The girls look really nice, growing strong and fast, except 1, I’m growing 2 Alakazam from Seedmakers and 2 Tangerine Dream from Barney’s. T There’s one Alakazam that has presented problems since germination. Some of the leaves have yellow-brown dots, most of her root system is healthy, but it has some brown areas, it seems kinda weak overall, it’s the one that has grown more but the one showing problems. The other Alakazam and the 2 Tangerine Dream are looking really nice. Have been doing 50% nute strength feeding, adjusting ph level daily and showing them a lot of love. Should I do something different with the Alakazam or is it just a weak seed? Thanks!

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

Due to the low yield and really fast veg time, I would avoid this strain until I master the nutrients I am giving the my plants. I only weighted the small plant which is 12g. The strain tastes so good and smooth. I love the quality of the smoke!

Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... Day 1 of week 9 in flower. I took some close up pictures of trichomes yesterday they are at the end of week 12. Judging the looks of the trichomes I can go longer before flush/ harvest. The buds are slowly adding weight. The plant smells great I am happy with the progress. I will be lowering my center light down to 15cm for the last 10 day push. Early in veg the plant has a Indica look to it and its leaves. Late in flower the leaves look more Sativa. Friday May 14th I will check trichomes tomorrow which is the end of week 9 in flower. End of week 9 trichomes are getting there. One more week will be 10 weeks in flower the estimated flowering time. Video for comparison tomorrow first day of week 10. Buds are defiantly gaining size as branches bend from their weight.

I swapped over to organic nutes part way through this grow cocked up with the medium I used anyway she's doing alright and has produced some very nice solid buds

This will be the last week i will Feed. I m keeping TDS at 400PPM and PH at 5.8. This week I took out the Silica Blast, Great White and also stoped the CO2. Also I lowered the water temp to 66 degrees. Lights on temp is between 75 and 80 degrees, lights off between 65 and 72. I’m trying to keep humidity as low as possible around 45% week 10 will be flush week.

..Baphomet is standing in safehouse, bc of rain and 💩.. i just plucked a snail off a leaf too.. heading to her buds!
