First week of flowering! There are already small hairs coming out, so that's the third female i got from some bagseeds

We are at day 21 on this gorilla cookies. I think she would be quite a bit bigger if I didn't break one of the mains on week 2 but she is still chugging along and growing well. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon and started them on a little armor si so they can build some strong branches. Still running them on 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation. They are going to stay under the blurple lights for a few more weeks until I can get them in the big room under the quantum boards. I'm hoping they will flower around 4 weeks but my autos seem to enjoy staying in veg so we will see what happens.

Tag 64 sie ist immer noch am Stretchen, aber so langsam entwickeln sich auch ihre Blüten immer mehr. Heute hat sie wieder eine Ordentliche Portion Wasser mit Dünger bekommen, und jeden 2 Tag Wasser ohne. Tag 69 Heute haben wir angefangen Plagron Green Sensation und Canna PK 13/14 hinzuzugeben und werden langsam mit dem NPK Dünger aufhören. Wir wechseln von dem NPK 10-4-7 zu einem NPK 3,5-6-6 da die Pflanzen nicht mehr so viel Stickstoff brauchen.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Grandaddy Purple from Blimburn Seeds! She is looking really good this week. She still have a few of the feformed leaves that look wrinkled. From some googling, I would guess either Tobacco Mosaic Virus or just a natural deformity. She a cutting from a previous run and she has it then too. It isn't wide spread and she still put out quality medicine. Even though she wasn't very Grandaddy Purplish, she was still gassy and frosty! Other than the funky leaves, she looks super healthy with her leaves "praying" to the canna-gods! Now, let me nerd out with the deets! LIGHTING: Increased lighting at dimmer last week with good results. Was about 70k LUX on average @ Canopy. Poor babies! They've definitely had a rough start. I'm fairly certain now the issue has been too much moisture in the soil. I believe there are a few factors that have had an impact: 1) Obviously, giving them too much water. In the first week I gave 90ml into their 1 litre pots over two waterings. I thought this was okay because the top soil was completely dry between waterings. Someone suggested that seedlings don't need additional water for the first 10 days so I'll try that next time 2) Feedback I've had is that my soil mix is quite heavy @ 63% soil, 25% Coco, 6 % perlite + 6% vermiculite. In future I'll increase the perlite portion to about 40% 3) Also, I just noticed that the plastic pots I'm using have very small drainage holes. I think this has caused moisture to accumulate at the bottom of the pot. Yesterday I pushed my finger all the way to the bottom of the pot and it is much wetter at the bottom than at the top. So yeah, tough start. But they're still growing, albeit very slowly. I trust they'll survive.

ok guys so i did another video update for this week since the plants are getting too big to take out of the tent without damaging them as i already have from taking them out.😒 The BDM is just doing great right now despite a little messup i had with a pH drift from too much Astroflower. check out the Video!

my experience with these strains has not been one of the best .... in the last few weeks there has been a sharp increase in temperatures making things very difficult ... very slow growth for coockies considering that in the same tent I had 3 other autoflows that had been ready for a few weeks. discrete power .... almost light ... lighter flowers inside the buds ... ABUNDANT HARVESTS FOR ALL OF YOU ... FRIENDS PEAKYPLANTERS GREETS YOU

Another Day another Dollar, a week later and I am starting to like being attentive when it comes to my babies, reminds me of the lock down days… dark times, but cultivation kept the days ticking and the mind clear. This Lady over has truly made a leap from her miniature pot to a whole 20lt highly rich compost mix, posted a video showing my mixing skills… it is getting warmer as the days progress, I am nervously awaiting the first Thunder storms, my makeshift greenhouse will be put to the sword, would be a sad day if that sword prove mighty, this structure has saved my babies through cold fronts, negative temperatures, speaking of weather the picture of the thermometer and my catalogued weather don’t correspond due to, The thermometer is showing my greenhouse’s room temperature, and I am cataloguing atmospheric temperature and humidity, I will get better in logging other such as water ph, for now all I know is I use rain water, and when I water I use 250ml of water per 24hrs, each plant to keep soil moist, I will increase the volume as soon as the morning temperature are at double digits. I cannot be disappointed with how this grow is proceeding. When Summer Shines it burns.

Nov 13: Hash washing using fresh frozen plant material. This Gorilla Cookies had nice yield with most of the trichome recovery being on the first two washes. Later washes were still very high quality. Bag sizes used are 160/120/45/45 which means the 120 fraction is still very decent for immediate use and what is caught on the first 45 micron screen has a nice range (full spectrum). That’s how Frenchy Cannoli said he did it, so fine by me. Washed for 3 minutes, then 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 minutes. A+ grade on first three washes and then only slightly worse on later pulls. I tried fresh frozen before and it was a disaster with way too much green in the extract. This time I avoided trimming sugar leaves by leaving them intact or removing them whole and that seemed to work. Will confirm hash yield after freeze drying but seems good. Extracted resin is the perfect sandy colour and is now in freezer. The freeze dryer should be wired in and ready to go later this week.

Almost there. Amber trichomes are starting to appear. Pretty sure it looks like that because of something I did or didn't do and has nothing to do with the name. Very interesting strain to grow.

Week 3 is coming to an end! Not much done expect watered when dry and kept up the environment. Lots of orange pistils coming through now and she’s starting to smell like some gas!

Hello grow 🌎! Finally seeing signs of flowering beginning. (Branches alternating, calxes, pistils, etc.) I cut the girls' dose of gro pro which is full of N, way down amd introduced monster bloom and a small dose of nirvana. Was going to tie down branches but realized that it would make draining their buckets near impossible. So I decided to use bamboo sticks to "position" branches in spots of light and out of tge way of others.

pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

Doing very good, starting to get coated with crystals, it took me an hour to defoliate on very happy with it.
