After deciding to start this new growing journey, I chose to germinate a Banana Purple Punch seed from Fast Buds. This particular strain caught my attention with its unique characteristics, and I couldn't resist giving it a try. I began by using a hydrogen peroxide water solution to germinate the seed, which helps oxygenate the water and prevent harmful pathogens. After about 36 hours, the seed cracked open, revealing the first signs of life. With a taproot emerging, I carefully transplanted the sprouted seed into a 20L airpot, ensuring enough room for the roots to breathe and grow freely. This marks the beginning of an exciting new adventure, nurturing this intriguing strain to its full potential.🌱💚 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ One of my cannabis seedlings unfortunately didn’t survive in the pot....😭 Now, I’m trying again with two more seeds of the same strain, but I’ve changed my approach. Once they've successfully sprouted, I transfer them into coco tablets. There, they’ll remain until they’ve developed healthy roots before being moved to their final growing environment. I’m hopeful that this method will help me handle the early phase of the cannabis plants more successfully, and I’m excited to see how things turn out.💚💚

What’s growing on everybody?!?! Exciting week in my Banana punch grow! The plants are really growing quickly now. Got the light cycle switched over to 12/12, got my first layer of trellis screen put up so I can start weaving branches through. I also started the bloom feed today, which just substitutes the grow for the bloom as far as my botanicare line goes, I like to use a small about of MOAB to really get my plants to start flowering. I’ll have more boosters coming on in the later weeks of flower. I will continue with my IPM regiment of spraying Athena IPM twice a week until the third week of flowering, which at that point I will cut off all sprays. I plan on running this strain until my planned harvest date which is 3/13-3/20. I vegged until my plants were telling me they were ready to go to bloom, I let the shape and hardiness of my plants dictate when to flip them, I wasn’t rushing them. Nothing much happened but she's looking good.

The girls are stretching nicely and looking healthy as can be. I added the second trellis for extra support when the buds will be ripening in late flower. There’s already some early ice, on the fan leaves too, so that’s a good start! Some pheno’s seem a little quicker with creating flowers, but since these are f1 seeds it’s not so crazy that there’s some difference. It looks like I’ve got either 3 or 4 quite different pheno’s, which is exiting. I’ll do a big defolation on day 21 of 12/12 so you’ll see that in the next weekly update 👌🏻

Day 99 Flower 37 Remaining 32-37 days PINEAPPLE SURPRISE😵😵 well not really, I've been kind of waiting lol it definitely reeeeks in the tent now and shows just how good this carbon filter is working! The smell is very unique to any other cannabis i've smelt although I'm curious to find out what it will smell like after proper curing. I hope it tastes as good as it smells too. The resin is just incredible, I cut a couple nodes that were really struggling and even with moderate resin and crystals compared to other colas they made my fingers incredibly sticky, i get the whole gorilla glue thing a little better now. I cant believe how you can see the trichs so clearly with the naked eye and the bulbs look huge. pocket scope arriving today, interested in seeing the trichs under scope. I've done a little defoil here and there to keep good air flow and light pen. Again when doing this my fingers soooo sticky, normal to most of you i'm sure but new to me! No real issues. I noticed some more tips discolored so I dialed back the nutes a little to about 1700, I'll keep around there for now. I dont expect the plants to grow much taller if at all but hopfully these buds keep plumping up. The fattest few buds are HUGE but even just the average size is really starting to swell. Do the buds keep swelling for a couple more weeks? hope so lol If anyone has their own tips for harvest and curing they wanna add in comments I'm all ears. Some great advice down there already, amazing mates! Something I have started considering is what strain to put outside in a couple months, auto or photo, probably both and compare them. Have a couple ideas I wanna try out, have a little fun, 4 plants going outside end of may. Thinking I will start vegging new plants right after and hopfully get the plants about a month old before I send them outside into the wild. But thats a different discussion all together then this lol Hopfully its smooth sailing the next few weeks here. I'm ok with this routine for a little. I'm at a cross roads with my excitement as I cant wait for harvest but right now they keep plumping and swelling so much I dont want them to stop lol also I dont think there is anything more peaceful and calming then getting just stoned AF and and staring at these beautiful ladies. Mohawk Meds: Banana Flambe (BF): Day 42, 7 Weeks from seed. Healthy & green. Battled some High temps this week. Built a DIY water cooling system in the duck work along with lowering power to the lights but moving them closer to maintain PPFD & created an intake of cooler air to my closed loop system. All these things brought temps back to low-mid 70's from low 90's I was having. Through the week BF never wilted from the heat but didn't grow as much as it should have. Weekly Environment: 85-91F, 48-54% RH, 750-850 PPFD, & 550-875 CO2. Also topped BF #2 & #3 on the 5th Node. Decided to keep #1 as a Mother.

Never thought id yield over a pound from 1 autoflower. At time of weighing humidity in the jars dropped to 58% a little lower then id like it to be. Still, cure has barely started and it already smells and tastes amazing. This tester will be released soon. Dont miss out on this one😍. The zkittlez and forgotten cookies are done stretching, i hope. OG KUSH# Day 56# On the OG, thrips appeared in a couple of places, but nothing serious, I regulated it right away, and if it does, it can't do anything to the plant outside, except to slow it down a bit, but come on. With a little delay because I'm a lazy stoned person, and in addition the responsibilities regarding the plants are already starting to grow, and I also have a lot of work around the garden and then I don't always arrive in time to release the update. The plants are progressing well, but now they are already hungry, so the next watering is for food. Two days ago they were topped for the third time, I also topped the two highest side branches. Yesterday was the end of their eighth week, the pictures are also from yesterday. Last night I sprayed them with SMC for prevention, but none of those pests can harm the plant outside as well as inside..first of all, the plants are much bigger, and therefore have much more leaf mass, and secondly, it is nature, there are many of them in nature, the only thing that can destroy them all are caterpillars during flowering and mold when the humidity is too high or when there are frequent rains, everything else does not worry me at all. Tomorrow I will move them somewhere where there is a lot less grass because now they have already filled this space and they can't expand any further, so in order for them not to get too long and to go wider I have to move them where the grass and other plants won't bother them. The plants seemed to recover very well this week from the nutrient burn last week. I did a defoliation on some of the odd nodes of the Dominican Republic to free up some wasted energy. The ppm was still reading a little high on each so I didn't feed them and just flushed them back to appropriate values. My grow light was finally cleared through customs and I added it to supplement the light issues which the plants seemed to respond very nicely too. Halfway through the week I applied some foliar spray and it really improved the colour and health of the plants. Lastly I topped each plant to resume progress on the mainlining and they should each reach 4 healthy lines within the new week.

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.

Esta es una de las semanas mas bonita del cultivo si llegas sin carencias ni excesos obviamente. Las plantas empiezan a definir el cogollo. La parte izquierda se a definido como un fenotipo xativo mas alto y con muchas ramas. En cambio el lado derecho a sacado un fenotipo mucho mas indico con plantas mas cortas y que seguro generaran un gran central. La temperatura se mantiene entre 25 y 26 grados. Ya hemos empezado a anadirle co2 a 1000 ppm.

29 - 5 Octubre Finalizando ciclo el banco recomienda de 7 a 8 semana se dejó las 8. Después de 4 años sin poder cultivar pero con la fe siempre de que lo aprendido y lo vivido no se olvida.

Hopefully side branches eill catchup during stretch period.. Looks like 2 showing signs of flowering.. Hectic week ahead @ work - will try my best not 2 f&#k things up..sofar so good.. Had some issues with LC buckets - looks like ektra NSol solving the issue.. Lets see changing all nutes 2morrow
