Initiated high-stress training and topping for my marijuana plants this week, combining the power of Dynomyco microbial and advanced nutrients. The plants responded impressively, displaying robust growth and vibrant health. The strategic stress training enhances resilience, while Dynomyco fosters a strong root system, complemented by the nourishing effects of advanced nutrients. Thrilled with the progress and eager to share this successful cultivation journey! Happy farming family

Since 1 of the Tropicana Cookies seedlings died earlier on in veg, it left a spot in veg set up. Due to temperature rising each day as we approach the start of summer, water temperature in Dwc constantly rising to around 25/26 degrees Celsius. Adding & changing out frozen water bottles 3 times a day! Unfortunately still rising over the course of the day. As much as Dwc growing interest's me it's just not pheasable to grow in summer with out a water chiller!!! Risk of root rot is extremely high. Lost a few plants to root rot last year in summer & it seems that the White Widow Auto had started getting a bit of root rot, even adding frozen bottles didn't help. Needed to get her out of Dwc before it got any worse. Since I lost a seedling earlier, I've decided to take her out of Dwc & plant her into the now vacant pot, that's hooked up to a top feed recirculating hydro system. Ever since transfering her she has thrived. Changed light hours for her from 24hrs on to 20 hrs on 4 off. Started to show pistills on day 35/ last day of week 5 veg!

I didn't feed again this week due to it being the same nutrients. My ec was running 3.9 so I added just regular ro water to get it closer to 2.4ec.

I鈥檝e lost two of the four arms I was trying to save 馃槩 one snapped clean and the other is standing dead. No worries cause there is plenty left to take care of! I鈥檝e built a 4.8m x 4.8m x 3.0m enclosure and now that I鈥檝e splayed everything out there鈥檚 barely any room to move again haha absolutely loving it 馃尨 I鈥檝e stripped a good 1.5m of bottom plant material clean of side branches and foliage partially for energy distribution and airflow but also partially to bring the obvious foliage above the neighbouring properties tree line now if anyone peeks over they should see a bunch of sticks instead of a forest of sticky :p They are definitely in flower I think I鈥檓 at the end of pre-flower stretch. They鈥檝e reached the top of the enclosure so I鈥檝e pulled most of the tall arms over and I think they鈥檝e stopped reaching meaning the next few weeks should produce some fun material to post up Thanks everyone for following along

04/20/25: This week brought a bit of a lull in growth, and I鈥檒l admit it鈥檚 been a little disappointing. While the plants still appear healthy overall, vertical and canopy expansion has slowed, and I鈥檓 still not seeing any clear progress in preflower development. I was hoping for more definitive signs of sex by now, but unfortunately, the plants are holding onto their mystery a bit longer. That said, it鈥檚 not all stagnant. There has been noticeable thickening in the stems and branches, which tells me the plants are shifting some energy into building structural support. That kind of development is a good sign鈥攊t鈥檚 almost as if they鈥檙e preparing to bear some weight, even if the upper growth hasn鈥檛 taken off just yet. If you鈥檙e looking at the photos and thinking they look a bit droopy鈥攄on鈥檛 worry. The plants were intentionally allowed to dry out. I like to let them go a little longer between waterings at this stage to encourage root expansion, forcing the roots to explore the full volume of the pot in search of moisture. That strategy continues to pay off in strong root development and better resilience going into flower. I also finally got around to the defoliation I had planned last week. The plants are looking a little bare at the moment, especially after just being watered, but that鈥檚 by design. Over the next few days, they鈥檒l perk back up, and all of the exposed growth tips should bush out and push new growth as the plants respond to the open canopy and fresh airflow. We鈥檙e about a week out from transplanting into the final 6.9-gallon AutoPot XLs. My hope is that sexing becomes more obvious before then, so I can make informed decisions about which plants to move forward with. I鈥檒l be watching closely and will update sooner if anything changes on that front.

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can鈥檛 raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn鈥檛 be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I鈥檒l go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I鈥檓 feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let鈥檚 me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I鈥檝e been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she鈥檇 respond if I went scissor happy. I also can鈥檛 say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can鈥檛 tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!
