Another good week!! I need to LST and defoliate... probably going to do that tomorrow. I fed them this week as well as watered. I will add the flowering nutrients going forward!! Otherwise, I hope this grow continues to go well!! Cheers!!

D-48 : after lollipopping this morning, I turn to flowering mode tonight !

Just starting to poke out their first divided leaves. Put some mushroom mulch around the base of the stem to prevent the cover crop from moving in too close and blocking out light to the tiny seedling. It's been raining here today and it looks like it gonna continue but our cold frame allows us to control how much water gets on the seedlings (which is nice). Gave them their first compost tea consisting of green and brown vegetative matter, worm castings, some mushroom compost, and General Hydroponics subcultures M and B. Used the leftover vegetative material as mulch. Trimmed cover crop again.

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.

I planted this into its final container.. I did some light defoliation this week to expose all the bud sites in hopes they fatten up and then to frosty mcnuggets.. never really Defoliate autos but trying something new... At that point of putting on its weight so I jumped the nutes up a bit more. Had some slight light burn during veg and early flower.. brand new hlg blackbird.. I justvput it up to 70% at about 24 inches away.. 60% was too much during veg so kinda touch and go but keeping an eye on her.

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. Beginning of week 8 and seems like a long way to go. Most of the hairs still white. Hopefully the buds will fill in more! As right now I’m planning to take it 10+ weeks. This week I will lower the CO2 slowly 50 PPM every day until I will reach 800PPM. Also I will lower the light intensity by 2% every day. This week I lowered the day temp to 79 degrees and next week I’m playing to lower it every further to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temp is at 68 degrees and probably from week 9 I will lower it to 66. Beginning of week 8 TDS is at 550PPM. I sent adding the Late bloom enhancer from Current Culture! End of week 8 : lowered the TDS to 470ppm , she seems that it not eating so much nutrients anymore. She still drinking 3 gallons of water every single day.

had some left over fish shit tea brew from the veg run, so I gave it to the flowering girls right now, due to the brewing there are only low levels of N and lots of microbes. Worry about the microbes and the plants will uptake what they need, this philosophy seems to be working very well.

I’m using baccto potting soil this time as a test to start my seeds and then I’m gonna transplant to happy frog with half ocean forest on the bottom for when the roots mature

I also cracked the lid & put an oscillating fan on low just to give them a tiny bit of movement to strengthen their stems because they'll be tall and weaker with stretching. *I tried using a new seedling light & it was a failure - they are now stretching due to that light. I switched back to my trusted seedling light & hoping they'll be back on track.*
