Tropicanna Ppison XL Auto- Outside W7F5 8/10-16 This week’s weather has been a mix of rain, clouds and thunderstorms. Temperatures were mostly in the mid to upper 80s during the day and low 70s at night with humidity in 70%. I watered 2 times with compost tea adding green sensation on the last watering. Tropicanna Poison X auto is fattening up her buds. The structure shows minimal hairs and mostly calyxes. Her buds have lots of sugar leaves which possibly can trap moisture causing rot. I check all my outside plants daily in the morning. If it rained that night, I give each stem a good shake to help dry them out. So far so good, no mold or other fungus or bug issues. The pics show the trichomes starting to fill out even without a magnifier. Some of her stems are pink which maybe genetics for reds and pinks. I hope I’m one of the lucky ones achieving the beautiful pinks of this Sweet Seeds Red line Strain. I am getting excited to see the full development of buds, colors and smells. Let’s go! Day 113: Decided to add one gallon pH6.5 water with nutrients. This should be the last feed. Day 114: tent hotter than I would like. Exhaust fan full speed. Cleaned up more leaves. Hopefully can make two more weeks but I am a little concerned. Day 115: gave one gallon pH6.5 water with 2 tablespoons of Herculean Harvest. Removed a few leaves. The urge to defoliate is huge. Day 116: removed some more leaves. May harvest this weekend instead of the next. Day 117: no water added. Removed a lot of dried up leaves. I would be worried if it weren't for other ak47 journals showing the same yellowing leaves toward harvest time. Day 118: no pictures Day 119: added one gallon pH6.5 water with 2 tablespoons Herculean Harvest. So want to harvest but will wait 4-7 days.

Tag 82: Wieder einmal entlaubt.

Grow Update: Vanilla Latte Is on Day 27 Black Strap by Brother Mendels on Day 22 These are outdoor grows. Unfortunately the weather has been 100+ since germinated which is hindering growth. During the 100+ weather I use mister to keep them cool. Yes this did cause mild damage to the leaves but it was much better to keep them cool then to have them bake in this mini greenhouse setup. Heavy LST will take place through out the grow. I use standard twine which causes the least amount of stress possible in my opinion. Humboldt vanilla latte Auto has responded extremely well to training and has been a joy to work with. The black strap has also been okay but it is 5 days behind and is more indica dominant so its not taking the heat as good as the vanilla which is showing more saliva Dom traits. So far no complaints. Vanilla latte auto by HSO 1 of 10 seeds germinated. Blackstrap by brother mendels 1 of 1 germinated. It's in day 3 now and surviving outdoors with 100+ weather. Both seedlings are doing fantastic in the heat. Vanilla is on day 8 and blackstrap today is on day 3. Let's see how these go 🙌

Day 2; 48 hrs the Purple Star Killer seed's root was long enough to go into soil today. I use Happy Frog soil for seedlings. The soil cup will stay on the heat mat insuring the temp is kept at 75°F. Day1; 24 hrs and the Purple Star Killer seed has a visible tap root. I'll wait a little longer before putting it in soil. I like to see the root about a quarter inch before planting. Day 0; Germination, paper towel method.
