Day 36 preflower stage, should see buds forming within the next several days or so. WE ARE AT WAR!!!! Applied a pouch of nematodes to every pot to kill the fungus gnat at its larval stage. Which has been gnawing on my roots! Increased the sticky traps to trap the flying f*<|{£rs. Will reapply more nematodes in 10 days to kill the next generation. Then hopefully that’ll be all! Don’t overwater folks. Fungus gnats suck! Hopefully last hiccup of the grow. Cheers everyone. Good luck on your grows. Day 41 and I’d say we’re officially in flower. Seein those hairs real good now. We’re still experiencing a rather annoying fungus gnat infestation which has really stunted these ladies. This is entirely my own doing by more than likely overwatering them, creating the problem. Sighs… lower stems grew considerably, which has me optimistic as to the potential yield. I won’t know till stretch is over to gauge my yield. Hopefully Fastbuds amazing genetics can help me fix my f up. 🤞 Day 45 and were on our second round of treatment with nematode packs. I have moved the grow lights up substantially as to hopefully help with the discoloration of my leaves. I believe it to be light stress from the lightening around the edges and some brown tips. Some of them are curled upwards so thst could also be nutrient burn. I have asked a question about it to hopefully get the help of someone more experienced than iam. Seem to look better since I moved the light up. Stretch ladies… stretch watering at 6.0 to hopefully lower the ph of my girls. I could do the viniger method? Or sulfur. Flowers are on! 🌸🔥 Flowers are clearly visible now, with one of the plants already showing a strong purple colour — very curious to see how this develops! 💜 However, the top-right plant is looking a bit limey, so I’ve ramped up the nutrients while keeping an eye on the runoff. It’s also showing tiny spots of calcium deficiency, so I suspect it might be a root issue. These deficiencies are minor, though — overall, the plants are still going strong. Another successful week plants aren't dead. Did some more defoliation this week to allow light to penetrate the smaller colas at the bottom of the canopy, still haven't found a feeding schedule that works for me, going to cut my feedings in half next week because I'm starting to see some minor nute burn on the leaf tips. Good week though I'm pleased with it onto week 10/week 5 of flower!

Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. God damn I love this genetic. She's flopping over from all the weight she's producing. I'm keeping her upright though. Trying to keep the humidity down with how thick she's getting. She's still in the bulk phase and is throwing pistils and packing weight like crazy. Each day I'm having to try and tie her up in some way or another. I should've used a scrog net after the first time, I knew that she flopped over hard like this after the first time I grew her. Using the earthbox is making everything super easy. 11/7/23 - Day 1 - OK so big day going on here. It's time to get this little Skunk#1 seed into some lights! (really it's Day 9, but were going to let it sync up to the app) Above are photos of my best attempt at showing how this system works. First thing you want to do is to run the Leaf software and do the startup procedure. Selecting the Start grow button kicks off step by step instructions on the setup process. There is a video of showing the automatic water fill coming from the RO water setup I created. Normally this is setup for hose water from your house. I want to make sure im using RO water for obvious reasons. I will say, when you are done with you grow in this Leaf box make sure you clean it well. Its been a month since i cleaned it and had i not cleaned this it would take you much longer to start your new grow. This is another grow that's starting out smooth! Ill keep you updated as I move along! 11/13/23 - Day 6 - Shes got her 3rd set of leaves just starting to grow. Her roots are not out of the net pot, but i can see them coming out of the rockwool.
