I am done topping plants gonna give them few more days before I transplant them again before I got to flower.

Water only, with a little Thrive YahWhey in the soil drench. Otherwise, a heavy defoliation, as we had a couple of high temp, high humidity days here in the Midwest. There were some worries that the girls could trap moisture. As you can tell from the video that they took the stress very well. 2 more weeks until we start looking for a harvest date. Happy Growing!

Good week overall, started with a defoliation and lst for Sugar Mama, she was too unruly and here we are by the end of the week she is full of leaves again. I am going to let her grow as is and save her from more defolation she is not getting taller, yet. All the other girls are doing well, nothing much to report apart from that I found out what is going on with those nutrients and the general unhealth of plants (spots on some, really bright on others, clawed tip, ...) but none seemed too serious. I discovered that because I am towards the end of my nutrients that they were too think and were not actually mixing well into the water explaining why the EC wasn't getting as high as I expected when adding biogrow. Made sure the nutrients are properly mixed (put them in then blast with water to mix well) and water them today with a good mixed meal, expecting them to have better colours soon. The fastberry is looking prettier every day, the deformity that was at the beginning is barely visible now. Bit of a difficult start to these girls seeing as this is my first grow and all, but they’re still growing and overall looking pretty healthy, good colour, springy, but I’m suspecting nute deficiency maybe but I’ve upped the food so we’ll see how we do! Now, when to start topping 🤔... Puff, puff, pass ✌️

🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 13 Week thirteen. The plant seems in good shape overall, even though it’s starting to show some light discoloration on a few leaves. I don’t really know what’s causing it. Maybe it’s because the plant is growing and needs more nutrients now. Or maybe there’s some kind of nutrient blockage starting to appear. The substrate has been running for thirteen weeks, so it could be getting a bit loaded. I’m thinking a flush might help — just to give the root system a reset before moving forward. This week I also worked on defoliation and topping. We’re now at sixteen apexes, and I think that’s enough. It’s probably the last topping, because if I wait much longer, the plant is going to get too big and it’ll be harder to manage once she stretches. Aside from that, everything looks fine. However, I did notice a big drop in pH in the reservoir, which is strange. I added Athena Balance, just like always, but the pH keeps going down. I don’t really understand why it’s dropping so much. Other than that, everything’s okay — nothing special to report. The plant looks stable, and we’re getting close to the flowering stage.

6-23 Went from humidity dome to net pots. I used tap water and cal mag that I ph too low by accident, i thought I needed 5.5 but was at that for the day and top feeding, I may have put into net pots too early. I am making mistakes for sure but leanring and correcting them. I continued to try and dial in my VPD the next few days as well as temps and it took about two days. Now my temps and VPD are constant at around 1. Made some mistakes with the not calculating my ph pen and struggled with that the next two days from like 5.5-6.4 swings. 6-26 RO system came in and got it installed. Started to notice yellowing on the tips of my babies and decided I was going to flush everything and add my first dose of nutrients with the new clean water. 6-27 System flushed, nutes added, ppm 500 and ph 5.8, water temp 69, temp in tent is 79, humidity is around 67 % and are dialed in almost perfectly, its annoying dealing with this vivosun humidifier. I dont recommend, it doesnt work with inkbird, it shuts off randomly, its humidistat is highly inaccurate, but I have found a setting to make it work with another humidifier I have in the tent until my ac inifinity one arrives that I should be able to hook it up and be completely good. Ive been adjusting everything for night time right as the lights go off so i can keep my vpd around 1 at night as well, then wake up in the morning at 7am and refill my humidifiers and adjust my settings for day time. Its been working great for getting that dialed in. 6-28 Things have been going great since flushing the system and feel like they are improving and starting to grow a bit faster now! Adjusted my Ph from 6.2 back down to 5.8 and everything seems to be going a little better, at least i feel a bit better about it all. 6-29 Things have been going smoother, they seem to be loving the the nutrients and had a bit of growth quickly! PH was at 6, I'm letting it rise to at least 6.2 before I adjust it back down. Temp and humidity have been great, no issues maintaining that as of now, the little system and settings I have are working nicely. The AC infinity controller is awesome but takes a bit to figure out the right settings for where I wanted it, but going well now. 6-30 No issues, things going well. Temp and humidity in control at 78 and 65sih. Water temp 69, ppm 520, and ph 5.8. I have not had to adjust the ph the last two days, its stays between 5.8 and 6.0 typically. They seem to be doing really well to me and growing fast, but this is my first grow so not sure, but I feel decent about it.

There are harvesting in a few days.

Switched the light to flower 2 days ago. Did some LST here and there to improve light penetration for the lower branches. I see a lot of new green in between the fan leaves. The light is off from 11pm till 11am and on from 11am till 11pm. Last time I watered her was 10 days ago. The 30Liter pot holds the water pretty good which makes it less stressful for me :) the pot was lighter today so I fed her around 8-10 Liters tap water where I added around 40ml of Bio Bloom (recommended is 50ml/10L). So far there are no signs of flower yet but I mean it’s only the second day after the switch.
