We have passed three weeks of flowering. I'm very happy with the results so far and considering we have 5 to 6 weeks to go, these buds have the potential to get huge. Started watering more, 4 liters every two days instead of every 3 days. Also after a full 3 weeks of flowering, we started the flowering amendments, 2 cups of worm castings, 1 cup of bonemeal and a cup of Micro life each. Just put that on top of the soil, watered with the Perma tea, to which I added some woodash, just two tablespoons and stirred. To 12 liters of this I added 60 ml of BAC Organic Flower, 20 mils of BAC Calmag and 12 mils of Top Max. They seemed to love it, they payed me back with enormous bud growth in the last week. Because we had a full three weeks of flowering, I started some underside leafpicking and pruning the smallest branches with no chance of growing out. I kept it to a minimum and will gradually do more. The smells of orange and related citrus is amazing. It is a mixture of orange peels, lime, kumquat, grapefruit and those lovely little oranges they put in Earl Grey tea. Still on the hunt for those cosmic snacks, it'll be awhile until I see some fruits but here we are end of week 1.. There's only one but she's popping! Took a bit longer than the other strains to sprout from soil but as soon as she did you could see some nice strong dark green leaves. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

Week 3 is starting off busy. Day 14 I finally got some Bone Meal. So, I added 2 more inches on topsoil. 1st I added 1/4 cup of Bat Guano ea., 1/3 cup Bone Meal ea., 2tbsp of Potassium Nitrate and Calcium Nitrate ea. Lightly mixed into top 1" of coco. Then I added 1-1/2" of Canna coco mix (perlite10%, worm casting25%) over top of soil. Then, I topped it of with cedar chips spread over both surfaces. Day 15, 12noon I watered both girls with 1/2Lt of 6.4PH water only. 8pm I decided to LST a couple of umbrella leaves each. Hope it helps with light penetration. There's a bunch of new growth under those two leaves. How does it look so far.... Day 18: Lot of changes... Switched my lights around. The TS-1000 made heat where the Pro2 Epistar 400W didn't. Was just a hunch but as soon as I changed the temp of the room went down 8degrees. The TS-100 was directly under the exhaust fan. Cool... Took the fan out and modified the base to give some more floor room, then added a humidifier. Was going to install a DIY Co2 generator but my silicone must he too old and didn't dry. I'll clean off, fix and install tomorrow. Ladies look great, I removed the LST wires from the two umbrella leaves. 2 days were enough to get the under foliage to grow past them. Watered 1Lt "water only" PH 6.2 each plant. Added some Epson Salt to foliar spray and cleaned off the leaves on each plant.

This one was planted in coco, perlite, and worm castings. Due to this being practically the first time I've used this mix without adding the peat based "light mix," I had not realised how quickly the pots will dry out, especially during the high water consumption of the flowering stage. I realise that I need to be treating it as pure coco. This can be fantastic, for example, if you have just one pot/plant and can provide all the waterings and monitoring continually and regularly. This tends to make you use more nutrients than necessary, as personally I find it difficult to use just plain water. I think many of us still can't help the feeling that we should be adding things to every watering. Therefore, when the frequency of the waterings increases, we are still adding nutrients EVERY time. Which is an overall increase in nutrients, too. For my part, I'm cutting the amount of nutrients per watering. I feel like nutrients are a bit of a crutch to growers. I'm still getting used to the coco and the waterings, but I am really enjoying it. If you don't check your plants multiple times a day, it may not be the best choice of substrate. For me, I'd much rather the pots dry quickly because it reduces the chances of mould and mildew, which I'm always concerned about. The pot was actually top dressed with Canna Terra Soil Mix, as the company I'd purchased from sent the wrong item, and I couldn't get it sorted in time. This has really annoyed me as my top dress went mouldy, and I had to remove the top 1cm. After I used this, that soil became compacted and has remained that way since. Due to this, I would much rather not use these types of substrates. 28.5.25: Watered 1.5ltrs with Trace PH 6.4. 29.5.25: I took everything off the timer and am now running 24/0 light schedule. I want to make the most out of what light is available. The plants need it. My tent is underpowered in that department, so increasing the duration of the light is all I can realistically do. Hopefully, it will help. Watered with the same nutrients as above, 6.5L. PH 6.1. 30.5.25: Watered again, plain water with Ecothrive Biosys 4L. PH 6.3 Tganks fir stopping by and hanging out 😊💚✌️🍃😃

Hey all welcome to the first week of flower! So I was lucky enough to be home this week and feel blessed to have helped the lady’s through there transition to flower. The girls got a feed of both veg and flower nutes this week as the transition to flower. They have moved up to 3ltrs of water every second day as there must be a full 10 gal of roots now. The main worry we had was that the gold leave would out grow the indica dominant big buds and super skunks but so far the big bud is stretching the hardest out of them all (only by 2”’s) so the canopy really has needed no maintenance in the first week of flower. Lights are being lifted about a inch to 2 inches every day and all seams good there. If you have been following along the double feed a week is holding up well and no signs of nute burn. We did have a issue with Sulfur deficiency in big bud 4 it seams that some how her soil ph has again spiked up to around 7.3 so she was flushed out with correct ph water and then had a feed of nutes and Epsom salts to get her back in line. She has bounced back and now has green new growth not yellow. From this mornings empty of the de humidifier to taking photos about a hour ago the girls are all starting to make the tips of there buds and showing strong signs of flower on there tops. All plants had a solid run in with the snips and got there 7 day flower defoliation and will get the same around day 21 then left to do there thing. It’s crazy how many leaves these girls have produced over the last 2 weeks. Well until next week happy growing to you all 🌲🌲🌲

I removed them from my plants .... from this week I start to feed them with red guano for their flowering as well as I will continue with earthworm humus every 10 or 14 days ...

. FIRST DAYS ------------- A week after the first slight lollipopping, I repeat the operation. The biggest one is now 49 cm; the girls are still growing well. I raised the lamps slightly but moved them to 35 cm from the canopy, so they are not experiencing any light stress. They are also drinking more: with 1 liter, the soil is now dry in a day. Their buds are swelling every day, two of them more than the others. And a slight smell is starting to escape from the tent when I open it 😉 MIDWEEK ----------- Midweek, growth remains steady. The tallest one has reached 54 cm. No operations today : no lollipopping or defoliation. The buds are swelling, the trichomes are spreading; what more could you ask for? 😊 The injured plant shows a slight discoloration on the top shoots ; it’s the only one affected. I suspect an iron deficiency, probably due to a accumulation of salts in the substrate (I’ve been feeding it the same regimen as the others, even though it’s less vigorous). I’ll need to adjust its doses and probably give it a light flush with demineralized water. I’ll give it three days of observation before doing so.

Day 43 Just added another circulation fan a 7’ as I realistically won’t be getting my humidity under 50% come late flowering it’ll be more between 50-60% at lights out so got to keep her moving about. Upped bloom again when fed yesterday. Day 48 Gave her another feed today upped the nutes again
