My Northern Lights #10 plant is an absolute beast! It's the biggest one in the tent, and it's branching out like crazy. The stems are thick and strong, and it just looks super healthy overall. You can definitely see the classic Northern Lights genetics in its growth pattern – it's a vigorous and sturdy strain. I'm excited to see how big this one gets! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

Hey Grow Diaries fam, Welcome back to another update on our PCR adventure! We're at Week 9, which marks Week 4 of the flowering stage, and things are getting exciting! Overview The PCRs are flourishing, and the transformation is nothing short of spectacular. The tent is buzzing with energy, and every day brings new developments. The buds are swelling beautifully, and the trichome production is off the charts. This week has been all about maintaining optimal conditions and ensuring our ladies get everything they need to reach their full potential. Environment and Conditions Tent: 3x3, cleaned and prepped from top to bottom to ensure a pristine environment. Lighting: ViparSpectra P2000, delivering a perfect spectrum for this stage of growth. The balanced PAR output and efficient energy use keep our girls happy and thriving. Watering: TDS at 410, pH 5.8, and water temperature at 21°C. This ensures the nutrients are perfectly balanced and readily available. Nutrient Regimen We’ve kept up with our Aptus Holland feeding schedule, and it's paying off big time. Here's the current mix: Nutritional Spray: Aptus Holland NutriSpray to keep those leaves lush and healthy. TopBooster: Replaced StartBooster with TopBooster to promote flower development. P-Boost: Added to the mix for that extra phosphorus kick, crucial for blooming. K-Boost: a must for them to go fat as we like. The results speak for themselves – lush green foliage and robust bud formation. Defoliation At the end of this week, we performed a mass defoliation. It's always a bit nerve-wracking, but the results are worth it. Removing excess leaves ensures better light penetration and airflow, reducing the risk of mold and pests. Plus, it allows the plant to focus its energy on bud production. And let me tell you, after the defoliation, the PCRs look sexy as ever with their long legs and sculpted structure! Clones Update Our clones are thriving, showing the longest and whitest roots I've ever seen. We treated them with a water mix that included K-Boost and Mycor Mix at 1 gram per liter. This combination has worked wonders, promoting vigorous root development and overall plant health. Reflections This week has been a testament to the importance of a clean environment and precise nutrient management. The PCRs are responding exceptionally well, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their progress. We're well on our way to an incredible harvest, and I can't wait to see these beauties in full bloom. This was an easy week with flushing the 2 B Blunt and Wreck'd Nuts so that I can take them both down. The Wreck'd Nuts just did not recover well from the lock out issues it was facing. It all came out of nowhere and got kind of serious even with a solid flush. That strain is a bit more picky with the nutrient balance than the others were. Leaving the Sex Melon and Rainbow Candy for next week. They still have some beefing up to do.

Fungus gnats coming with the soil might take the chance to come out now for breeding. i'm waiting with a 9 mm rifle. in the past i found 6 gnats in 2 of 8 x 50 l biobizz lightmix bags coming out of the soil. i could eliminate every single gnat successfully ;) rotating harvest: the little ones will be harvested completely when ready. at this point only the top branches of the big ones will be cut...and the new (basic-watered) pots of the new grow will move into the tent. 2-3 weeks later the secod half of the big ones will be cut and the second half of the new grow will move in... nutes: biobizz / soil: biobizz lightmix bloom,grow,topmax,activera,algamic + aminopower instead of bio heaven (too expensive) individual feeding schedule/once a week: veg: 200 - 600 ppm bloom: 600 - 900 ppm water: ro-water with: veg: 100-150 ppm calmag bloom: 150 ppm calmag

11/10 - Last night I did some late-night defoliation and removed about 30 good sized fan leaves and made some minor adjustments to her ScrOG positioning. She drank steadily through the week and once she drank down about 1 gal (4 days), I checked tds/pH. She measured in at 520ppm and 6.8pH. This was outside of my desired range in both values, so I decided to top-off with some legit full-strength nutes to balance the scales. After adding the solution, she measured 650ppm and 6.2pH. Not ideal, but acceptable for the moment. I feel like every day I check on her, her roots have gotten even bigger.

They are bulking up a bit more. Still nice and bushy both, still think both will be female. Finally, colours are getting greener and they are filling out nicely. Last couple of weeks before harvest, when my tent is filled to the edges on all sides and the plants can only go up is the moment I will hit the switch to 12/ 12.
