~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Die erzielten Ergebnisse kann ich nun bis zur nächsten Saison geniessen. Nach der Saison ist allerdings vor der Saison, viel Saatgut ist angefallen ud neue Sorten müssen ausgewählt werden. Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.

Weekly update for these lovely ladies. They've grown and grown since the last update so much I had to raise the greenhouse. Cinder blocks under the frame gave me an extra 16in. They're growing probably a foot of week and still reaching for the stars. I did switch to Athena's Bloom A & B and P&K booster this week giving 5-10ml per gallon. I really couldn't be happier with how they've grown up to this point. All in all Happy Growing.

Auto cinderella jack - Amazing week of growth. There are new nodes exploding from everywhere and its not showing signs of slowing down. They are currently loving the organic nutes and have started showing signs of flowering. Auto critical cheese - this plant has shot up recently. It was planted a week later that the ACJ but is growing some seriously fat fan leaves. Should be a nice yeilder. Peanut butter cookies - this girl is looking pretty sorry for herself. I am intentionally trying to keep her as small as possible so that I can get the autos out before flipping into flower but she is gonna be a beast. Will transplant into a final pot in the next day or so.

This plant is showing me everything I want to see ,,when it comes to LST,,,really healthy specimen,,branches popping out of everywhere,,!👌 Have been giving her a foliar feed,,with some Australian made kelp extract solution,,watered down,,,,I find it really gives the girls a good kickstart,,and acts like an antibiotic for the plant in its early stages,,👍💚💚

Chimera was 🔥 I got 8oz and a 1/2 . 4oz from the more purple leafs one and the least purple leafs had 4 and 1/2oz and i broke one top main branch by accident .Had 50 grams of sugar leaves and 100 grams of regular fan leaves ! Made 100g of regular fan leaves to 1 stick of butter and was night night i didnt think it would work but it actually did !! 😆 The more purple one smells and taste fruity and sweet and the other less purple was smelling like gas and now smells and taste like straight lemon 🍋!!⛽️ 🔥 💣 Next grow will be 12 clones in 2 gallon square pots in 100% coco and automatic watering every 6hrs and switching from Fox Farm to Athena blended nutes and see what happens !!!! 😆

So far it seems to be fine even if the high humidity worries me even if the temperatures are still high then they have stopped growing and will finally focus on the flowers and slowly we recover these small deficiencies

После обрезки неперспективных веток внизу растения, у меня чесалась рука, которую я запускал в гущу листвы. Это словно крапива, жжет, вызывает раздражение и пока не вымоешь руку с мылом в теплой воде, жжение не уходит. Девочка достаточно липкая, чтоб стать в одну линию с уже выращенными девочками и посоревноваться с ними в эффекте и урожае. Запах изменился до неузнаваемости, теперь она не пахнет кошкой, скунсом.... то, как она пахнет, невозможно описать обычными словами...это похоже на запах разнотравья в одном букете. Кажется что тут смесь запахов: чебрец, мята, мать-и-мачеха, плакун-трава и чертополох. Запах сладкий, медовый, с небольшим пряным горьковатым шлейфом. Внешне цветы начали становиться похожими на молодые одуванчики, слегка подкрасив свои стигмы в желтый цвет. После обрезки слаборазвитых мест я попил чай, заварив на свежую в кипятке несколько молодых цветов и листьев. Замечательное пойло, очень полезное для внутренних органов, особенно для пищевода, желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Поднял лампу на 10 сантиметров, сохраняя расстояние между лампой и верхушкой растения - 60 сантиметров.
