missed a whole week in this I deliberately didnt post or take any pics in week 7 because I burned my baby( used my cucumber feeding water which is stronger) so bad I was ashamed to show her to the world I did a flush but the damage done to her beautiful leaves is permanent but she still coming buds coming in nice small from the shock of the burn but still healthy plant .

Still no major problems so im very happy. Theyre all continuing to fatten up and i took the first microscope shots this week and they look amazing. much more dense than any of my previous. Gorilla is behind still, guess i got a slow phenotype but its still moving along at its own pace. Starting to see amber on the others so i reckon its right at the start of the possible harvest window. I have taken off a couple of small low down popcorn buds to see how they are. I am just very impatient haha. Hopefully it continues well for the next 2 weeks!

The harvest of the first medusa F1 hybrid at day 93 after germination. The trichomes were starting to turn amber. I probably could have let her ripen for a bit longer. I am amazed how fat she has gotten, the weight of the flower is too heavy for the branches. Way to go RQS for breeding such a fast growing autoflower. She is already in the drying tent for 5 days now at a temperature of 19 °C with a humidity of around 55-60%. I want a nice and slow drying process to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoïds. This will take about 2 weeks in my opinion, when the branches start to give a clean snapping sound when bending. I will make a harvest blog once the flowers are dried and I have weighed the buds for the yield. This lady only received some LST and a little defoliation throughout the entire grow. I also dont flush the plant at the end since this myth was debunked by a scientific article. A flush is only needed if you overfed the plant. Dr bruce bugbee also confirmed this. The dry tent smells of hay/grass, which is logical because the plant still has a lot of chlorophyll inside. Untill the harvest blog! Check my other Medusa F1's for the progress of the experiment. Week one of flower is complete! These babies are really starting to fill out. I’m definitely going to need to stay on top of defoliating in order to maintain a good airflow and avoid pockets of humidity throughout flower. The 4 Chicken n Wafflez are growing vigorously and with great, similar structure, except for the back left, which may be squatter because of the fan that was above it for the first several weeks after transplant. I’m excited for the next couple of weeks to see this tent really start to see this tent come into its own. Happy Growing!

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

7/11/25 nothing to note. I wanna flower her but I'll be going camping later this month so I'll have to wait until after that to start. But that will probably be the start of the perpetual again

The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...

Found a couple of seeds in DP but was expected as last grow also hermits slightly at the end. What's strange is that I can't find any nanners or balls on them so must be stamen deep in the buds somewhere. Only found a few seeds last grow with it so fingers crossed my ladies aren't complete whores for daddy's pollen

Things are progressing very well! She grew ANOTHER 14cm this week. Now 57cm tall. I would like to grow this strain again in a bigger pot. I think she'd make a fab big plant.

2025-10-15 2025-10-15 The Shaman was cut today. It's always bittersweet for me when it's time for harvest. Like every time I've grown her, I had so much fun and joy—just looking at her brought me happiness. SHAMAN is a keeper in my outdoor genetics. She is easy to grow from start to harvest, always a pleasure. Despite the fact that this year she took longer to mature, I can't blame the genetics—all my outdoor plants were 3-4 weeks later this year. It was simply the conditions. Let's talk about conditions: The soil bed is prepared in autumn the year before and refreshed in springtime, so the plant always has at least 60 cm of deep, nice, and fluffy enriched soil base filled with microorganisms, microbacteria, and mycorrhizae. The roof is the most important part. This year I added 2 SCROGS—that was great! She stayed stable during heavy wind and rain and kept on shining after the storms. Ok week 5 veg. I usually just let the plants grow through the trellis net. This time I tried a little bit of everything. I did a fairly big trim on leaves. I tied down branches with twist ties and then lowered the trellis net overtop. I may have gone a little overboard. But looking at other peoples diary’s I am seeing a lot of techniques being used so I will giver a shot. Trial and error. **Update** Plants growing up through trellis nicely. After tie down and trim.
