I cannot wait for the harvest to begin… dam… this plant is doing the thing that make the pots to be done[South African Phrase], she has shot up, during my absence it’s like it was getting watered with nutrients and water mixture, and all she was getting was water. next week hopefully I’ll find the measuring tape and measure the height of this beautiful plant, my eyes cannot believe my labour, it’s fruits are becoming unbelievable, I hope that the bud is going to be big and juicy, I want to nothing but to smoke the best.

I dried 6 days small buds and 9 days for big buds. I gained an unexpected 37 grams. 😊

While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Exactly a week ago these five Sour Diesels were planted. The sixth plant you see in the pictures is a CousKush Auto that is being nursed for 2 weeks to then be taken care of by family. They germinated quickly, after less than 72 hours most cotyledons were fully open and the roots grew through the root cubes. At this point they were transplanted into 0.12L seedling bags filled with pre-buffered coco and perlite (saturated with PH'd RO water). They will stay in those to develop a good root structure for around a week before moving to 1L pots. They reacted decently to the transplant although the cotyledons curled down on some of the seedlings. I attribute that to the coco being too moist when they were transplanted. I waited to give them more water until day 5 to dry the coco out a bit. Day 5 is when I first watered them, using a 0.3 EC nutrient solution. They all get 8-10 ml every 24 hours now and seem to be doing great.

10-05-2021: I am counting today as day One for Veg. Planning to hold them on 18/6 till the 20th of may (ten days) and then switch. Not sure if I will stress them a bit or not, time will tell. Yesterday was hot (26˚C) here so all values have shifted a bit. Won't be a problem as soon as they are on 12/12. Do you notice the lines (air/water) changing position on heat :) Didn't even notice that at first. Also pretty sure I need a more powerful chiller at the moment but will first make an attempt to replace the gas. 13-05-2021: Today I will be replacing my chiller. It doesn't keep up and the temperature of 28˚C is a bit too much. For the rest.. All great 15-05-2021: Added some paper sheets to reduce heat. Seem to work so today I'll go to hardware store and buy something to make a more permanent solution.... I have added some reflective foil to cover the boxes

Dear friends here it is serious. The two Dark Phoenix are both beautiful and fit, raised high and powerful. The first plant, my favorite, is processed with a topping at 16 peaks that gave balance to the plant really the peaks are all beautiful and upwards, they are taking color. Perfume very much I don't know what, but it's sweet, it seems to me the perfume then there are other neighbors and confused me. It is a highly recommended strain that can do very very well. The second plant is worked with a topping at 16 peaks, but I left two side branches under that they felt the center but they are beautiful and are repeated in full. Wow. Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

Grape Walker Kush is massive. Very pleased with these plants. Super Orange Haze is also doing great, just more normal size, not as massive as GWK. SOH is also slightly behind GWK in bud stage.

Hey growmies, It's been four days since the last short. Today, the Pink Gelato finally started drinking water again. Looks like the cinnamon and light watering actually helped. The other plants are doing okay, but the heat’s getting to them too. I think harvest time is coming up soon – just gotta find the right moment to start drying. All three plants got two liters with Cal-Mag today. Fingers crossed they all pull through!

D24 - 10/02/2025 Last week was really good, none of the girls showed any signs of toxicity after the full strength feed, which is good. I’m already seeing signs of pre-flowering on some of the girls, next week for sure we enter flower mode. Applied some LST to the girls and some defoliation. Fan leaves were taking a lot of space, now internal nodes should have more light to use. Not going too crazy on this though. Unfortunately snapped a branch of Northern Lights #1 while applying the LST, must take extra care next time. Still haven’t changed the reservoir, should do that later this week. — D27 - 13/02/2025 Changed the reservoir and mixed nutrients for pre-flower. I’ve been adjusting the LST, but other than that there’s not much of an update. Girls are looking really great and growth is exploding. PPFD is around ~500 on canopy level. — D28 - 14/02/2025 Did another defoliation session. Went a bit more heavy this time. Now we let them recover for a few days.
