01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

After what felt like a month of waiting for my seeds to arrive- I got them and got to work. I’m Only doing two plants at a time to start. Both toof decay seeds popped little tails in 24 hours using toilet paper and dechlorinated tap water and a DVD case of mothman prophecies- blockbuster copy. I planted one directly into my fox farms happy frog soil- now shall be called- the runt.The other I planted in a germ pellet and into ocean forest. My cat got into my closet somehow and destroyed the cloth pot with ocean forest in it. Destroyed. Luckily my little lady survived and I put her in a root rocket? Root riot? Anyway- that’s why she is in The corner of this 5 gallon pot with my runt. I am waiting for them both to get bigger before I move either one of them. My cat is fine btw- gave her a bath as payback- muhahahah. Anyway. As I type this it is day 5? I don’t know- I can’t tell time at the moment. It’s def I’m their first week. How do they look?

📆 Harvest Week, 19-25 August 2024 19-22 Aug - Observed and let the plant grow. 23-24 Aug - Flushed with RO water, turned lights down to 40% power. 25 Aug - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. 💚 Thank you Divine Seeds for this sponsored grow! 📑 The final week of flowering for Pablo Escobar! I gave her a good 71 days as recommended by the breeder. She grew using every one of them until the end. Another genetic hit by all means. A pleasure to grow. This is a sativa dominate variety so expect a longer flower time. You will be rewarded with thick dense buds, covered with resins and trichomes, with a sweet herb, earthy smell, nice and danky. Began the curing process in a climate controlled closet with a RH of 53% and temp of 71deg F. The main leaves are removed before the branches are hung upside down for 7-10 days for drying. From there the buds are removed from the branches, separated, and are trimmed to remove as much leaf as possible. Then placed in quart mason jars with a 62% Boveda TerpShield packet, burped daily for about a week or until 62% RH is maintained. Then labeled and placed in a cool, dark closet for long term storage for up to about 8 months or so. 🔥 Smoke Report: It took Pablo 10 days to slowly dry out. I cut all the buds off the branches and used my 19” Bud Trimmer for a quick finished product! I’m really impressed just how fast this trimmer works. It can take about 1/2oz or 14g at a time and with 4 or 5 turns of the handle it’s finished. Nice beautiful manicured buds in about 10 seconds. No more trim jail for me. As for the smoke. The taste definitely is the same as the smell. Lemony or citrus. The high is definitely that of a sativa. Comes on slow, then creeps up on you hard. Stays with you for a couple of hours, needing only a hit or two to recharge the high afterwards. No doubt this strain is very high in THC, and should be taken into account for the beginner. busy week, went from nursery bags to the final pots (3 gal airpots). autowatering system set up, fertigating 4x per day for 20secs each time - @ light ons, +5 hrs, +5 hrs, +5 hrs. went up to ~310 PAR, about 20 DLI. 1200 EC, 6.0 PH. temp and humidity pretty consistent, around 80 during the day, 76 at night. VPD is 0.8 - 1.0. topped, trimmed everything under node 3 and started LST on nodes 3 and 4 preparing for quadline. going to take a couple of days to bounce back after the topping but then I expect to see some nice growth. planning on running the quadlines out until they get close to the other plants and then I'll flip to flower and stretch upwards. have a new humidifier coming this week and switching everything over to the AC infinity controllers, as right now I have a mish-mash of controllers and a humidifier that doesn't work with them, so I should really be able to dial everything in even better. upgraded my timelapse camera to a 2k one, still trying to dial it in, fix software issues and stop moving it to get better video. getting there

Flipped these they looked like they was ready but i had to go away for 4 days and when i got back god they got bushy!! So many side shoots etc so ive had to trim them again take a lot of side shoots out but hopefully they didnt waste too much energy on them, going to leave them a day or two before i trim again didnt want to do it all in one go so they are looking a bit shabby at the min but they will get back on track. Got to say this strain has been really good to grow so far and its had a really good recovery and growth rate also up to now ive had no nutrient issues all the leaves have been perfectly green which is a first for me 😂,

Diese Woche haben sich die Pflanzen von der Entlaubung der letzten Woche erholen dürfen, nach drei Tagen (die ersten drei Bilder) haben sie schon wieder einiges an Blattwerk zulegen können. Des Weiteren ist die Woche nicht viel passiert, ausser dass ich die Bodenfläche zurückgewonnen habe und endlich einen Umluftventilator zum clippen kaufen konnte. Ach und zum Ende der zweiten Blütewoche habe ich einen Komposttee gemacht, den sie am Samstag Abend bekommen haben. Ich hätte schon früher gerne den Tee gemacht, aber ich musste auch hier erstmal alle Sachen kaufen, da ich leider wieder komplett von Null beginnen musste.

This is the third monday. The girls still look healthy, I gave blooming nutrients for the first time as the schedule suggested. The Attack of Gnats: Inside the tent there is a huge fan, which was unstable, if I tilted it too much, so I put a 20litre soil bag (with some cheap shitty soil for decorative flowers) at the base of it to make it solid. As the tent started to warm up, the soil was warm ask well. After a couple of days some gnats mysteriously appeared in the tent. First there were only two, but now there is a whole army. I bought a "special" trap for them, it came in a pear shaped plastic dispenser with some sort of "killer liquid" that will eliminate the enemy. As soon as I opened the little container with the liquid my first idea was to smell it. Surprisingly the smell was familiar, and I smelled it before in salads. I asked my girlfriend, and she immediately told me, that this killer liquid is nothing more than Apple Cider Vinegar. I searched google, and I found out, that you can make very effective gnat trap at home by using apple cider vinegar, sugar, and dish soap... This costs you almost nothing, because you can find everything at home. Learning every day.... :) Now there are only a few more gnats left, but I will kill them in the following days. 🙏 Namaste
