Week 4 | Jealousy Marker Decision made. After the comparison period, one plant clearly outperformed her two siblings in vigour, structure and overall development. The other two have been discarded, and the winner has now moved outside — straight into a 5L airpot, bottomless, set in the garden next to the 46 Kush. Ran short on the bigger pots this time around, so she's starting outdoors a size down from the others — being bottomless though, roots can push down into the native soil below as she grows, so the smaller pot footprint isn't a hard limit. **RootX** was applied again at this transplant, delivering mycorrhiza (*Glomus intraradices*), *Trichoderma harzianum*, 13 strains of *Bacillus spp.*, humic acids, amino acids and vitamins straight into the new root zone — giving her the same strong start outdoors that got her through the indoor selection phase. Last recorded indoors before the move: Week 4, height 15cm, light schedule at 17 hours, EC 1.5 mS/cm, pH 6.2. Now she's outside and adjusting to natural light and the elements. Updates every Sunday. Growing and flowering

Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. No more ferilization. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: She is done I just checked the trichomes getting amber Friday is harvest. No more water so 3 days no watering.

5/25 - Last entry just for completeness since she was technically still alive and kicking on this day. Added a bunch of pics and a vid prior to her chop, which was the night of 5/26 (pics for that will come after she's trimmed). I think she might yield even more than Helen, but we'll see. I can't say enough how fun this entire process has been, and I'm already feeling like an empty-nester without them. Definitely planning to start another grow (Mephisto Double Grape! and maybe another??) in a few weeks, but also thinking of adding additional electricity/outlets first. Not too much else to say here since I haven't been checking pH/ppm since I started "flushing" (my least favorite part of growing lol). I'm drying out a Heather tester bud I accidentally clipped when chopping her, and I'm excited to compare the effects to Helen (which I have been enjoying immensely!!)

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary so that on New Year eve I'm not opening the year with unfinished business. Now we cut the second Tropicanna XL auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 2.6 kilo wet, this one finished at 2.1kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late and grew and grew :) I enjoyed growing this strain immensely, smells so sweet and fruity, she has the most intense and most delicious aroma ever She brunches off like crazy, gave me a ton of big and dense bud. She is a beast

Last days in veg—she’s doing very well and I’m really hyped for the bloom phase. Thanks to the topping and consistent LST, she didn’t just form a canopy—it’s more like a full-on “sea” of tops. Everything is spread out wide and super even, with tons of strong growth points all sitting on the same level. The main stem is thick as hell, and the four mains built from topping are insanely solid—each one feels like its own plant. Structure is dialed in perfectly, light penetration is on point, and she handled every bit of training like a champ. She’s more than ready for the flip

I'll be doing a cleanup sometime this week, the canopy is nearly as wide as the pot, I'm hoping to flip to flower in the next week or 2

Beginning of week.. Both have some gorgeous flowers.. Purples are already coming out on both. Both are flooding with complex aromas.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. Mandarin Cookies is gonna make it to harvest, I'm sure.. So excited! Mid week.. I love how they both are giving off nice purples on the calyces already! Both smell so amazing! It makes me tear up with joy! Not sure when I should start flushing! ETHOS says that you count 9 weeks from flip to 12/12.. Not pistils forming.. Cuz you know, you need to factor in the transition time.. 1 - 2 weeks.. Sometimes 3! But I am super excited to harvest these lovely ladies!!! Next day... Ok.. So the runoff issue has gotten worse for the Mandarin Cookies.. Obviously, with all the def. you can see.. At least 3 that I can see right away.. Calcium.. Potassium.. Phosphorous.. Maybe even a slight Magnesium def. in there too.. Kinda hard to pinpoint when there is multiple showing, yet I am feeding PLENTY of all of them.. She should have no issues.. The runoff pH is now coming out at about 4.9 - 5.2, depending on a good or bad day, I guess.. I have just been puttinf it in at 6.3 every time.. Sometimes (alot now) I get a salt build-up between feedings.. I like to feed, water, feed, water.. Now I need to feed, water, water, feed, water, water... It's really bothering the shit outta me lol.. But the ETHOS Cookies is pretty close to peing on point.. Going in: 6.3 pH.. Runoff: 5.8 - 5.7.. Still in a decent range.. No signs of issues on any leaves.. They are both making some gorgeous nugs tho! Stackin calyces and trichomes lile crazy! And now they are really fattening up! I am so ready for this run to be over and let this medium dry out reeeeally good.. And take it out back Ol' Yeller style.. Yup.. That sounds like a plan.. I have PLENTY of NEW coco coir bricks and perlite that I have been hoarding.. Just like I do with my genetics 😄.. But I feel like you can never have enough.. And I plan on growing cannabis in coco coir till someone takes me out back Ol' Yeller style! End of week.. They are both showing about 50% turned pistils.. The ETHOS Cookies is a little further along.. Not by much.. But the trichomes on the Mandarin Cookies seem a little further along.. Word.. They are both going to be epic smokes for sure! So I believe I will just give both of them small feedings just to get them through the week, then I should be good to start flushing.. On to the next week!...

1/22/24 day 24 flower. Growing good, one pheno is growing into the light and into the fan but not too worried about it. 1/25/24 day 27 flower. Added another trellis because one pheno grew past it and is getting some burned hairs.
