Sorry it took so long for an update. I got married in the meantime and went on a honeymoon. Before I went though I took the plants down and had a friend take care of the drying and curing. It looks like I got 2 pheno's. One is has more red hairs and is a bit more skunky and peppery. The other has bit more sativa like bud forming and smells a bitt gassy in addition to the tangieness. The yield is also definitely not disappointing. Plant 1: 76gr Plant 2: 68gr Plant 3: 65gr Total:209gr I am happy with that. Especially since it's my first LED grow.

Some really solid growth this week, she is pre-flowering nicely and now transitioning into flower at the end of week 4 day. At the beginning of the week I fed her some compost tea and threw some more cover crop seeds down. Gave her a small top dress of bokashi to keep the fungi happy

📅 Week 13 | Days 92–98 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Flowering Phase 🌼🌸🌺 Day 98 🌞 – Apple & Bananas 🔸 Apple & Bananas continues to progress nicely, although the buds are still relatively small compared to the other plants. They’ve become noticeably denser since last week and are now showing an impressive amount of resin production. Trichomes are mostly milky at this stage, with a few still clear . Everything seems to be on track timing-wise. 🔸 The smell is starting to evolve in a very interesting way – somewhat sweet and sour, hard to describe, but definitely more complex and pronounced than before. Very promising. 🔸 Humidity is still on the high side (currently 63%), but it has improved compared to last week. Today, I finally turned on the dehumidifier and cranked all clip fans to full power. RH is now maintained at a more stable 50–60%, which I'm happy with. The dehumidifier does increase temps by about 2–3°C, but that’s manageable. 🔸 She’s also drinking significantly less, which lines up with her moving deeper into the late flowering stage. Day 57. In this grow at certain stage i was happy that my cam is broken, but now i hate it !!! Girls are all purpling out, defoliation don't help to get colours, but even now - they are amazing ! That smell, frost, nuggy structure, i love them !!! Especially when i write it under influence of Tallest Kush ;)))) Only water, keeping tent doors open, that way temps are in low 20s and humidity ridiculously low (40 -50) for me ;))) Middle Kush caught up sister by maturity, one cola starts to foxtail a bit. Hubiera sido increible tener en tierra madre (suelo) o en una maceta de 21 litros en exterior... Cogollos estilo sativa, no muy gruesos pero si densos y con forma de bate de beisbol, que en ningún momento paran de formar más y más pistilos nuevos! 💥 El color de los tricomas y la senescencia general de planta nos indica que ya está lista después de 98 días desde germinación Desprende un olor muy tropical, dulce, como una mezcla de papaya y mango, con un toque picante de fondo Esperemos a ver con que perfil terpenico nos sorprende después del secado y curado! Unos colores verde lima durante toda la fase de floración que ha ido mutando a morado en las puntas de los cogollos conforme se produce la senescencia Esperando a probarla para el efecto 😁

Just stopped grow nutrients for them all, they seem to have plenty of nitrogen going on in them , my bloom nutrients should be plenty to carry her out they rest of the way. Still only feed nutrients as needed , usually water a few times checking my run off ppm to let me know when and how much I can feed without it burning them outright. So far it's been working pretty well with thus tent. But she's growing great. Starting to get a nice sweet candy smell already off her. Should be a nice smell once she's going further into flower. I need to snap some photos tomorrow, didn't grab any today , gotta water them all Monday so plan to snap photos then. But into week 7 we go !!

07.04. Day 71 Day 31 of flower and things are holding steady. The girls are progressing nicely – buds are bulking up, resin production is picking up, and that sweet, fruity aroma is getting stronger. Four out of five plants are thriving with no major issues. One, however, still shows a strong CalMag deficiency – no improvement so far, so it’s under close watch. Environment stays dialed in: 26 °C during the day, 21 °C at night, 50–60% RH, and a VPD of around 1.5. LED is still running at 70%. Aug 17: Chemdawg auto is ripening nicely. Need direct sun to make trichomes but it is cool smoky and overcast again today. Oh well, not everyday is 24 C and sunny all day. Aug 20: sunny day again and have her under a UV light. Aug 21: chance of rain today so no UV light while I’m at work today.

Nice big fan leaves. I am continuing to open the two branches created after topping and defoliate to get more light onto the perpendicular branches. Just watering, mycorrhizae and microbes as I just transplanted. 12” diameter airpots.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds.
