Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Unos días antes de mandar a flora hiciamos las últimas podas de bajos y apicales la dejamos recuperarse unos días y hicimos el último trasplante a 10 litros , con eso ya listo empezamos con los nutrientes de preflora , hicimos unos riegos foliares 15 días antes de mandar a flora , el mismo día q mandamos a flora y lo tenemos que hacer 15 días después de mandar a flora , con esto ya estamos más que bien para las primeras semanas de floración después de la segunda semana vamos a empezar a fertilizar con guano de murciélago y unas cucharaditas de melaza , después ya con el engorde , pero para eso faltan unas semanas , ahora vamos a ir viendo como le va en sus primeras semanas de floración

Weeks has been good. its really week 5.5 half way though but wanted to do the update today. The one THCv plant is having some issues flipping back to veg after the mix up. Its really getting weird AF. and I think next week is when I will be flipping them to bloom so IDK how that one is going to react. I have more seeds of that one so if it fails its ok I can grow it again. the CBG's are the strongest in the tent. Added their first feeding of the Acadie fertilizer, low amount. 5ml/1gal its recommended rate is 30ml per 1L seems crazy high but that's what the label suggests. Herbs also doing well, gave them a feeding too and last week I added in some Nematodes as I saw a gnat, but have not seen any other ones since applying. so that's a bonus. Again a bit to much N in the mix, I did not think I added that much but guess I did. Looks ok on all the other nutrients. Also a nice little shoutout to IZI, they sent over a strain to try with some cool stickers and a leaflet of all their strains. I got the Lemonade Kush, This was stuck in the mail for a month or so, I think they sent it out just before the strike in Nov and it arrived in early/mid Jan. https://izi.farm/seeds/lemonade-krush-genetics-fem-izi-2 Other then that nothing much to report.

Fast Buds Run Light at 75% and will stay like this for the coming week. Scrog net will also be installed this week. 09/04/24 - 2L RO Water with Cal Mag Xtra per plant. 11/04/24 - 3L RO Water only per plant. 14/04/24 - 3L RO Water with Nutes per plant. Notes : 08/04/24 - Scrog net was installed, will continue to adjust branches this coming week. 11/04/24 - Was seeing leaves a little bit on the dark side so fed only plain water 6.5ph, next feeding will be with nutes again. Re-arranged scrog net a bit more to open up the canopy a little bit more. Overall plants looking happy and all of them have now gone into the pre-flowering stage. 14/04/24 - Plants are doing really well in the pre-flowering stage and are really streching now. One last strech befor they go into full flower.

06/16/2020 Did some defoiliating, and fed Espoma Fruit and flower 9-4-3 (3 tbls top dressed) help to aid in the transition from veg to flowering, after 21st days get shorter but slowly. Might do light deprivation to induce an early harvest. I just posted a video of Red Sky #3, brother of Red Sky #1 One branch will get dusted on #1 Good news #1, clones very well with minimal effort stuck in potting mix which has 5-1-1 starter fertilizer plus myco, and tricoderma. After she settles in I will switch to top dressing with Espoma Fruit and flower 4-9-3 plus myco have 3 good clones to work with. Oh yeah apparently I put 4-9-3 in transplant pot so I guess it means nutes total is 9-10-4 maybe a mid to late top dress to finish but we see what happens!. The 5-1-1last about 6 weeks. And the 4-9-3 will last 3-4 weeks at best We see how she is doing in a month. Then I'll know better. From here on out this diary is all about my freaky princess!👍 Red Sky #1 she is getting to tall so I took clones to bring her down to size I will keep one mother plant, and monster crop the rest! Hey everyone ☺️. After 60 hours, the lady's case was already open :-). Today the seed was placed in soil :-). I only use the soil for cultivation because I have it left and it has to go slowly :-). When repotting, it comes in Canna Coco 👍. I watered the soil with some Canna Rizotonic before the seeds got 1 cm under the soil :-). After that, the pot was placed under a hood in which I sprayed clay every day so that the humidity is between 80-90%. I do this for the first few days until the head looks out of the earth. From this point on, I open the hood at the upper opening bit by bit every few days so that you can slowly get used to 65% humidity before the hood comes down. It is also only poured when the roots are right, until then the earth is sprayed. Which training I will use I will decide spontaneously when the time comes :-). Elsa her 5 week start‘s quietly and nothing other happened then she grow… in the Vegi part is it what we want, but it’s time for her preflower part. At the end of week 5 I found her first signs to go in the preflower. Nice. She start in her stretch with 30 cm maybe she will grow over 60 cm? What you think ?

Flowering coming along very well. THE BIG STRETCH has begun haha. All the plants stretching and getting ready for flowering is what I mean haha. Smell is super nice from the gorilla glue and the mold is decreasing rapidly. Used half milk and half ph solution along with many copper treatments to help cure the mold situation which came up from bringing an outdoor plant indoors, never so this!

Week 2: True Leaves & Strong Starts! 🌱 Hey everyone, welcome to Week 2 of the Devil Cookies One project! The seedling stage is officially behind us, and she is settling into the BioBizz Coco-Mix beautifully. As you can see in the pictures, the first sets of true leaves have fully formed and are looking incredibly healthy. The color is a vibrant, rich green, and the leaf texture is spot-on no signs of light stress, curling, or nutrient issues so far. Growth & Structure: She's building up some nice symmetry! The main stem has a slight reddish/purple tint, which is pretty common for this stage and these genetics. She stretched just a little bit, so I’ve gently placed a garden wire next to the stem to provide some early support and keep her perfectly upright while she builds stem strength under the 100W Agyrochy LED. (Also, loving the Dutch Passion / Super Sativa Seed Club genetics so far!). Environment & Watering: Everything is humming along nicely with the tent automation. Because she's still small and its only Week 2, I'm keeping watering light. I'm just giving her pH-adjusted water in a circle around the base of the stem to encourage the taproot to stretch out and search for moisture in the coco. Keeping it moist, but definitely not drenched. Super hyped to see her vegetative growth explode over the next couple of weeks.
