Too much going on for a detailed update, but here are the highlights: Did a res change on 12th. Was thorough in removing all of the old water, and flushed out the roots of both grow sites until the water ran clear. Filled with RO and did nutes until ~900 PPM. Creme de la Chem just kept stretching, got into the light. I re-worked the tent today, and now they have like 4 inches of space... definitely sub-optimal. I've been trying various techniques on different stalks to see if anything works ... super cropping, topped off some smaller bud sites, and folding over as much as I think they can take. She just won't stop stretching! Finally seeing decent pistils on her, though, so maybe she's almost done. Going to be a lot of toasted and light bleached buds on these two beasts :(. SOH hasn't been getting much taller at all, just adding more and more pistils. I'm waiting for her to start fattening up, and excited to see what she produces. As you can see from underwater temps, I've been doing battle with the water temp fighting to keep it under 72F. I'm rotating ice packs, and it's annoying AF. When this grow is over, I will be adding insulation to the outside of my buckets. I've learned so much already ... my next grow will be much much smoother. For now, it's just a matter of trying to cope with my early mistakes 😂.

Memory loss began to show female by july 4, so it's now 6 weeks since first hairs. I am using bamboo stakes (only on this girl) at about 3.5 feet above soil to create a canopy, similar to a SCROG. There are hundreds of budding sites. Star killer and Calif orange are just beginning to show female. Star killer 1 is being allowed to bud with minimal interference, star killer 2 has me reducing the number of buds to a dozen and cali will have only 2 colas. Daytime temps range between 80 and 100. But they are used to it and are thriving. nighttime 55-70. in containers. fed organic in flower twice. watering is whenever soil dries a bit and pulls away from edge. about 3 gallons does all 4 plants. Plants are between 53 and 60 inches tall. Memory loss canopy is nearly 4 feet square. heavy watering 3.5 gal all 4 plants total.

So, bubba diagonal has the sweetest smell, almost like a dank og smoothie probably inherited from the purple punch and the true og, Guava cake is the most "weed" smelling like pure good sativa funky ganja, not very tangy but a little more on the cookies side, and the kmintz... probably my favourite, she has just a strong mint-fruit smell. Its a sweet and fresh zkittlish-fruity funk with a slight dank earth background, and the smell is sweet and at the same time slightly "overpowering" in your nose, almost like its rotten sweet fruit. End of the grow cycle finally! This one was a test run, I wanted to see the possibilities using liquid nutrients in an Autopot-like system. Firstly, because I got plenty of the nutrients left from the previous grow. Although it is possible to use this method, it’s way too much work. I had to change the water/feed in the tray all the time while I was facing with ph stability issues. The harvest is now in the drying chamber. I will keep you updated with the end results.

Cut back on the nutes mostly using flowering products nothing really major to report I’m happy to see the amount of frost forming on the cheesecake, and the purple squirrel are nice and chunky! Did res change last nite. Aug 23.

Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.
