Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. I got my 2 long and narrow paper bags out. The ones the french bread are in at the store. The ones with the long plastic window in them. I went to the male plant, that I have in a different greenhouse, and got some of the open flowers and pollen inside the paper bags. This is a good male. It has lots of flowers, not many leaves, is not too tall, and is good smelling with the "rub the stem and smell your fingers" test. And the smell stays on my fingers for a few minutes, not disappearing in a few seconds. Careful not to dump out the pollen I slid the bag over the buds I pick out. I pinched the bag around the branch and held it with a clothes peg. I gently shoock the bag to get the pollen to each flower pistil. When I closed up for the night I shoock up the bag again. I gently took the bags off the next morning, careful not to spray pollen all over the place, then went a got some more pollen for the next plants. and repeated for all 6 plants. Got some yellowing of some of the older leaves. This is sort of self pruning to me, but I will add some extra nitrogen next time to slow the yellowing. I've seen a few fungus gnats around, but nothing to worry about. Ok. The Adventure Goes On. Be Great. Chuck

So far first week of flower been great, watching as the days goes by. I defoliated and top dressed a week before flip and they are super bushy already. Looking forward to stripping them again sometime end of next week. Feed them every other water with little run of, soil and water ph tested every other day. No complaints so far. Back into Veg again, never Lollipoped anything before. Was tough not cropping them buds lol the few I did have to were delicious! In the big square green pot to the left of the little silver haze X critical XXL is several different cuttings off three different zkittles plants. One showing bright purple buds the other is less colourful. The silver haze X critical XXL has had the lowest branch converted to produce male sacs for seeds wasn't very successful so I'm lollypoping to try again. The other Greenhouse has my favourite large Zkittles which I had a few buds off! Superb taste. Three chocolate skunk in the same pot two smaller one where fully converted to male. Had all the best cola buds of her also delicious smoke. Aim is to cross chocolate skunk with zkittles hopefully with more success this time round!

Seit 4 Tagen nun endlich befinden sich meine 3 Ladys in der Blüte. Schon nach 2 Tagen haben sie einen ordentlichen Stretch hingelegt. Leider bilden sie immer noch Zahlreiche Seitentriebedann aus, ich war auch schon kurz davor diese wegzuschneiden, doch ich befürchte sie könnten dann zwittern. Allerhöchstens entlauben kommt für mich jetzt noch in Frage, um die Qualität der Ernte nicht zu gefährden. Da nehme ich lieber weniger g in Kauf 👌

Jan 8th - plant(s) fed last nite @ 3.5/(3.0)L - both plants laying down patches of FROST, Congo is changing the Pistil colours to a rusty orange - w/ reduced nutes and Molasses Congo tds was 970ppm. Nat Mystic @ 1100 - solved an old desire to have a lower temperature in the tent, when the lights are off. Using a pin timer and restricting the operation of the Heater during the plants nite-cycle, has brought the average temp @ nite, down to where I’d like it; 18.5-19c Jan 9th - Natural Mystic got Flushed tonight. Aiding in the flush I am using FloraKleen to help @ 5ml/gal. 20 gal total used to get run-off below 100ppm Jan 10th - new meals posted above for the kids Jan 12th - with both plants flushed, I am building a nutritional snack for their next watering; tonight or tomorrow. I’m building an Aerated Compost Tea; 1 cup Worm Castings (compost component), 1 tbsp Kelp Meal, 3 tbsp Molasses, 1 Dead banana skin and a 1/3 tsp of Power Bloom granule - tea’s E.C. has gradually grown to 305ppm over last 18 hrs - last big feed for each plant maybe - both plants display some Amber but there is still a good showing of clear trichomes, as of the 10th. Jan 14th - last day of the week - natural mystic moved to the small tent for finishing - congo remains in big tent, made more accessible for photos / feedings - each plant fed 5L of aerated compost tea. Great timing, they were ready

Got hit with some recharge and mammoth P for the first time. Just cause I got some for Black Friday. Pulled plant number four from the other tent. Wanted to wait for some amber and happy I did
