard. Plants producing a strong citrus/fruity smell when opening and closing tent, the smell after touching them is just incredible sticky, fruity fingers for hours 😂 if anyone is thinking of growing these ladies invest in a carbon filter (So glad I did before flowering), im running 7 in total and the house is filled with the aroma after the tent being open a few minutes, (I don't mind, neighbours might). Give a nice big water on Monday, let the plants do their thing throughout the week until drying up and provided a feed with less nutes than normal, which they seem to drink up instantly! Each plant has grew different, size / shape, however all providing equally as nice bud sites and size, absolutely amazing to compare each one beside each other. Managing to keep humidiy low 50s, good air flow constantly and temps sitting 20 in dark 24-26 with lights on. Noticed slight yellowing on tips of some leaves very tiny and slight bend, is this due to nutes? Only came around within the last few days. Shall upload some close ups with the jewlers piece tomorrow 🙏😁 thanks for looking and all the help so far from everyone who has commented! Good News!!! I found a single Hermie that had a few branches with seeds! I thought the whole Harvest was going to be junk. It turned out to be better than I expected. So, never give up!

Growing pretty well so far. I'm excited for this to be a good daytime strain to keep me motivated, in a good mood and hopefully not anxious. She'll be going outside so I'm strengthening her stem so she'll be able to handle outdoor stresses.

Week #11-July 27-Aug 2 8/2-The top colas are ready to be harvested. Lot of amber trichomes now and I'll cut those and then lower the lights to let the middle and lower buds get a bit more ripe.

Days 33-35 Both ladies have been transplanted and moved into the Veg tent! If you look in the video you can see the setup. Both are in 10.5"x10.5" square nursery pots approx 3Gal each. Both were put into happy frog soil using azos and recharge during transplant. I have them under an optic 8+ with a cob as supplemental lighting Day 37: A light defoliation day today, especially for #1. I removed all the mature fan leaves that were blocking any bud sites or nodes at all. Essentially leaving the top 2 mature leaves in tact. I honestly did not want to do this! It was heart wrenching to mutilate such a beautiful naturally growing plant 🤷‍♂️ practicality wins in the end tho. I removed the 2 oldest lowest fan leaves from #2 as well. More for sanitation reasons. They werent8blocking anything but the uh were dragging in the dirt and starting to fade anyhow. I actually kept 1 leaf. My 1st time ever doing this. The leaf is so neat, overlapping itself. *transplant update day 37* In my very green opinion they look to be struggling a bit with the transplant. I like to wet my medium prior to placing the rootball in, sometimes it's great and the roots chase it. Sometimes they get a little water logged and it takes a week b4 watering. I'm thinking it's the latter in this scenario. Day 38; #1's top fan leaves are rolling in again. I figured it was heat but the surface area doesn't get above 78° which from what I've read is fine. Maybe it's a strain issue? Looks very imdica, ma uh be is accustomed to a cooler climate? Day 39: I lowered #1 about a foot further from the light. She is still all curled up tho. It isn't heat. I watered them at transplant per my usual routine. 2 other plants stranded extremely bad and these 2 are acting goofy. I probably over did it that day Day 42 and 43 In day 42 CMOG #1 needed some water. It's her 1st drink since transplant. #2 on the other hand is drinking a bit less. I also took 2 upper fan leaves off #1(I hate doing it, but gotta promote those bud sites!! Day 43nothing really to report. I videotaped myself plucking a couple lower fan leaves. I'm raising the fan a bit more above #2 to keep wind stress down. Day 44: 🚨⛈️Emergency!!⛈️🚨 Power is out! My light cycle is as follows: on at 6pm off at 12pm. Its 2:45am right now and the power has gone out. Which was wierd because it went out b4 the storm hit! It was fricken midday when the outtage happen!! My poor Chocolate Mint OG 😖 keeping humididty down is gonna be hard and my grow is very far from and natural light source even if they were on the same cycle as nature 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ if ur reading this say a quick prayer! Gel AUTO WAS FASTER BUT WITH POOR COLLECTIONS TWO WAYS TO BEND YOU DIFFERENT GEL AND OG 1 BENDS IN THE THIRD WEEK OG 2 FOLDED TO THE FOURTH WEEK ... THIS FACT Yes THAT THE BRANCHING WAS ALREADY MORE COMPACT FOR OG2, ADAPTED TO THE LIGHT AND WITH GREATER RESULTS ... GOOD !! MY PURPOSE HAS BEEN THAT OF COMING IN CONFIDENCE WITH THEIR STRUCTURE AND UNDERSTANDING WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG FOR THEM WITH THE HOPE OF PULLING A FUCKING KILO OUT OF MY BOX I HOMAGE THIS BEAUTIFUL PLANT BRINGING IT THERE WHERE IT WAS BORN AND GROW FOR CENTURIES .. Week 15 - August 09, 2020 -Day 99 08/09: We’re almost at the end. I gave Aaliyah her first watering with plain water. I’m planning on chopping the top colas off of her in a week. Hopefully I can get something out of the lower growth that isn’t getting any light right now. Alexis is coming down in two and Annie in three. Annie has some damage due to the light, but she is hanging in there. Alexis looks the healthiest overall. She stayed pretty compact, so light is still able to reach her lower parts. I think I could’ve had a better grow overall if I would have stuck with using only 3-gallon pots. [General notes: The nutrients on the diary are based off what I’m giving Aaliyah. Alexis is on the previous weeks schedule and Annie in the schedule from two weeks ago.]
