Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Buds are starting to swell and smell very nice. Not drinking as much water now after the stretch but still drinking a lot. Everything is looking great.

Moved these 2 girls into flowering tent, on 11/1/24. Changed them from 15ltr pots to 20ltr insulated buckets. Gave them a defoliation & lollipoping today .

Last week of flowering for our strawberry gorilla from fastbuds 420 This week only water was given to the girls, as at the end of week we are harvesting the plants! Very nice smells comes out of the tent, cant wait to try all of the fastbuds strains i have in the tent 🤗🤗🤗

Chopped all plants down on October 18th. Will report back soon with final harvest pics and dry weight for each plant. I have multiple grows coming down around the same time and I'm still backed up with the outdoor harvest but will update with final numbers asap!

Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

So far there has been a learning curve.. I am learning both bloom and veg light should be on and I DEFINITELY learned about "stretching". I added more potting soil and straightened them gently so that they can be supported. I will monitor the girls through the week to see what effects changing the light to both bloom and veg have. Fingers crossed! Will update later in the week. Update 10.24.21 Corrected the stretching/bending issue and the girls seem to be growing pretty quickly now 😎😁

Jan 13th ordered a Dehumidifier today should be here Monday need to get the humidity down for flower I can only get it down to 57% so Hopefully it will work One of the amnesia haze plants have some type of deficiency not sure have brown spots on leaves Got humidity some decent control but I’m sure amnesia haze 1 is dealing with PH issues the PH meter is cheap and I’m sure it’s been off a bit so I’m going to look for new one this week

Day 63 have to harvest day 77 cause have to move house hope they be ready the small ones be ready any day but don’t know about the big ones 🤞 growth continues anyway hopefully fatten up nice by next week

The first steps to starting my grow are preparing my grow area, which involves a thorough cleaning with bleach. Then I set up lights and fans etc and test it all to make sure everything is working. Then on the 4th of May I recieved the seeds in the mail and immediately began to soak four seeds in some tepid water overnight before transferring them into a moistened piece of paper towel then into a ziplock baggie for another 12 hours. From there all germinated seeds will go into the rockwool cubes for about a week before being moved into the final grow out pots. From there they will veg for 7-8 weeks before I flip to 12/12 and flower them accordinly. As of today (8th May 2020) I have 3 healthy seedlings from the four seeds I soaked. So now they are up it's officially Game On 🙏 I am still waiting for the Greenhouse Feeding to arrive but thats ok because I won't need it for about a week. I chose 12 Litre Fabric pots because of the height limitations in my Grow tent (need a bigger one but cant afford it at the moment ) as soon as the powdered feeding arrives I'll mix the required amounts straight into the pots so they are ready for when I transplant the seedlings into them.
