Hoy hace justo una semana que llegaron y las puse en las macetas pequeñas, donde han estado 5 días hasta que las he pasado a las macetas de 1l que usaré esta vez para darles crecimiento. Las dos veces anteriores las puse del tirón en la maceta final, a ver qué tal sale así. El clima está siendo fácil de controlar porque las condiciones son idóneas en el exterior. He cometido algún pequeño fallo como transplantarlas demasiado pronto creo yo, también algún desbarajuste con el ajuste del humidificador, ya que es nuevo y aún no controlaba bien. Por lo general contento por cómo están evolucionando hasta el momento. A seguir dándoles cariño para que crezcan sanas y fuertes 💪

Esta semana he doblegado la rama más alta para igualar el dosel, la planta ha comenzado la pre flora y no espero más crecimiento, el tamaño final va a ser fantástico para mi porque voy a poder alumbrarla desde el sustrato hasta la copa con luces intensas, voy a continuar esta semana con las luces blancas de crecimiento, y la semana que viene haré un cambio drástico de todos los paneles led laterales, los sustituiré por otros con temperaturas de color más cálidas, además, voy a reforzar el dosel con otras dos lámparas, una con diodos de 2700K+660nm (50w) y un COB de 2800K con lente (50w), no quiero ningún rincón de la carpa a oscuras! 💡💡💡💡💡 Los riegos de esta planta, durante las dos últimas semanas, así como de todas las demás plantas han sido con poca concentración y con componentes destinados fortalecer la planta y a la inoculación de Microorganismos para la descomposición acelerada de materia orgánica del sustrato, así como la disolución de los minerales también presentes en el sustrato, se trata de no sobrealimentar, en esta etapa de transición, con Fertilizantes solubles y promover por última vez, la expansión de las raíces, que dejarán de crecer cuando la planta entre de lleno en floración, en el momento que claramente deje la planta de crecer y dirija toda la energía a la formación de flores empezará el gran juego, una segunda parte muy intensa y con momento bellísimos, la floración es el momento donde se requiere mucha variedad de minerales, más que en crecimiento vegetativo, por lo tanto la alimentación que tengo preparada para esta etapa va a ser muy variada... todo por la causa! A diferencia de la temporada pasada estoy regando profundamente pero dejando al sustrato agotar mayor cantidad de humedad con el fin de airear el sustrato lo más posible entre riego y riego, controlo el consumo exacto de agua cada día, peso mis macetas diariamente y tengo una hoja de excell que me calcula, este y otros datos de la evolución de los cultivos, al final estas técnicas me están sirviendo para simplificar lo complejo... cada loco con su tema! Day 50 flowering. This lady continues to push out new pistils and has about 10 days at least to go. The bud rot has stayed off her thankfully but it is still very moist in the uk so need to keep vigilant. Her buds are solid snd oozing thc out to the touch. She is toppling in places due to her bud weights and i am re arranging a lot now. The Dragon force has done her justice with trich production going mad this week. lets see how she finished up. beautiful girl

Sep 5: still going strong. This has been the most hassle free plant. Sep 7: late season hailstorm did some minor damage to other plants but this one is fine. Lost some trichomes but no major damage overall.

Hallo meine Garten Freunde. Ich heiße euch herzlich willkommen zum Ende von diesem Grow, ich bin mit der Qualität der Blüten äußerst zufrieden. Dieser Strain hat mich vollstes überzeugt, ich bin sehr begeistert von der Resistenz gegenüber den Schädlingsbefall oder im allgemeinen. Man kann ruhig ein zwei Tage mit dem Gießen im Verzug sein ohne das dieser Strain dir das gleich Übel nimmt. Diese Sorte ist auch nicht so anfällig für über Gießen oder über und unter Düngung. Ich habe in der Mitte der Blüte ein kleines Problem mit Frassflügler ( Triepse ) gehabt, da für kurze Zeit mein Lüfter ausgefallen ist, den Befall hat sie ohne weiteres weggesteckt, ohne jegliche Anzeichen für Probleme. Die Buds haben sich sehr vielversprechend entwickelt und haben einen süßlich tropischen Geruch im Raum verströmt. Wo drüber ich am meisten gestaunt habe war dass man diesen Strain Trainieren kann egal ob topping oder HST das haben die Damen gut weggesteckt. Das einzige was man beachten sollte wenn man die Pflanzen toppt ist, dass man mit einer längeren Anbau Zeit rechnen muss. Von insgesamt 5 sind 5 Seeds gekeimt, leider habe ich ein Sämling verloren. Ansonsten haben sich alle Pflanzen so entwickelt wie ich es mir gedacht habe. Der Ertrag hätte größer ausfallen können, dann hätte ich aber auch größere Töpfe nehmen müssen, und das konnte ich zu dieser Zeit leider nicht. Die Medusa #1 braucht noch einwenig länger. Also meine Freunde wär eine schnelle Sorte sucht, dem kann ich diesen Strain ans Herz legen. February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush with most of the plants going in the flower room now, but I may let the Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCrop & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

Great week, the girls are doing fine without me. All I have to do is pop in and give them Some water x2 a week. I increased their feed just a bit this week, I will start tapering the nutrients off soon, and will increase the amount of water going through them in hopes of getting a 10% runoff or so at least 3-4 times before harvest. Don’t even want to think about getting too far ahead, I’m getting very excited for these beautiful girls. These are quickly turning into the best homegrown I’ve seen yet! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Fast and SIMPLE patio grow, perfect for an impatient grower. 72 days from seed to harvest. Could have taken some of the branches at 68-70d. Responded well to pinching back growth to encourage branching. Tested yield by leaving one plant natural and pinching back the other. Pinching back produced way more bud and the plant didn’t seem to mind. The smaller plant only produced 8 bud clusters and those were fairly airy, but showed amber hues a little sooner. Maybe she got less light than the bigger plant. They were both LOW on sunlight. The last 3 weeks of the grow were non-stop rain and storms, very little sunlight. So the girls didn’t stack ‘em up like I wanted. Gotta have light to make bud!! Vegetative growth the first 8 weeks was phenomenal. It wasn’t until the rains set in that progress slowed to a crawl. They were a few feet apart and both facing the equator with daylight to dark exposure. The sun itself wouldn’t cooperate though. Both plants were fed and watered the same. Soil was the same etc.... Only used commonly available garden center nutes. Wanted to demonstrate that a person could take the leap with their first patio grow without having to invest in a lot of special grow stuff. You can! but you at least need decent sunlight. I didn’t weigh the fresh harvest very accurately. I took whole stems to hang them by, and my good scale isn’t that big. I used a bathroom scale and weighed myself holding an empty box and the box again with the harvested plant difference was about 3 lbs. Once I trimmed off the fan leaves and cut it off the roots and trunk it was under a pound. I won’t trim them super tight because very little of it will be smoked, most will be used to make infusions, but I’ll remove as much stem as possible. Curing and storing in C-vault with 62% Boveda packs.

Hey Growers. These FastBuds Afghan Kush are coming along nicely. These girls are in their final week/s. I’m just watering and watching trichomes. I removed a bunch of leaves especially the damaged ones and the buds bulked up immediately and the frost poured on. The trichomes are bulbous and granular, they’re so big. The buds aren’t massive, but they are firm. I think that may be because of the XS2000. They are quite similar to the super lemon haze from last run. I’m totally fine with a bunch of buds the size and firmness of golf balls!! A bit more time and I’ll chop them down. Happy Growing 🌱

Removed autoflower and put her in her own pot outside the tent. Foliars applied in strong blue 430nm with 4000hz tone. 20min dose prior to application. In essence, you're seeing a combination of the infrared light reflected by the plant, which the camera perceives as red, and any residual visible blue light the plant reflects, which results in a purple hue. I was doing more stretching of the stems, adjusting weights, just a little too much, and it snapped almost clean. I got a little lucky in that it was still connected, wrapped her almost instantly while holding her in place with yoyos. I am hopeful she will recover and reconnect the xylem and phloem channels. Oopsy level stress event. ANTHOCYANINS!
