Maybe the last week? I'm watching the hairs and plenty of white hairs remaining. Buds don't look "ready", not even worth scoping. I'm on the flush, was running "Flawless Finish" but switched to straight water. I'll also be watching the leaves for yellowing as the nutrients begin to be used up by the plant.

What up Fam. Weekly update on this big girl. I'd have to say it might be the biggest auto plant I've grown. It's drinking 1gal a day and not showing any signs of slowing down. The colas are stacking amazing with flower sites. Looking forward to the upcoming week's. Happy

The flowers have started to swell and increase in size nicely. She's not stretching much, so I guess, these 18cm will be it. She's getting a really shimmery purple colour. I tried capturing it in a video. I removed some of the older leaves to optimize for light and optimized fertilizer for bud size (Hi PLAGRON Alga Bloom!). Give us all your CBD goodness, purple lady!

recently discovered she is an auto aswell, so whats gonna have to happen is, this lil lady and the northern lights are gonna go outside when my criticals come in and start taking up room and then im gonna switch, itll allow the other indicas which are bushy as hell to get some bigness on get them and criticals mature enough to veg. these AUtos the shortstuff and the Northern lights will do good getting the light from indoors till they need to be thrown outside where we got 16 hours plus of good light and some smashing conditions

Now we're back on track with the 6 week old mother plant Diary. The last couple of weeks were showing the pollen Donors, which are a week ahead of the seed mothers. I chose the 2 frostiest, and most Sherbert smelling out of the 5 potential "Seed Mothers" that I grew to pollinate. I pollinated all the tops, and let them sit in that enclosed room, by a window for 12hrs., then I saturated them with water to kill any stray pollen. The next day, in fresh clothes, I moved them back to the grow room, which is a 10' x 10' room, but I'm basically growing in a 4' x 4' area, under a MarsHydro TS3000. In 35 days we should have ripe fem seeds!

She's growing well, did some more defoliation and lollipop.. won't do any more topping at this point, keeping the 8 main colas. The other blue monster pheno has 16 colas, experimenting on yield and quality comparison. Happy growing

Olá companheiros, mais uma semana que passa as minhas princesas estão a tornar-se rainhas 😁 estou muito satisfeito com o desenvolvimento das plantas continuam a esticar e a crescer muitas flores, shiskaberry é a que está maior estilo sativa, embora a runtz muffin tem as flores maiores mas menor quantidade, a BlueBerry OG estilo indica com muito bom desenvolvimento, estou muito contente com este cultivo, grato amigos até para a semana que vem.

week 10

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the other @SweetSeeds Dark Devil Auto and the Purple Lemonade from @FastBuds. I think the Red Poison might have been the first one I noticed to flip but at least this one will be quick. More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Red Poison Auto is going strong other wise, keeping the LST basic to see if I can still get the screen in the tent but it wouldn't be practical at this point. I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. Just like the Dark Devil in my other Sweet Seeds diary, there is a solid smell on the fingers after adjusting it/when the fan hit it just right 😍 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. Looking good and pretty healthy, getting closer to the end. Impressed by how this is going so far.

This time, the cold wind has arrived. Keep the temperature at 20 degrees at night and 28 degrees Celsius during the day, which is good when your plants start to flower.

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.
