Day 29 of flower 1 blue dream😋🔥 1 white kush(but it may be a Afghan hindu kush which is 100% indica with not alot of stretch) my white kush stretches like the blue dream but not this round. Lol Grow light: Mars Hyrdo TSW 2000 at 100% power 24inches above 🌞☀️ Medium: coco coir mix with compost at a 50/50 ratio with 30% perlite added⛰️ Nutrients: fox farm dirty dozen 🦊🚜 Grow space: 4x4x7 Water: tap water (my tap water is allows 110ppm) left out for at least 24hours

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. The lemon pie has sum stuff going on not sure if I under-watered her a little bit I did wait 4 days to water that one but I thought the soil was still good until I picked it up and it was light as a feather so I gave a cup of Ayer maybe a littler more and had I slight VPD problem I think it was 84 with like 50% humidity I added a second fan today it bounced up to 65% at 82 degrees! Please help am I over thinking or is this something bigger

The plants seemed to recover very well this week from the nutrient burn last week. I did a defoliation on some of the odd nodes of the Dominican Republic to free up some wasted energy. The ppm was still reading a little high on each so I didn't feed them and just flushed them back to appropriate values. My grow light was finally cleared through customs and I added it to supplement the light issues which the plants seemed to respond very nicely too. Halfway through the week I applied some foliar spray and it really improved the colour and health of the plants. Lastly I topped each plant to resume progress on the mainlining and they should each reach 4 healthy lines within the new week.

Day 35 - few pics and vids..... everything going along nicely 👍 This is a pretty big update, so i'll add to it over the next few days, as i finish building it all.... i'm building these 2 x SS haze, the full tent, just finishing up the setup..... trimming them, changing solutions to 12/12 and flower..... changed the exhaust fan and filter setup to the better outside the tent method.... and installed 12v CPU computer fan, lol ("alta9" fits in 4in ducting perfectly), drops wattage on extractor fan.... 10w tops... got a few kg of active carbon and making/replacing the carbon filter .... i'll add afew vids of the new setup in afew days... Day 36 - few pics/vid of new tent setup...... "alta 9" fan :) post tomorrow after i finish trimmin and settin up night mode etc...... and into tomorrow we go, lol ... Day 37.... slowly getting there..... little bit more to go... this should make things abit more interesting..... right tank (short babie) has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 150 ml -dutch master one gold FLOWER.... 6.4 PH - 1400 PPM left tank has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 50 ml of elements a and 50ml of b and 10 ml of nitro and 20ml of Crystalic (molasses/pot) .... 6.5 PH - 1200 PPM more pics / vids of the finished tent setup.... roots, transfer, etc... Day 37 is alot of vids of the clean and change to flower..... edit - day after build noticed left tank (nutrifield) not enough bubbles..... pulled out the 4 air pump and swapped to the 2 x original oxipumps... much better, also to fix the problem with ph goin high, and bubbles not stirin the mix, was to add another 10ml of crystallic and another 5ml of nitro... then pumped both tanks with ph down and set em to 5.8-6.2 - both plants have fully recovered from the big trim, and bounced back within 12-24hrs, post pics/vid in abit..... Day 39 - made a freaky video... was curious about what the plants would see looking up at the lights... the lights and buzzing of air compressors and bubbling tank water, and dazzling lights turned out pretty cool in vid editor, was in selfie mode.... and final vid of the bounceback from trim :) 👍😎

This strain was an absolute gem to grow. Had no issues along the way and probably my biggest yield to date.

Day 36. Girls are flying !!! Was comparing my previous dairies here and they look really good, have in mind, two heavy waves of training involved, each time i had a bag full of leaves ... One more training and i think on day 42 its 24 hours of darkness and FLOWEEEEERRRR ;)) Day 37. Its hard to add anything, because everything going kind off well ;)))) Last night watered them with 6.2 ph, they stop drinking, at least as fast as before, usually my ph is 6.5-6.8, but sometimes i drop to 6.2-6.4 for one feed in a month or so ..SweetSeeds don't like that trick ... Still leaves praying, loads of new grows after each night , just Kushes overgrew others a bit. Will supercrop them soon. Day 39. All is going smooth, they drink biobizz nutes feed in one day, phed water in 2, so you would want to overfeed them, Kushes could eat more 4sure now. Installed last wall fan. Now setup is full... Kind off ;))) need to find exhaust silent and powerfull 5 inch fan ... Day 41. This is official - JUNGLES !!! ;) Change in plans : Killer Kushes are moved to veg/dry tent, Autos started there will come instead of them. Thinking that way ill lower canopy a bit and make more space for rest 8. Tomorrow it will be done together with heavy training for Skunks and Cheeses. They will be sent to flower at the end of next week. Happy Growing !

I think I ran into a slight nitrogen toxicity as the leaves are dark green and have a slight tip burn. I think I will change my calmag to use one that has lower nitrogen. Still looking good

Ladies are getting heavier every day. Started to flush. 2 days using Canna flush and 7-10 days only water with ph adjusted. Lights running 70% Undercanopy 100%.

Onto week 7 Gave them a proper lst as you can see. Think I'm going to put into flower 2morrow and see what the results are doing a 7 week veg instead of a 12 week veg. Going to set the scrog net up and get tucking. Looking lovely and healthy atm Peace
