Looking frosty

These two plants were germinated and planted and then I caught Covid! So I haven’t seen these girls for 3 weeks. But they’re looking healthy. A feed of FishMix should help boost them. I did notice a bit of thrip damage on the leaves. Looks like these little bastards are back. So I have sprayed with canna cure and I will continue too every few days to try wipe them out before they do too much damage. But full steam ahead now the plants are the focus of my attention from now on!

Day 34. I know its few days of previous week, just didnt wanted to mess with week type. Its BIG week . New light was added and rhythm changed to 12/12. Pot was top uped with 3 handfulls of BioBizz Worm Castings. 1.5 g of Biosys and 1.5 g of Great White were added too. After training she got 2.2l of water, medium drinker at the momennt. Girl got small defoliation, when you bent main top, one fan leaf is always staying in everyone's way, so he had to go. Think to do big clearing on day 14-18 of flower. Got first wave of LST, main top was lowered, one side shoot was repositioned and secured too... Girl is nice, more compact than other AMS strain i am running now, but i dont stress, its more experiment too. Think they miss good air, shoots a bit lanky to my like, will need support, so maybe i will scrog all.... TS1000 by Mars Hydro, great light, did perfect job during veg period, now i added one more for better coverage of long tent. Think in tent 1x1m i could manage to flower all 3 without any ad ons .... Great small light for amazing price. Day 36. 3 liters of higher ph 6.5 , run off was 495 ppm, 6.3 ph, so all is good !!! Day 40. Girl got heavy training, 5-10 leaves were taken down, most shoots secured with wires. 2.5 liters of 6.3 water went in. Happy Growing !!!

Week 5 flower is progressing well. bud sites are getting bigger with more pistils and trichs on leaves everyday. This will not be a 8 week strain I'm thinking 10 but will calibrate if necessary to get the full potential of this genetic as I can see she is a special one already!

Did a heavy defoliation and put the trellis net in place for the screen of green. Hopefully flipping to flower in 2 weeks or less.

Everyone is looking pretty healthy however the bud development looks closer to week 3/4 imo and I really don't like the node spacing on plant #1, I wish we had limited some of her stretch sooner. I don't see large intact colas in that plant's future, probably long bud spiraled branches but its not the end of the world lol...We gave a tomato cage to the freak mainline for some added stability (she's definitely going to need it). All buds are beginning to frost and look as if they'll be coated by the end!! This plant was quite bushy and I had to get rid of a lot of lower growth, leaves and mini shoots, gave it a pretty aggressive stripping and half ass lollipoping. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through.
