Been away for a while…LST started.

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Practically overnight the Blackberry Moonrocks darkened to almost black from its blackberry Kush parentage, Kinda signaling that it’s ready. I mean it’s caked in trichs, many cloudy but still not quite there. All these strains look and smell great.

Candy kush express #3 should be done by the end of this month and she's chunking up very nice and the smell coming from her is like nothing I've grown before it's wild!! Candy kush #1 is loving the foop bloom and is almost as tall as my gp x bkp which is like 6 weeks older 😅 😳 amazing growth with this strain. Candy kush #2 is growing super unruly lol 😆 branches growing every which way going to be a unique looking plant when all is said and done,I would seriously recommend this strain for anybody growing outdoors ,I'll be ordering a 10 pack for next season(depending on the smoke,which I already know is going to be fire 🔥) I was forced to move all 3 plants out in front of my house because the sun is slowly moving back behind the trees later and later as these fall weeks move foward but my front yard stays lit up from around 930am-730pm luckily or I'd be screwed

Heavy defoliation to get some light and air in to developing buds. Currently feed every 3 hours during light on with 1 feed just before lights on because they dry out to much if I don’t feed once overnight. Tricombs showed up as well as more smell. Also got a new batch in from seedsman. With some going in paper towels tonight.

Our Northern Lights is flourishing beyond expectations. The buds are incredibly dense and continue to swell daily. This remarkable growth is a testament to the resilience and genetic quality of the plant.The trichomes are predominantly cloudy now, with a few beginning to turn amber. This is a crucial indicator of maturity and potency, suggesting that harvest time is approaching. The tent's aroma is becoming increasingly potent, a sign of the buds' maturing profile. I'm keeping the tent closed more often now to manage the strong smell. This intense aroma is a clear indicator of the quality and health of our plant. Looking back at the initial issues we faced, it's incredible to see how beautifully our Northern Lights has turned out. Her resilience and our adaptive approach have led to this stunning result. The EC level is now stable at 1.3, and she seems to be responding well to it. Over the next two weeks, I plan to gradually decrease the nutrient levels and then start the flushing process. Running out of space with the GSC 1 of the GSC is looking great with some really nice flowers coming along the other 2 seem to have a-lot less bulk in the flowers and seem to be stretching a fair amount. I have had to do some super cropping to keep the top of the flowers from getting too close to the light. Had a problem with the nutrient tank filter getting clogged and al, the auto pots drying out! One of the plants had started to wilt. Ended up taking the reservoir out and cleaning it before adding fresh nutes. Have been using professors gold terpintine for flower but have had this problem before the additive ends up causing build up of growth in the tank and this build up blocks the hoses. For now have stopped using and just using: GT FLOWER FOR COCO A & B GT FLUVAIC ACID GT CAL MAG GT POTASSIUM ADDITIVE PPM at around 600 down from 800 as I was getting a bit of tip burn on the shade leaves. Not really happy with how a couple of the plants are progressing, the buds seem way undersized for week 5 but will carry on

Send help... the Pineapple Express has taken over the tent... she’s massive at 44-45” tall currently... stretch slowed down but she’s past the light at this point and even light angled doesn’t hit the very top of the main colas just yet. (Back left of tent) White widow looking great for the lollipopping method I used on her(front left of the tent) White widow 2 growing well, got a nice dose of ferts this week based on her light coloration(front middle) Berry white growing slowly still, tent is more suited for sativa dominant strains but this one gives the tent a bit more variety. (Middle back of tent) Purple trainwreck 2 growing like a beast this go round, she’s taking up half the tent almost by herself and filling in a 1.5x2 foot area in nicely. (Far right of tent) Purple trainwreck 1 bulking up extremely well, buds are nice and sticky, density is great so far on these buds. Hoping for another 14-20 days. Started her flush after giving her one more dose of nutes last week. Spotted first ambers on the trichomes... she’s only on day 45 of flower but the trichomes are already beginning to turn amber. I still suspect this strain to be semi-auto(has rudelaris genetics somewhere) and additional growing of this plant has simply increased this theory. The plant did have pistils when put into flower(18/6 lighting) but was a clone of a previous plant. She did reveg in 18/6 lighting and was cut from a flowering plant. I believe she had already transitioned into flowering since the plant had started opening pistils up again before being placed in 12/12. I believe she was a week or two into flower at the start of 12/12.

Just before the start of day 35. Had a small ph issue that needed correction and she didn't like the amount of water she got, so she faded on me a bit. PH issue is corrected though and i shouldn't lose more than a couple of days of development. Buds are right on track and will start to fatten up from here.
