Day 49-56 (Day 50) I hooked up my carbon filter to the humidity controller and it is keeping the room exactly at 65-70% RH night and day. It looks like it turns on about every 45 minutes for about 5 minutes so it allows me to run the co2 bag properly. I don’t even have to use my dehumidifier. The room is 100% dark now too. Even the small red lights on the space heaters. Not going to feed anything other than foliars this week. (Day 51) Blackberry #4 & #8 #9 and white widows #2 & #3 are all confirmed males. Chopped them down and recycled the soil. White widow #1 is the first official female and I’m starting to see pistils on the m39/zkittlez too. Plants seem to be responding to the light fairly well. It’s hung 32 inches above the canopy which is as high as it can go without strapping it to the roof, which may have to happen one day. The plant can get within 6 inches of the light so I’m probably good. The ppfd output is 1800umols which is super high so I want to hang them as high as possible in veg. I wish I could rent a ppfd meter to see if I’m in range at 32”. (Day 52) Blackberry breath #3 is the first official bbb female to show. I decided to scrap BCTG #2. It sounded like a good strain but after looking at pictures of people who have grown it online, it doesn’t look up to my standards. I found a very small patch of powdery mildew on one of the leaves so I’m not even going to start with that shit again. I’m really thinking about scrapping the m39/zkittlez and the white widow too. I’m praying that I get at least 4 females of BBB. I tried super cropping for the first time today. A few of the branches I definitely squished a bit too much as they turned quite brown and looked dead within a day. (Day 53) Despite the m39/zkittlez vigorous growth, I know it will be a shitty strain that will most likely herm as it’s from a bag seed of low grade weed. I’ve decided instead of scrapping it, I will use it for experimenting with a new chemical powdery mildew preventative. If it dies oh well. I doused it and chopped a limb off a few hours ago during lights on and it seems fine. (Day 54) I’m about 90% sure BBB 6&7 are both female. #2 & #5 are looking like males but too early too tell. #1 is really tough to say. Just gotta be patient I guess. #3 has a great spread out structure, I hope it doesn’t stretch too much. The scrogging is a priority. I put up the scrog net just to see how it fits. It’s a little small around the edges but that’s fine. So it’s looking like out the 9, I would be lucky to get 4 fems if #1 & 7 would show forsure already. If #1 is a female I have my 4 and I can throw out the white widow. The white widow is just insurance at this point. Super cropped plants have recovered nicely. Going to continue doing this more. I’ve noticed that the plants that were put into my custom soil mix have very small fan leaves compared to the fabric pots of straight promix and dry amendments. Could also be the fabric pot is helping dry downs too. (Day 56) I’m seeing some yellowing so I’m going to give a foliar spray just too keep some deficiencies at bay. All of the plants are stunted except the m39 and bbb#3. Node spacing has also reduced significantly. I can’t help but feel it’s from the intensity of my lights but maybe they just need a transplant into some new soil something. Luckily the stunt and droop is only really happening to what I suspect are male plants anyway. Leaves are looking twisted and gnarled on #5. Going to move it into the veg tent for a while. I’m going to mix up and amend my Destiny/coco blend today and transplant bbb#3 and 6 & 7 in a few days. I mixed them up in contractor bags making sure to toss and turn vigorously. Here is my blend: 2 bags 40L Destiny soil 2 bags 40L coco 700ml glacial rock dust 700ml oyster shell flour 700ml nature’s pride bloom 300ml basalt rock dust 150ml langbeinite 150ml nature’s pride veg I am also going to try the Destiny top dress as it’s only 13 bucks a bag and full of good shit. I’m trying to not feed heavy in flower other than 2 or 3 top dresses and 2 teas and nothing after week 5. Because it’s taken so long for the plants to show sex, when I transplant into the 10 gallon pots, they should have more than enough nutrients too keep them going strong all the way through flower with just water. I’m a little skeptical about that though. Besides teas and dressings are fun. Everything should be broken down by week 8 or so. Will transplant in a few days.

On cruise control now, done some defoliation here and there but that's it, feeding every 2-3 days and they are swelling up very nicely. Well the trichomes clouded up fast! Maybe I didnt notice them initially but majority were cloudy with some amber so I gave it the chop on the night of Day 80. Will update with dried weight soon. Very exciting times for a first time grower!

A great replacement strain from Barney's. If you can't find the old exodus UK cheese which is almost impossible these days, this variant gives you everything you want. End of week 2 beginning of week 3 the plants were doing well but now we’re seeing some nutrient lockout “we think” there is what looks like nitrogen toxicity with the curled tips and the discoloration of the leaves meaning mag deficiency /calcium .. today I flushed with 5.8-6.0 ph RO water then fed a little feed that at 940 ppm and 6.0 ph really hoping things turn around as of now not seeing any hermies thank god ! The lights were turned up to 70% power and the plants are just about done with their stretch ! The baby buds are looking ok now super bad problems yet . I’m doing this grow all automated so I’m only available to be hands on abojt 2 times a week which is something I’m not used too. Hopefully in the next week we start seeing the plants bouncing back to life ! If you guys could help out and lmk what you think is wrong with the plants when it comes to the discoloration and curled tips please let me know! Temp is 73 during the day 67-68 at night and humidity is between 43-48%

En esta semana se puede apreciar que ya se sale de la pre flora y entramos de lleno en semanas de engorde de cogollos, he aumentado un poco más los nutrientes y se ha notado el aumento de masa de las flores. En esta semana ya cortamos algunas de las pequeñas que tenemos fotografiadas arriba. Ahora subiré sus cosechas y el resto de las pequeñas empezamos a regarlas sólo con agua, pure zym y Sugar royal de nuestros amigos de Plagron para que den el último estrujón y pasarlas por peluquería. Es una auténtica pasada los resultados de estas preciosidades 😍😍😍😎😎😎😋😋😊😊

11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. Aplico nutrientes, 1/3 de la dosis recomendada por el fabricante 3 veces por semana, EC agua de riego 450ppm PH 6.8.

Esta semana tuve dudas con el riego, como en casi toda la etapa de la planta, pero al fin, la veo super bien. Le doy 1 Litro de agua cada 3 dias, y parece que le encanta! Las ramas principales miden entre 70-80 cm, la mas grande llego a los 90 cm ! Ya no hay lugar para que siga creciendo mas alto, ya que no puedo subir mas la luz. Excepto ese asunto, todo va de 10 puntos! Ya estoy saboreando mis primeras cookies. Paz!

Esta semana la dejamos más tranquila a la Jack solo le hicimos un trasplante a 5 litros quedo bien , la dejamos recuperar unos días y después le hacemos las últimas podas y ya va a estar lista para florecer

Last 2 autos coming up maybe week or 2 before done. Expecting the large Durban og auto to foxtail some as it keeps adding white pistols. Smaller plant lost track of strain as I didn’t much care but for a little gal she is pungent.

By the end of week 3 both plants had 6 nodes and I topped both above node 4. Both plants were starting to grow rapidly and we watched for any slow down after topping. Started to use the Fox Farm nutrients. So far no issues. Plants really starting to grow. Watching how much water trying not to overwater. Lifting the pots when wet gives great reference to when water/feed is needed. Some time gaps in the photos uploaded...!

Apologies for the delayed update. The grow goes on.... I was planning on harvesting last week, but I decided to let her go a little bit longer because she is packing on some good weight and the trichomes are still milky with hardly any amber. I think I'm going to let it go one more week. The flush is starting to take effect now. The leaves are start to change colour.

Day 77 dark period for 22 hours. Day 78 chop. She’s real short and frosty.
