D13 - BOOM! The new #1 had made her modest appearance. Only the top of the seed is visible so far, but it's a start. :) #2 is moving along nicely, quietly doing her thing. D14 - #1 is still shy and hasn't fully emerged yet, but she is at least poking up more than yesterday, so there's progress at least. #2 is doing great, and I like her structure. Short and stout with large leaves and very short internodal spacing. She is 7 cm tall but already 11 cm wide. I also cut back the cover crop as it was getting a bit wild and partly overshadowed the girls. Since starting the grow, I have yet to water the girls properly, but they did get a little bit a couple of days ago when I had some extra after watering nematodes (against fungus gnats) to our regular houseplants. Better to be proactive than reactive ;) D15 - I started a simple compost tea consisting of worm casting, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, biochar, and molasses. I'll leave it brewing overnight, and then it's watering/feeding time tomorrow. D17 - No idea what is going on with the first girl, but it sure isn't much. The seed has maybe emerged for another two millimeters from the soil, but that is it. The seed hasn't cracked, and no leaves are visible. Hell, I can hardly see the stem. Yesterday, I gave each girl about one liter of the compost tea that I started a couple of days ago. Let's see if that helps, although, at this point, I kind of doubt it. As always, I completely forgot to check the pH of the tea. I have no idea why I keep forgetting that with my teas when I have no problem checking the pH when I use plain water. Oh well. Not the end of the world but something I need to keep in mind for the next tea in a couple of weeks. The second girl looks great, though, so that's something at least. D20 - Alright, it is official. The third girl died as well. The seed never cracked, and the stem went limp. I have no idea why this happened, and now I'm out of Colorado Cookies seeds, so that's that. I have already planted another seed to see if the problem persists with another strain. I will make a separate diary for that one, though. On the positive side is that the remaining girl looks strong and healthy. She is now 9 cm tall and 18 cm wide on this last day in week two of veg. Upwards and onwards!

Nice looking plant yhats for sure. Had no problems at all.. finally in flower. So the next Couple of weeks will interesting

Empecé la germinación el 23/01/23 en un vaso de agua durante 12 horas, después al taper con servilleta húmeda 24 horas más. Radícula de 2cm y las planto en maceta de 1L Actualización estado de germinación 03/02/23: Meto fotos ya con las macetas rellenas al 10º día y fotos del 7º día comparando las macetas y los tallos. En cuanto el 2º par de hojas sea mas que evidente empezamos las semanas de crecimiento. Dentro de 2 o 3 semanas quizás, trasplantamos a maceta definitiva de 7Litros. Lo veremos. Actualización 06/02/23: Meto unas fotos de las plantas mas grandes, 3 días después para que se vea la diferencia de crecimiento. Además un video mostrando el cultivo entero, la luminaria y la extracción. Llevamos 13 días desde la germinación. Actualización 08/02/23: A partir de aquí voy a empezara a contar ya las semanas de crecimiento. Hemos tenido 15 días desde la germinación. All pictures are of Citrus Farmer S1'S One plant seems further along, and is what I am looking for. All reek of orange peel. All plants were flowered early, and are small. Growth seems slightly slow. But the orange peel is there. I wish I had my pollen right now. It didn't work out this time. But I still have mom. 😈

spring is coming and goodbye cloudy days

Week 4 flower the girls are looking amazing Zkittlez og auto flower..... Not the best strain in the garden... Well more like the worst so this will be the last crop with that strain in it had to crops now with it and I'd say I'm abit bored off it it takes so long to flower its unreal.... Plus I'd only give the smoke 5/10 Royal cheese fast flower......... This strain I got a bit later on so I've o LG given her 2 weeks veg and I've got 2 off this strain in my garden I've topped one and left the other to Grow natural,, and with only 2 weeks veg theses are doing really well... Critical...... This strain only got 2 weeks veg as well only one in the garden and she's doing OK growing well so no complaints... Now to the other side off the tent... There's 9 plant on this side so..... Blue gelato 41.... Unreal how nice this plant has grown in loving every bit about this strain 4 weeks in flower and she's already one off the frostyest girs I've ever seen 1000% keeping this strain in my garden..... Royal gorilla.... Omg this is the biggest girl in my garden with just as much frost as the blue gelato 41.. Im also amazed with this strain and will 1000% keeping this girl in the garden.... Bubblegum xxl..... Growing very well very heavy tops gonna have some big nugs of this one and finally... Northern lights... Lets start off with the Gas lantern lighting technique, this was invented in the 1800's I believe, by hemp farmers. if you give the cannabis light for 1 hour in the middle of the night, then you will keep it from going into flower. So if you leave the lights on for 12 hours, then darkness for 5.5 hours then 1 hour of light then 5.5 more hours of darkness. This will give you the growth of a 18 hour light day but you will only use 13 hours of electricity. Plants are more rested, faster growth and tighter node spacing. Overall very advantageous. It generally shortens veg by 2 weeks. the Jobes organics 4-4-4 is 17g per gallon, Above measurement system would not allow this. Will start LST and FIMing once plants have settled from transplant. Added extra Silica to boost available Si until microbes can catch up and degrade the vermiculite properly.

She got really purple because of the temperature drop (from about 30 degrees outside to nearly 15 now) I guess. Which looks kinda awesome. The bids are growing and I increased her nutrition again to 2ml one a week.

I supercropped the tall Enemy of the State branches that were in the light. As you can see In the video there was no light burn! We also have about 30” of light penetration even though I’ve not performed any defoliation! Loving these lights.
