The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

420 Fastbuds Week 6 Gorilla Punch Auto What up what up everyone. Week 6 update on these two has been interesting non the less. The bigger of the two still showing signs of some calmag deficiency from what it appears. I've added one teaspoon/gal of General Hydroponics 3 part flora series to the feeding to give them an added boost as well as the one/gal teaspoon of GH Calimagic. All in all they seem to be flowering OK. The Temps have dropped the last week making a constant 55'f-60'f in the day and down to the 30's at night so keeping the tents warm enough will have to be part of the battle from here on out. 25th September 2018 - Day 92 - Buds looking good, decision made to flush from Weekend (T- 4 days) Conditions are perfect. Trichomes are looking impressive with some very dense buds. Day 93 - pH down added and pH balanced water. Day 96 - 14 days left of curing Cold snapped has occurred and heater added 18 degrees Fans removed. Day 97 - Water removed and pH balanced 5.5 & Zero nutrient *** Flushing begins ***

Girlies are starting to get some hairs!!! Super excited to flip them into bloom. The count down to harvest has begun!! 💚

More buds are comming out this week and the main cola’s are getting all the energy that was prevent by the small bids beside

Was a bit worried about the Helmet head issue but she seems to have fully recovered and is absolutely thriving, didn't mention before but just light bio bizz mix used, water at pH 6.2 got it under 24h light at the moment

Tag 63: Die Pflanze erholt sich nur schlecht, ich vermute es war die Hitze vorletze Woche. Aber der Schaden zeigt sich wohl erst jetzt so nach und nach. Genau da wo es Kühler wurde 😲 Tag 65: Habe die verbrannten Blätter entfernt, doch auch die neuen Blätter sehen auch nicht wirklich gut aus. Die Pflanze hat Millionen winzige neue Zweige ausgebildet. Die müsste ich eigentlich auch noch alle entfernen irgendwann. Ich bin am überlegen die Pflanze platt zu machen. Tag 66: Ich habe die Pflanze schweren Herzens platt gemacht 😭. Da war einfach der Wurm drinnen. Ich will die Sorte aber so bald wie möglich erneut growen.

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. I can honestly say this strain has been the easiest to maintain and has been flourishing so well . Nugs doubled up in size in ONE WEEK ! Which makes me a proud canna MOM . Good week, no issues popping up. Just watered when needed. WCC she is packing on weight, with buds stacked on buds and smells amazing. C4 Very strong girl, nothing has fazed her from the beginning. Beautiful purple plant and the smell is floral. And packing some nice looking buds. Gelato Pretty much the same as C4, very strong, looking amazing and the smell is delicious. Bud sites aplenty. SBP Small bud sites are developing with a few white hairs. More just growing her on as a little experiment really she how she turns out. Not expecting much, but we'll see

Enjoying her progress over the last week. Lowered humidity today a tad to slightly increase vpd. Also lowered light a few inches and may do so again. Will keep it here until we progress in flowering. Expect to start LST this week. Will include plant and light height and distance details once I begin LST. Her sister, punch berry cookies, moved to flower tent. PoG will finish in veg tent, alone, as I’m shutting down for vacation in April. Video/photos taken 14 days after breaking soil.

Starting the flush this week and she should be ready to harvest next week! I’m not getting any Runtz terps— more nutty piney terps on this one. She’s happy she’s healthy and almost there! 🏻💚
